SomeTVchassisareshippedwithan additional
secondarygroundingsystem.Thesecondarysystemis
adjacenttotheACpowerline.Thesetwogrounding
systemsareseparatedin thecircuitusingan
unbreakable/unchangeableinsulationmaterial.
Whenanyparts,materialor wiringappearoverheatedor
damaged,replacethemwithnewregularones
immediately.Whenanydamageor overheatingis
detected,correctthisimmediatelyand makea regular
checkof possibleerrors.
,A highvoltageismaintainedwithinthespecifiedlimits
usingsafetyparts,calibrationand tolerances.When
voltageexceedsthespecifiedlimits,checkeachspecial

Makesureto unplugtheACpowercordfromthepower
sourcebeforestartinganyrepairs,
(a) Removeorre-installpartsor assemblies,
(b) Disconnecttheelectricplugor connector,if any,
(c)Connectthetestpartin parallelwiththeelectrolytic
capacitor.
Somepartsareplacedata higherpositionthanthe
printedboard.Insulatedtubesortapesare usedfor this
purpose.Theinternalwiringis clampedusingbucklesto
avoidcontactwithheatemittingparts,Thesepartsare
installedbackto theiroriginalposition.
Aftertherepair,makesuretocheckif thescrews,parts
or cablesare properlyinstalled.Makesurenodamageis
causedtotherepairedpartand itssurroundings,
