supplements, or yoghurt in any combination you think would be tasty.
Add Ice
Add ice or frozen ingredients until the total level reaches the frozen ingredients line on
the side of the mixing container.
Frozen ingredients include ice, frozen fruit, frozen yoghurt, ice cream etc
Smooth It
With the lid firmly in place and the stir-stick set through the opening in the lid, press the
LOW/DISPENSE button to get things started.

the flow.
When the mixing container is empty, shut off the machine and enjoy!
Note

between Smoothies unless there is a flavour from the previous creation that you do not want
mixed into the subsequent one.
When you have finished blending your Smoothies, remove the container from the motor
assembly and wash properly along with the lid and the stir-stick.
Cleaning of the valve is covered in detail in the section “Cleaning Your Smoothie Maker”
but a quick tip to rinsing out the valve is to fill the container half full with water and, with
the machine running, to drain the water through the valve into a glass.
Thicker Smoothies
To make a thicker Smoothie, add more frozen ingredients.
Thinner Smoothie
To make a thinner Smoothie, add more liquid ingredients.
Important: This appliance can be used as an ordinary blender when the dispensing tap is
replaced with a blending cap. The handle on the body of the mixing container may also be
removed or installed as preferred.
