1. INTRODUCTION

1.1. Security Information
•
Please read the following warnings, failure to comply with
them may be dangerous or illegal.
•
Do not switch on the telephone when its use is
prohibited or when it may cause interference and
dangerous situations.
•
Switch off the telephone inside hospitals and/or in
the vicinity of medical equipment.
•
Switch off your phone in the aircraft. Mobile phones can
cause interference with on-board instrumentation.

Do not use a mobile phone while driving. In any case, follow
the traffic regulations in force.
•
Switch off the phone when refuelling. Do not use the
phone near fuels or chemicals.
•
Switch off the phone in the vicinity of explosive materials.
•
Do not use the telephone to report gas leaks in the
vicinity of the leak.
•
Maintain a minimum distance of 15 cm between the mobile
phone and the pacemaker to avoid possible interference
with the pacemaker. Avoid carrying the mobile phone in a
breast pocket. Hold the mobile phone on the ear opposite
the medical equipment.
•
The phone is not waterproof, avoid getting it wet.
•
Do not put any objects or liquids inside the product.

The product contains no serviceable parts, do not open the
container. In case of need, please contact specialised
service personnel.
•
Use only original battery chargers and accessories. The
use of unauthorised accessories could cause damage to
the phone and be dangerous.
•
Never use damaged batteries and chargers.
•
Do not short-circuit the battery.
•
Do not touch uninsulated cables unless they have
been disconnected upstream.
•
Before cleaning, disconnect the battery and mains adapter.

2. COMMISSIONING THE
SMARTPHONE
2.1. Insert SIM and battery
Switch off the smartphone.
1. Pry into the slot at the bottom and open the flap (Fig.2).
2. Remove the battery (Fig.3).
3. Insert the SIM in position 1 or 2 with the contacts facing the
smartphone (Fig.4).
4. Insert the battery by matching the contacts to those on the
smartphone (Fig.3).
5. Close the flap again.

2.2. Insert microSD card (optional)
Insert the microSD memory card (max. 64GB) with the contacts facing
the smartphone (Fig. 5).

2.3. Battery charging
1. You can connect the charger to the smartphone case a) or use the
charging base case b).
a) Plug the charger connector into the socket on the underside of
the smartphone.
b) Plug the charger connector into the socket on the back of the
charging base, place the smartphone on the base.
2. Connect the charger to a 230V ac mains socket. The
battery icon on the display indicates the charging status.
3. When charging is complete, disconnect the charger from the
230V mains socket, disconnect the charger from the smartphone.
Note: When the battery is completely discharged, the smartphone
displays a warning message and automatically switches off. In this
case, it is not possible to switch the smartphone on again and you may
have to wait a few minutes when charging it.

Attention: Only use original chargers and rechargeable
batteries of the type indicated in the manual, the use of
different batteries can be dangerous for the user and damage the
phone.

3. SMARTPHONE USE
3.1. Switching the smartphone on/off
To switch on, press and hold the [ON/OFF] button.
To turn off, press and hold the [ON/OFF] button, tap OFF. When
turning on the smartphone for the first time, follow the on-screen
instructions to set it up.
Configure following the wizard, mobile network, Wi-Fi, date and time
(inserting the SIM card automatically updates date and time), phone
protection, or tap Ignore to skip configuration and quickly activate the
phone. Configuration can be done later.

3.2. Activating/deactivating the screen
Press the [ON/OFF] button to switch the screen on and off.
The screen switches off automatically when not in use for a certain
period of time (settable).
3.3. Unlocking the screen
Touch the screen and slide upwards (lock open) to unlock.
3.4. Basic operations
Home screen
Press the [Home] button to return to the Home screen.
