2. Safety Instructions
2.1 Please read the manual carefully before installation and operation.
2.2 Power supply: see the nameplate. ±10% difference is allowed for rated voltage. When the loading current
is 15A, the voltage shall be ±10% of the rated voltage.
2.3 Working environment temperature: 0℃~+55℃, relative humidity: 15%~90%. Transformation and storage
temperatures shall be within a range of -10 ℃to +55 ℃and for short periods not exceeding 24h at up to +60 ℃.
2.4 This equipment is prohibited for a potentially explosive environment.
2.5 Use this machine to mix the flammable, explosive, poisonous and harmful liquid are prohibited.
2.6 Do keep the children away from the machine. Do not operate the machine except for the staff.
2.7 Do provide separate power supply socket for this machine. The loading capacity of the socket shall be in
line with the requirements listed in the User Manual.
2.8 Please confirm that there is dependable ground wire with the electrical socket before usage.
2.9 Before installation and maintenance, must cut off the power supply and unplug from outlet.
2.10 Do not unplug by pulling on cord. To unplug, grasp the plug, not the cord.
2.11 Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug, or after the appliance malfunctions or is

dropped or damaged in any manner. Contact the nearest authorized service facility for examination, repair, or
electrical or mechanical adjustment.
2.12 Do not lengthen the power line.
2.13 Keep this machine on the solid ground, then adjust the foundation to make the foundations on a horizontal
status before working.
2.14 Do not operate the machine in case the machine shell is removed.
2.15 Open the rotary door after the mixing is finished for 15 seconds. Do not open the rotary door during
operation.
2.16 This machine is not suitable for long-lasting operation. If it does not run after a long-lasting operation, turn
off it for 1 hour before next operation.
2.17 Warning Reminders:
Danger of Electric Shock!Disconnect the power supply prior to maintenance and/or cleaning.

Switch:connect with the power supply. The indicator is lit when the power supply is connected.
Counter:the mixing times would be counted. You may clear the counting by short circuit after disconnecting the
power supply.
Time Knob:select the time from 0 to 5 minutes.
Emergency Stop:emergency stop button.
Start/Stop Button: start or stop the machine.
Notice: the start button indicator has three modes –lit/twinkle/off. It is lit if the machine is powered on and the
emergency stop button is released while the door is closed. It twinkles during operation. It is off in other cases.

4. Installation
The machine has been tuned before delivery. All you have to do is: unpack it and cut off the binding band;
locate the machine levelly on the ground; and adjust the four feet.
Notice: remove the fixing plate for transportation before starting the machine. Fasten the fixing plate back
before any relocation/transportation of the machine.

5. Operation
This mixer is easily operated and equipped with a safety mechanism. After the container is properly held in place in
the bucket, set mixing time as per your need, and the mixer will start mixing. After the set time is exhausted, the
mixer will stop. For safety, the mixer must be leveled to avoid extra vibration and/or noise.
Operation procedures are listed below:
1). Connect the power supply, start the machine, push the handle to status 1. Then the upper platen shall be moved.

2). Make sure the sealed container is located in the center of the lower platen. Push down the platen till the container
is clamped by the upper platen.(the container handle shall be fixed by the binding band)Push the handle to Status 3
(Shown as Figure b).
3). Make sure the handle is clasped by the jump ring(Shown as Figure b)
4). V100 will automatically stop if the mixing goes well. If there is any issue or abnormal noise, press down the
emergency stop button immediately.

5). Never open the door during mixing. Pull the door upwards, rotate the bucket, then push the handle to status 1 in
Figure a. Then lift the handle.
6). Disconnect the power supply if V100 would not be used for a long time.

6. Troubleshooting
Issue
Cause

Motor doesn’t work
1. Power off.
Check the socket and/or plug.
2. Emergency stop button is not released.
Release it.
3. Broken fuse.
Change the fuse.
4. Broken power supply wire.
Change it.
5. Door switch is not properly positioned.
Adjust the door switch.
6. Broken motor.
Change the motor.
7. Circuit board is broken
Replace it.
Motor doesn’t work
well.
1. Broken belt.
Change the belt.
2. Loose belt.
Fasten the belt.
Instable mixing.
1. Overvoltage or insufficient voltage.
Install a voltage stabilizer.
2. Reed switch is broken.
Replace it.
Extreme vibration
and/or abnormal

1.Mixer is not leveled.
Adjust the feet and level the mixer.
2.Paint can is not centered or evenly
