General Power Tool Safety Warnings
WARNING: Read all safety warnings and all instructions. Failure to follow
the warnings and instructions may result in electric shock, fire and/or serious injury.
Save all warnings and instructions for future reference.
The term "power tool" in the warnings refers to your mains-operated (corded) power
tool or battery-operated (cordless) power tool.
1) Work area safety
a) Keep work area clean and well lit. Cluttered or dark areas invite accidents.
b) Do not operate power tools in explosive atmospheres, such as in the
presence of flammable liquids, gases or dust. Power tools create sparks which
may ignite the dust or fumes.
c) Keep children and bystanders away while operating a power tool.
Distractions can cause you to lose control.
2) Electrical safety
a) Power tool plugs must match the outlet. Never modify the plug in any way.
Do not use any adapter plugs with earthed (grounded) power tools. Unmodified
plugs and matching outlets will reduce risk of electric shock.
b) Avoid body contact with earthed or grounded surfaces, such as pipes,
radiators, ranges and refrigerators. There is an increased risk of electric shock if
your body is earthed or grounded.
c) Do not expose power tools to rain or wet conditions. Water entering a power
tool will increase the risk of electric shock.
d) Do not abuse the cord. Never use the cord for carrying, pulling or
unplugging the power tool. Keep cord away from heat, oil, sharp edges or
moving parts. Damaged or entangled cords increase the risk of electric shock
e) When operating a power tool outdoors, use an extension cord suitable for
outdoor use. Use of a cord suitable for outdoor use reduces the risk of electric
shock.
f) If operating a power tool in a damp location is unavoidable, use a residual
current device (RCD) protected supply. Use of an RCD reduces the risk of electric
shock.
NOTE: The term residual current device (RCD) may be replaced by the term ground
fault circuit Interrupter (GFCI) or earth leakage circuit breaker (ELCB).
3) Personal safety
a) Stay alert, watch what you are doing and use common sense when operating
a power tool. Do not use a power tool while you are tired or under the influence
of drugs, alcohol or medication. A momentary lapse of attention while operating
power tools may result in serious personal injury.
b) Use personal protective equipment. Always wear eye protection. Protective
equipment such as dust mask, non-skid safety shoes, hard hat, or hearing protection
used for appropriate conditions will reduce personal injuries.
c) Prevent unintentional starting. Ensure the switch is in the off-position before connecting to
power source and/or battery pack, picking up or carrying the tool. Carrying power tools with your
finger on the switch or energizing power tools that have the switch on invites accidents. d) Remove
any adjusting key or wrench before turning the power tool on. Awrench or a key left attached to a
rotating part of the power tool may result in personal injury.

e) Do not overreach. Keep proper footing and balance at all times. This enables
better control of the power tool in unexpected situations.
f) Dress properly. Do not wear loose clothing or jewellery. Keep your hair,
clothing and gloves away from moving parts. Loose clothes, jewellery or Long hair
can be caught in moving parts.
g) If devices are provided for the connection of dust extraction and collection
facilities, ensure these are connected and properly used. Use of dust collection
can reduce dust-related hazards.
4) Power tool use and care
a) Do not force the power tool. Use the correct power tool for your application.
The correct power tool will do the job better and safer at the rate for which it was
designed.
b) Do not use the power tool if the switch does not turn it on and off. Any power
tool that cannot be controlled with the switch is dangerous and must be repaired.
c) Disconnect the plug from the power source and/or the battery pack from the
power tool before making any adjustments, changing accessories, or storing
power tools. Such preventive safety measures reduce the risk of starting the power
tool accidentally.
d) Store Idle power tools out of the reach of children and do not allow persons
unfamiliar with the power tool or these instructions to operate the power tool.
Power tools are dangerous in the hands of untrained users.
e) Maintain power tools. Check for misalignment or binding of moving parts,
breakage of parts and any other condition that may affect the power tools
operation. If damaged, have the power tool repaired before use. Many accidents
are caused by poorly maintained power tools.
f) Keep cutting tools sharp and clean. Properly maintained cutting tools with sharp
cutting edges are less likely to bind and are easier to control.
g) Use the power tool, accessories and tool bits etc. in accordance with these
instructions, taking into account the working conditions and the work to be
performed. Use of the power tool for operations different from those intended could
result in a hazardous situation.
5) Service
a) Have your power tool serviced by a qualified repair person using only
identical replacement parts. This will ensure that the safety of the power tool is
maintained.
If the replacement of the supply cord is necessary, this has to be done by the
manufacturer or his agent in order to avoid a safety hazard.

The following information:
- that the declared vibration total value has been measured in accordance with a
standard test method and may be used for comparing one tool with another;
- that the declared vibration total value may also be used in a preliminary
assessment of exposure.
A warning:
- that the vibration emission during actual use of the power tool can differ from the
declared total value depending on the ways in which the tool is used;
- and of the need to identify safety measures to protect the operator that are based
on an estimation of exposure in the actual conditions of use (taking account of all
parts of the operating cycle such as the times when the tool is switched off and
when it is running idle in addition to the trigger time).
Safety Instructions
• Insulation of sanding dust is dangerous to your health. Always
work with dust removal tools switched on (not included)
• The dust exhaust openings of abrasive-coated paper and rubbing plate
must largely match.
• Warning: Wear hearing protection device.
• Wear ear protectors. Exposure to noise can cause hearing loss.
• Use auxiliary handle(s), if supplied with the tool. Loss of control can
cause personal injury.
• Hold power tool by insulated gripping surfaces, when
performing an operation where the cutting accessory may contact
hidden wiring or its own cord. Cutting accessory contacting a
"live" wire may make exposed metal parts of the power tool "live" and could give the operator an
electric shock.
Please note the included General Safety Notes and the following
safety notes to avoid malfunctions, damage or physical injury:

1. Make sure the voltage corresponds to the type label on the unit.
2. Persons with limited physical, sensorial or mental abilities are not allowed to use the multi tool,
unless they are supervised and briefed for their safety by a qualified person.
3. The multi tool may be used with the included sanding paper pads for dry sanding work only.
4. The multi tool may be used with the included straight saw blade for cutting wood
and plastics only.
5. Hold the multi tool with both hands and make sure you stand firmly. Secure the work
piece. A work piece can be processed much more safely when it is secured by
clamps or in a vice rather than with your hand.
6. Keep your working area clean. Messy mixes of material are especially dangerous. Aluminium dust
is explosive
7. Do not process material which contains asbestos. Asbestos may cause cancer.
8. Take protective measures when working with materials, which may
form hazardous, flammable or explosive dust. For example: Some dusts may cause cancer. Wear a
dust mask and use the dust extracting adaptor. Wear ear protection and protective goggles.
9. Please note that poisonous dust may be emitted while removing paint. Use
suitable inhalation protection and ensure adequate ventilation.
10. Do not use the multi tool with a damaged power cable. Do not touch the
damaged cable and pull out the power plug if the cable becomes damaged
during operation. Damaged cables increase the risk of electric shocks.
11. Wear protective gloves when changing the tool bits. Tool attachments become very hot during
use.
12. Use the multi tool only for dry sanding and for cutting dry wood and plastics.
a) Water entering the housing of the electric tool greatly increases the danger of an electric shocks.
13. Keep your hands away from the saw blade. Do not reach under the work piece. Touching the saw
blade may cause injury.
14. Use suitable devices to locate hidden cables or pipes. Contact with an electric cable may cause
an electric shock. Damaging a gas pipe may cause fire or explosion. Damaging a water pipe may
cause extensive damage and/or electric shock.
15. Unit and tools warm up when using them for a long time. Do not overload the multi tool and
allow to cool down between the individual operational steps.
16. Do not open the unit and do not try to repair it yourself. Please contact a professional or our
customer service. Only use original replacement parts.

Intended Use:
The multi tool may only be used for dry sanding work, for cutting wood and plastics
as well as with the appropriate attachments (cutting tools) for different work on
wood, metal, plaster, plastic and filler surfaces. The sanding paper pads can also
be used for removing rust, old paint and intermediate sanding. The included
straight cutters (4-13, 19-20 & 23) are suitable for cutting wood, metal and plastics
(please check the markings on each blade to match the material being cut.
This multi tool is not intended for commercial continuous operation.
The intended use also includes an operation following the operating instructions.
Any use beyond these parameters (different media, applying force) or any
changes (reconstruction, no original accessory) can lead to serious risks and is
regarded as use that is contrary to the intended purpose.

Before first Use: Remove the multi tool and all accessories out of the packaging and check all parts
for damage in transit. Keep packaging materials out of reach of children. There is risk of suffocation!
Before undertaking any work on the multi tool, pull out the power
plug!
Maintenance and Cleaning
The multi tool does not require special maintenance. Do not disassemble it and do not try to repair
it yourself.
Use a moist cloth to clean the multi tool. Do not use aggressive chemicals or abrasives.
Keep the ventilation slots clean and free from debris.
If the multi tool becomes damaged, have it repaired by a professional or turn to our customer
service.
If the carbon brushes require replacement, have them replaced by a professional or turn to our
customer service.

Installing the Sanding Pad Holder or any other attachment 1. Lift up the quick-
change lever (1).
2.Attach the accessory (4-23) to the
multi tool.
3.Push down the quick-change
lever. Using the Attachment (e.g.)
Scraper)
1. Lift the quick-change lever (1).
2. Attach the scraper (e.g. 16) to the multi tool.
3. Check the correct fit of the attachment. Make sure the pins fit exactly into the openings of the
attachment.
4. Push down the quick-change lever. The attachments can be positioned in an angle of 30°
to both sides of the multi tool, e.g. in line with the housing or on the right or left side of the
housing.
Attaching/Changing the Sanding Paper Pads
The sanding pad holder (21) is equipped with a hook and loop pad, so you easily and
conveniently can change the sanding paper pads (22). Keep the adhesive fabric of the
sanding pad holder free from dirt and dust, so the adhesive fabric will work as desired.
1. Position one corner of the sanding paper pad to the pad holder and firmly press it down.
For optimal dust extraction, make sure the holes in the sanding paper pad match the holes in
the sanding pad holder.
2. To remove the sanding paper pad, grasp one edge and pull it off the sanding pad holder.

ON/OFF Switch
1. To switch on the multi tool,
push the ON/OFF switch (2)
forwards.
2. To switch off the tool, pull the
ON/OFF switch back.
Speed Controller
With the speed controller (3) you can adjust the speed according to application. Select the
appropriate speed setting and make sure the multi tool does not become overloaded and stops
running.
Turn the speed controller to the
desired setting to increase or
decrease the speed. The controller
can be adjusted from 1 - 6. The
speed rate can be changed during
operation as well.
Hint: The required speed rate for cutting or
sanding a workpiece
depends on the material that you
are going to process. For best
performance, make some practical
tests.

If the blade does not slot into the machine or the mechanism does not open
enough to remove a blade then the below steps can be followed to resolve:
1. Unscrew the bolt on the right side with a Philips screwdriver
2. Use a flat screwdriver and turn and then lift bolt up to remove it and
place to the side
3. Remove the metal lever from shell and place to the side
4. Turn the black bolt Clockwise/Anticlockwise to decrease/increase the
gap in the mechanism.
5. Perform the steps in reverse to re-attach the lever

Application Range
With the suitable attachments (accessories) the multi tool can be used for different applications.
Blade applications:
CRV / Wood (Fine Tooth): Best for cutting: wood, plastic, drywall, fiberglass,
acrylics (Plexiglas), laminates. This fine-tooth blade is excellent for clean
wood cutting applications in wood. You will use this blade for cutting: soft
woods, plastics, sheetrock, fiberglass and other non-metallic materials.
CRV / Wood (Japan / Coarse Tooth): Best for cutting: wood, wood
laminates, softer plastics, drywall, fiberglass. This blade has a precision
ground double-row of bevelled teeth which allow for aggressive plunge
cutting into wood, sheetrock and soft plastics.
BIM Wood & Metal: best for cutting: wood, metal, nails, plastic, drywall,
fiberglass, acrylics (Plexiglas), laminates. Use this HSS blade if you're cutting
wood with embedded nails and hardwoods, this blade will get you all the way
through. The HSS end-cut saw blade is great for use as a demolition cutter.
Not Suitable for high strength steel (Screws, Bolts etc).
Sanding Pad & Sheets: A hook and loop sanding backing pad designed for
the felt backed sanding sheets. Unlike traditional delta pads these have a
slight radius to each side that matches the arc of rotation of the machine.
This enables you to sand right up to an adjacent surface with no risk of
straying onto it, or hammering against an edge as you would with a traditional
delta sander.
Use the 40/80-grit for rough wood or metal sanding and rust or old finish
removal, the 120/180-grit for general wood or metal sanding, the 240-grit for
the finishing touch of wood, metal, plaster and other surfaces
Do not apply excessive force when sanding as this results in a poor
finish and excessive wear to tools and attachments. Allow both the
tool and pad to cool during longer sanding jobs.
Carbide Rasp: The carbide rasp is also a very handy tool for tilers, It allows the quick and effective removal of
old set tile adhesive for example. Combined with this and the carbide segment saw, removing broken or
damaged tiles for replacement becomes very straightforward. The rasp is also effective at removing badly
flaked old paint, or putty residue from window frames when re-glazing. Can be used on wood for coarse
shaping, or for quickly removing rotten wood from window frames etc prior to filling.
Scraper / Sealant Blades: Great for removing, scraping, stripping old
paint, hardened adhesives, caulk, coatings & residues. Easily lifts laminate, vinyl, wood, floor, wall coverings
and even cuts carpet / felt.

1) Sicherheit im Arbeitsbereich
a) Halten Sie den Arbeitsbereich sauber und gut beleuchtet. Unordentliche und dunkle Bereiche
erhöhen die Gefahr für Unfälle.
b) Betreiben Sie Elektrowerkzeuge nicht in explosiven Bereichen, wie z.B. in der Nähe von
entflammbaren Flüssigkeiten, Gasen etc. Elektrowerkzeuge erzeugen Funken, die Feuer entfachen
können.
c) Halten Sie Kinder und Zuschauer fern während Sie ein Elektrowerkzeug benutzen. Ablenkungen
können zum Kontrollverlust über das Elektrowerkzeug führen.
2) Elektrische Sicherheit
a) Elektrowerkzeuganschlüsse müssen in die Steckdose passen. Verändern Sie nie den Stecker.
Benutzen Sie keinen Adapterstecker mit geerdeten (verbundenen) Elektrowerkzeugen.
Unveränderte Stecker und passende Steckdosen reduzieren das Risiko eines elektrischen Schocks.
Hartmetallreibe: Die Hartmetallreibe ist auch ein sehr geeignetes Werkzeug für Fliesenleger. Es
ermöglicht das schnelle und effektive Entfernen von z.B. Rückständen von Klebstoff. Zusammen mit
der Karbid Segmentsäge wird das Entfernen von beschädigten oder zerbrochenen Fliesen zum
Kinderspiel. Die Reibe ist auch effektiv zum Entfernen alter Farbreste oder Rückständen vom
Fensteraustausch. Kann bei Holz zum Grobschleifen oder zum schnellen Entfernen von verrottetem
Holz an Fensterrahmen vor dem Auffüllen benutzt werden.
Schaber / Versiegelungsklingen: Großartig zum Entfernen, Schaben und Abtragen von alter Farbe,
verhärteten Klebstoffen, Dichtungsmasse, Überresten und Beschichtungen. Hebt ganz einfach
Laminat, Vinyl, Holz, Fussböden, Wandverkleidungen an und schneidet sogar Teppich/Filz.
b) Vermeiden Sie Körperkontakt mit geerdeten und verbundenen Oberflächen, wie z.B. Rohre,
Heizkörper,
Abzugshauben oder Kühlschränke. Es besteht ein erhöhtes Risiko eines elektrischen Schocks wenn
Ihr Körper
nicht geerdet ist.
c) Setzen Sie Elektrowerkzeuge niemals Regen oder feuchten Umgebungen aus.
Wasser, das in ein Elektrowerkzeug eindringt erhöht das Risiko eines elektrischen Schocks.
d) Benutzen Sie das Kabel nie für einen anderen Zweck. Benutzen Sie das Kabel nicht zum
Tragen, Ziehen oder Ausstöpseln des Elektrowerkzeuges. Halten Sie das Kabel fern von Hitze,

Öl, scharfen Kanten oder beweglichen Gegenständen. Beschädigte oder verwickelte Kabel
erhöhen das Risiko eines elektrischen Schocks.
e) Wenn Sie ein Elektrowerkzeug im Freien verwenden, benutzen Sie ein
Verlängerungskabel das für den Ausseneinsatz geeignet ist. Das Benutzen eines
Verlängerungskabels,
das für den Aussenbereich geeignet ist, reduziert das Risiko eines elektrischen Schocks.
f) Wenn das Benutzen eines Elektrowerkzeuges in einer feuchten Umgebung unvermeidbar ist,
benutzen Sie einen Fehlerstrom-Schutzschalter (FI). Das Benutzen eines Fehlerstrom-
Schutzschalters
reduziert das Risiko eines elektrischen Schocks.
Bemerkung: Der Begriff Fehlerstrom-Schutzschalter (FI) kann ersetzt werden mit dem
Begriff Fehlerstrom-Schutzschalter mit Leitungsschutzschalter (FI/LS).
3) Persönliche Sicherheit
a) Bleiben Sie wachsam, schauen auf das was Sie machen und nutzen Sie gesunden
Menschenverstand wenn
Sie das Elektrowerkzeug benutzen. Nutzen Sie ein Elektrowerkzeug nicht, wenn Sie müde oder
unter dem
Einfluss von Drogen, Alkohol oder Medikamenten stehen. Ein Augenblick des Unachtsamkeit
während des
Benutzens eines Elektrowerkzeuges kann zu ernsthaften persönlichen Verletzungen führen.
b) Benutzen Sie persönliche Schutzausrüstung. Tragen Sie immer Augenschutz. Schutzausrüstung
wie Staubmaske, Antirutsch-Sicherheitsschuhe, Sicherheitshelm oder Gehörschutz für die
entsprechende Arbeitsbedingung reduziert die persönliche Verletzungsgefahr.
c) Vermeiden Sie unbeabsichtigtes Starten. Stellen Sie sicher, dass der Schalter in der
ausgeschalteten Position (OFF) ist bevor Sie mit einer Stromquelle und/oder einer Batterie
verbinden und bevor Sie das Werkzeug anfassen oder aufnehmen. Das Tragen von
Elektrowerkzeugen mit dem Finger am Schalter oder von aufgeladenen Werkzeugen die
eingeschaltet sind kann Unfälle hervorrufen.
d) Entfernen Sie jeglichen Anpassungsschlüssel oder Schraubenschlüssel bevor Sie das
Elektrowerkzeug einschalten. Ein Schraubenschlüssel der am sich drehenden Teil des
Elektrowerkzeuges belassen wird kann zu persönlichen Verletzungen führen.
e) Nicht übertreiben. Behalten Sie festen Stand und ausgeglichenen Stand zu jeder Zeit. Dies
ermöglicht eine bessere Kontrolle des Elektrowerkzeuges in unerwarteten Situationen.
f) Tragen Sie angemessene Kleidung. Tragen Sie keine lockere Kleidung oder Schmuck.
Vermeiden Sie Kontakt von Haar, Kleidung und Handschuhen mit sich bewegenden Teilen. Lose
Kleidung, Schmuck oder langes Haar können sich in beweglichen Teilen verfangen.
g) Wenn Einrichtungen zum Auffangen von Staub zur Verfügung stehen, stellen Sie sicher,
dass diese ordentlich angeschlossen sind und funktionieren. Das Auffangen von Staub kann
staubbezogene Gefahren reduzieren.

Es wird wie folgt bestätigt:
- dass der deklarierte Vibrationsgesamtwert gemessen wurde in Abstimmung mit einer standardisierten
Testmethode und kann zum Vergleich von Werkzeugen miteinander herangezogen werden;
- dass der deklarierte Vibrationsgesamtwert auch zur vorläufigen Bewertung herangezogen werden
kann.

- dass der tatsächliche Vibrationswert während der Benutzung des Elektrowerkzeuges vom deklarierten
Gesamtwert abweichen kann, je nach Nutzung des Werkzeuges;
- dass die Sicherheitsangaben zum Schutz des Nutzers auf einer Schätzung der
gegebenen Bedingungen der Benutzung beruhen (unter Berücksichtigung aller Teile des
Nutzungszeitraumes wie die Zeiten in denen das Werkzeug ausgeschaltet ist und im Leerlauf operiert,
zusätzlich zur Anschaltzeit).
Sicherheitshinweise:
• Einatmen des Schleifstaubs ist gefährlich für Ihre Gesundheit. Arbeiten Sie stets mit
eingeschalteten Staub aufsaugenden Geräten (nicht im Lieferumfang enthalten)
• Die Stauböffnungen des mit Klebstoff bezogenem Papiers und der reibenden Oberfläche müssen
großzügig aufeinander passen.
• Warnung: Tragen Sie einen Gehörschutz.
• Tragen Sie Gehörschutz auch im Ohr. Das Ausgesetztsein von Lärm kann zum
Gehörverlust führen.
• Nutzen Sie eine Antriebshebel, falls mitgeliefert. Ein Kontrollverlust kann zu
persönlichen Verletzungen führen.
Halten Sie das Elektrowerkzeug während des Betriebes nur an den isolierten und gummierten
Oberflächen wenn das Schneidzubehör versteckte Kabel oder das Verbindungskabel trifft.
Schneidzubehör das in Kontakt mit unter Strom stehende Kabel trifft kann freigelegte Metallteile des
Elektrowerkzeuges ebenfalls unter Strom setzen und den Nutzer einem elektrischen Schock
aussetzen.

Beachten Sie die enthaltenen Allgemeinen Sicherheitsanleitungen und die folgenden
Sicherheitshinweise um Fehlfunktionen, Schaden oder persönliche Verletzungen zu vermeiden:
1. Stellen Sie sicher, dass die elektrische Leistung (Volt) mit dem Etikett des Werkzeuges

3. Das Multifunktionswerkzeug kann mit den enthaltenen Schleifpapierpads nur für trockenes
Schleifen verwendet werden.
4. Das Multifunktionswerkzeug kann mit dem enthaltenen geraden Sägeblatt nur zum Schneiden von
Holz und Kunststoffen verwendet werden.
5. Halten Sie das Multifunktionswerkzeug mit beiden Händen und stehen Sie sicher. Sichern Sie den
Arbeitsbereich. Ein zu bearbeitendes Material kann sicherer bearbeitet werden wenn es mit
Klammern oder in einem Schraubstock befestigt wird statt mit Ihren Händen.
6. Halten Sie Ihren Arbeitsbereich sauber. Ein Vermischen von Materialien sind besonders gefährlich.
Aluminiumstaub ist explosiv.
7. Bearbeiten Sie kein Material das Asbest enthält. Asbest kann Krebs verursachen.
8. Schützen Sie sich wenn Sie Materialien bearbeiten, die gefährlichen, entflammbaren oder
explosiven Staub enthalten. Z.B.: Manche Staubpartikel können Krebs verursachen. Tragen Sie eine
Staubmaske und nutzen Sie den Staubabzugsanschluss. Tragen Sie Ohrenschutz und eine Schutzbrille.
9. Giftiger Staub kann beim Entfernen von Farbe freigesetzt werden. Benutzen Sie geeigneten
Inhalationsschutz und stellen Sie eine gute Belüftung des Arbeitsbereichs sicher.
10. Benutzen Sie das Multifunktionswerkzeug nicht mit einem beschädigten Kabel. Berühren Sie nicht
das beschädigte Kabel und ziehen Sie den Stecker nicht heraus wenn das Kabel während des Betriebes
beschädigt werden sollte. Beschädigte Kabel erhöhen das Risiko eines elektrischen Schocks.
11. Tragen Sie Schutzhandschuhe wenn Sie die Werkzeugteile wechseln. Werkzeugzubehör kann sich
stark erhitzen während des Betriebes.
12. Benutzen Sie das Multifunktionswerkzeug nur zum trockenen Schleifen und zum Schneiden von
trockenem Holz und Kunststoffen
a) Das Eindringen von Wasser in das Gehäuse des Elektrowerkzeuges erhöht die Gefahr eines
elektrischen Schocks sehr.
13. Berühren Sie nicht das Schneidblatt. Greifen Sie nicht unter das bearbeitende Material. Berühren
des Schneidblattes kann Verletzungen hervorrufen.
14. Nutzen Sie geeignete Geräte, um versteckte Kabel oder Rohre zu lokalisieren. Kontakt mit einem
elektrischen Kabel kann einen elektrischen Schock verursachen. Das Beschädigen einer Gasleitung
kann Feuer oder eine Explosion hervorrufen. Das Beschädigen einer Wasserleitung kann erheblichen
Schaden und/oder einen Elektroschock verursachen.

15. Das Gerät und die Werkzeuge erwärmen sich im Betrieb bei Dauereinsatz. Überhitzen Sie das
Multifunktionswerkzeug nicht und lassen Sie es abkühlen zwischen den einzelnen
Bearbeitunbgsschgritten.
16. Öffnen Sie nicht das Gerät und versuchen Sie nicht es selbst zu reparieren. Bitte kontaktieren Sie
einen Fachmann oder unseren Kundenservice. Verwenden Sie nur original Ersatzteile.
Verwendungszweck:
Das Multifunktionswerkzeug darf nur für trockene Schleifarbeit, zum Schneiden von Holz und
Kunststoffen sowie mit dem geeigneten Zubehör (Schneidwerkzeuge) für verschiedene Arbeiten an
Holz, Metall, Gipsputz, Kunststoff und Füllmasse verwendet werden. Die Schleifpapierpads können
auch zum Entfernen von Rost, alter Farbe und fortgeschrittenem Schleifen benutzt werden. Die
enthaltenen geraden Schneidblätter (4-13, 19-20 & 23) sind geeignet für das Schneiden von Holz,
Metall und Kunststoffen (bitte prüfen Sie dass die Markierungen der einzelnen Klingen für das
jeweils zu bearbeitende Material geeignet sind).
Dieses Multifunktionswerkzeug ist nicht für einen kommerziellen dauerhaften Gebrauch geeignet.
Der Verwendungszweck setzt ebenfalls ein Betrieb gemäß den Gebrauchsanleitungen voraus.
Jeglicher Einsatz ausserhalb dieser Parameter (verschiedene Medien, Gewaltanwendung) oder
jegliche Veränderungen (Rekonstruktion, keine Originalzubehör) kann zu ernsthaften Risiken führen
und wird entgegen des Verwendungszweckes beabsichtigten Einsatzes gesehen.

Entnehmen Sie das Multifunktionswerkzeug und das gesamte Zubehör aus der Verpackung und
prüfen Sie alle Teile auf Transportbeschädigungen. Bewahren Sie alle Verpackungsmaterialien
ausserhalb der Reichweite von Kindern auf. Es besteht die Gefahr des Erstickens!
Vor jeder Arbeit am Multifunktionswerkzeug ziehen Sie immer
den Stecker!
Installieren des Schleifpadhalters oder anderes Zubehör
1. Heben Sie den Schnellwechselhebel an (1 ).
2. Stecken Sie das Zubehörteil (4-23)an das Multifunktionswerkzeug.
3. Drücken Sie den Schnellwechselhebel nach unten.
Benutzen des Zubehörs (z.B. Schleifer)
1. Heben Sie den Schnellwechselhebel an (1).
2. Stecken Sie den Schleifer (z.B. 16) an das Multifunktionswerkzeug.
3. Prüfen Sie die korrekte Fassung des Zubehörs. Stellen Sie sicher, dass die
Pins genau in die Öffnung des Zubehörs passen.
4. Drücken Sie den Schnellwechselhebel nach unten. Das Zubehör kann in einem Winkel von 30ˆ an
beiden Seiten des Multifunktionswerkzeuges positioniert werden, z.B. in Verbindung mit dem
Gehäuse oder auf der rechten oder linken Seite des Gehäuses
Anfügen/Wechseln des Schleifpads
Der Schleifpapierhalter (21) ist mit einem Klettband-Pad ausgestattet, somit können Sie ganz einfach
und komfortabel die Schleifpapier Pads (22) wechseln. Halten Sie den klebenden Stoff des
Schleifpapierhalters sauber von Staub und Schmutz, so dass der klebende Stoff wie gewünscht
funktioniert.
1. Positionieren Sie eine Ecke des Schleifpapierpads am Padhalter und drücken Sie es fest nach
unten. Um Staub abzuhalten, stellen Sie sicher, dass die Löcher im Schleifpapierpad auf die Löcher
im Schleifpapierpadhalter passen.

2. Um das Schleifpapierpad zu entfernen, greifen Sie eine Ecke und ziehen Sie es vom
Schleifpapierpadhalter.
ON/OFF Schalter (An/Aus)
1. Zum Einschalten drücken Sie den ON/OFF Schalter (2) nach
vorne.
2. Zum Ausschalten ziehen Sie den ON/OFF Schalter zurück.
Geschwindigkeitsregler
Mit dem Geschwindigkeitsregler (3) können Sie die Geschwindigkeit je nach Anwendungsbereich
anpassen. Wählen Sie die angemessene Geschwindigkeitseinstellung und stellen Sie sicher, dass das
Multifunktionswerkzeug nicht überhitzt wird und stoppt.
Drehen Sie den
Geschwindigkeitsregler auf die gewünschte Einstellung um die
Geschwindigkeit zu erhöhen oder zu verringern. Der Regler
kann von 1 bis 6 angepasst werden. Die Geschwindigkeit kann
auch während des Betriebes angepasst werden.
Tipp: Die gewünschte Geschwindigkeit zum Schneiden oder
Schleifen eines Arbeitsstückes hängt vom zu bearbeitenden
Material ab. Für beste Ergebnisse, testen Sie es vorher.
