Congratulations on your new electronic parking disc!
The parking disc automatically sets the parking time shortly after
you park the car – and automatically registers when the car
drives off again. Example: you park at 12:01 – the disc sets the
parking time at 12:15.
The electronic watch changes its time automatically when chan-
ging to and from daylight saving time. It also allows you to set the
time manually.
Prior to Installation
1. Activate the parking disc by carefully pulling the foil out.
2. Press any button . The figure for the hour starts
blinking. Press or to set the hour. Once you have selected
the right hour, press to confirm.
3. Set the minutes in the same way.
4. Set the year, month and day using the same procedure as laid
out in section 2. Note the sequence of year, month and day.
5. You are now ready to install the parking disc on the inside of
your car windscreen.
You can always reset the clock. Push and hold for 5 seconds.
Then repeat the procedure described above.
Note: We recommend that you regularly check the time of the
parking disc for errors – in particular, when changing to and
from daylight saving time. If you do not set the year/month/day
correctly, the function will not work. It is always the driver’s own
responsibility to set the parking disc correctly. Parking fines, if any,
will not be refunded. It is only permitted to have one parking disc
installed per car. Do not leave the disc laying in the windscreen
without fastening it.
Installation
Install the parking disc to the inside of the front windscreen at
a temperature of at least +15°C. If necessary, use the air-
conditioning system to heat the windscreen, as this increases the
adhesive power of the pads.
1. In Denmark, place the parking disc in the bottom right corner
of the front windscreen.
2. Clean the selected area thoroughly. Use a damp cloth to
remove any dust and then remove any grease from the area by
wiping it with the included cleaning tissue (only use the included
cleaning tissue). Wipe off the window with a dry cloth.
3. Remove the protective film from the adhesive pads.
4. Press them against the windscreen for at least 30 sec. Check
from the outside if the adhesive pads are securely fastened to
the inner side of the windscreen.
Your parking disc is now ready for use.
If you have not managed to remove all grease and dirt from the
inside of the windscreen or if there is a lot of dust drifting in the
air at the time of installation, small ”bumps/bubbles” may form
underneath the adhesive pads.
