Wide screenformat LED Displays (16:9, the aspect ratio ofthe screen width to height)areprimarily designed to view wide screen format full-motion video.
The images displayed on them should primarily be in the wide screen 16:9 ratio format, or expanded to fillthe screenifyour model offersthis feature and
the images are constantly moving. Displaying stationary graphics and images on screen, such as the dark sidebars on no nexpanded standard format
televisionvideo and programming, should be limitedto nomore than 5% of the total televisionviewing per week.
Additionally, viewingother stationary images andtext such as stock market reports, video game displays, station Iogos, web sitesor computer graphics
and patterns, should be limited as described above for alltelevisions. Displaying stationary imagesthat exceed the above guidelinescan cause uneven
aging of LED Displays that leave subtle, but permanent burned-in ghost images in the LED picture.Toavoid this,vary the programming and images, and
primarily display full screen moving images, not stationary patterns or darkbars. On LED models that offerpicture sizing features, usethese controls to
view differentformats as afull screen picture.
Be careful in the selection and duration oftelevision formats usedfor viewing. Uneven LED aging as a result of format selection and use, as well as burned
in images, are not covered byyour Samsung limited warranty.

Avoid displaying still images (such as jpeg picture files)or still imageelements (such asTV channel Iogos, panorama or 4:3 image format, stock or news
bars at screen bottom etc.) on the screen. (}onstant displaying of still picture can cause ghosting of LEDscreen, which will affect image quality. Toreduce
risk of this effect, please follow below recommendations:
• Avoid displaying the sameTV channelfor long periods.
• Always try to display a full screen image.
• Reducing brightness and contrast will help to avoid the appearance of after-images.
• Use all TVfeatures designed to reduce image retention and screen burn, refer to proper user manual section for details.
Keep the requireddistances betweenthe product and other objects (e.g.walls) to ensure proper ventilation.
Failingto do so may result in fireor a problem with the product dueto an increase in the internal temperature ofthe product.
