Step 3: Add an Extension Arm (b) to each side of the Main Arm (a). Lock each Extension Arm into place at the
desired width using a Set Screw (g). Tighten the Set Screw with the Allen Key (i) as shown in Diagram 3 below.
Step 4: A Component Holder (c) fi ts into the track on the inside of each Extension Arm (b). Next, a Knob (h)
passes through the slot in the Extension Arm from the outside and threads into the hole in each Component Holder
as shown in Diagram 4 below.
Determine how you will mount the VMTV to your TV Wall Mount: There are two different methods to attach
the VMBR component bracket to the wall mount. It is recommended that you use Method 1 described in steps
5 through 8. You may also use Method 2 described in steps 9 through 11. Method 2 will be easier if you already
have a television on your TV Wall Mount.
Method 1
Step 6: Place the 8 mm Diameter Bolt (m) down through the TV Platter in place of the bolt provided with the TV
Wall Mount as shown in Diagram 6 below.
Step 7: Next place the Plastic Cap Bottom onto the TV Wall Mount assembly.
Step 8: Finally add the hardware to the bottom of the 8 mm Diameter Bolt (m) in the following order: Tube Spacer
(n), Washer (o), Component Bracket Assembly, Plastic Spacer (p), Washer (o), and the 8 mm Nut (q) as shown in
Diagram 6 below. Adjust the width and height to fi t your component and the assembly is complete.
Method 2
Step 9: Place the Mount Bracket (j) over the Arm of the TV Wall Mount as shown in Diagram 7 below.
Step 10: Next place both 6 mm Diameter Bolts (k) down through the Mount Bracket (j) so that the square neck of
the bolts fi t into the square holes in the bracket also shown in Diagram 7.
Step 11: Add the component bracket to the assembly so that the two 6 mm Bolts (k) fi t down through the two
square holes in the Main Arm (a) and tighten a 6 mm Nut (l) onto each 6 mm Bolt as shown in Diagram 7 below.
