五、安装：
打开包装并检查绕线盘是否有损坏。
绕线盘必须安装在符合安装要求的工作环境。
根据下面安装图确保绕线盘正确安装。使用铆钉或螺钉必须安装在支架的安装孔上。
绕线盘安装好后，可以拧开止动块上的螺丝，移动止动块到需要露出设备外的电线长度。
打开进气管侧黑色盖板，可见电线锁定装置如下图。出厂前棘爪拉簧锁定 "ON" 的位置，可锁定您需要任意长度的电线；
棘爪拉簧锁定 "OFF" 的位置，电线可以自由移动。

六、操作说明：
使用前，请检查设备是否有异常现象，若有，则要立即停止使用。待修理正常后方可使用，否则可能导致重大事故。
请检查电线及插头等是否有破损，变形等，否则可能导致电击伤人。
使用时，缓慢匀速两手交替抽拉至（约 3KG 的力即可）合适的长度，见到长度警示标志后，应立即停止拉扯，并用
棘轮制动锁定，过高速度与过大拉力可使产品损坏。
使用过程中应避免电线折弯、踩踏电线、避开尖锐物品。
使用完毕后，请将插头从插座上拔出，并把电线擦拭干净。
电线回收时，需将电线缓慢拉出 8-30cm，使棘轮制动脱离锁止状态后，用手把持电线，使其缓慢回收。注意 :严禁
脱手让其自动回收，以防快速回时伤人及损坏设备。
本绕线盘内部装有过热保护器，如温度过高则会自动保护，切断电路，此时必须把用电设备插头从绕线盘上拔出，
如要使其回到工作状态，需要按绕线盘面盖上的红色复位按钮。
七、日常维护：
为了确保电线正常回收，请使用蘸温水的布擦拭管子清除表面污垢。
请不要使用可能损伤管子的清洁剂或溶剂。
非专业人士请勿拆卸绕线盘，内部卷簧可能会伤及人或设备。
八、质保：
对于绕线盘的材质和工艺的缺陷，承担的质保期为整机 12 个月，从购买日期起计算。
因人为原因造成的或非正常使用而造成的损坏，不在质保承担的范围内。
九、运输：
产品在装卸时，严禁扔、摔、抛及踩踏，运输过程中，应避免阳光直接照射、雨淋，禁止与腐蚀性物质接触和混装。
十、贮存：
贮存温度范围：-20℃--60℃
贮存期：6个月。
贮存条件：库房通风良好，避免阳光直接照射、雨淋，禁止与腐蚀性物质接触。

V、Installation:
Open the package and inspect whether the wire reel is damaged.
The wire reel must be installed in a work environment that meets the installation requirements.
Make sure the wire reel is properly installed according to the installation diagram below. Rivets or screws must be mounted in the
mounting holes of the bracket.
Once the wire reel is installed, you can unscrew the screws on the stopper and move the stopper to the length of the wire that needs
to be exposed outside the equipment.
Opening the black cover at the side of the air inlet pipe, you can see the wire locking device as shown in the figure below. In the factory,
the ratchet tension spring is tightened to the "ON" position for locking the wire of any length as needed; and the ratchet tension spring is
tightened to the "OFF" position, so that the wire can move freely.

VI、Operation Instructions:
Check the equipment for abnormalities before use, and stop using it immediately if any. The equipment can be only used if it is normal
after repairing, otherwise a major accident may be caused. Please check whether the wire, plug and other parts are with damage,
deformation, etc., otherwise people may be injured by electrical shock.
When using the winder, pull the wire with two hands slowly and evenly （with a force of about 3KG）to the appropriate length. Stop
pulling immediately when seeing the length warning mark, and lock it with the ratchet brake. Too high speed and excessive pulling force
may damage the product.
Avoid bending or stepping on the wire, and avoid contact with sharp objects during use.
Pull the plug out of the socket after use and wipe the wire clean.
When winding the wire, pull the wire out for 8-30cm slowly to unlock the ratchet, and then hold the wire by hand to wind it back slowly.
Note: It is strictly forbidden to allow the wire to be wound freely, so as to prevent injury to people and damage to equipment during quick
winding.
The reel comes with an internal overheat protector, which will automatically protect the wire and cut off the circuit if the temperature is
too high. Then the plug of the electric equipment must be pulled out from the reel. To recover its working status, you need to
press the red reset button on the surface cover of the wire reel.
VII、Daily Maintenance:
To ensure proper winding of wire, wipe the pipe with a cloth dampened with warm water to remove dirt from the surface.
Do not use cleaners or solvents that may damage the pipe.
Non-professionals shall not remove the wire reel as the internal coil spring may injure people or damage equipment.
VIII、Warranty:
For the material and process defects of the wire reel, the warranty for the whole machine is 12 months, which is calculated from the
date of purchase.
Damage caused by human factors or abnormal use is not covered under the warranty.
IX、Transportation:
Throwing, falling, flinging and treading are not allowed during loading and unloading. In the process of transportation, direct sunlight and
rain should be avoided, and contact and mixing with corrosive substances are not allowed.
X、Storage:
Storage temperature: -20 °C - 60 °C
Storage period: 6 months.
Storage conditions: The warehouse shall be well ventilated with direct sunlight and rain avoided, and do not contact with corrosive
substances.

IV、Dinge, die Aufmerksamkeit brauchen:
Die Nennspannung dieser Wickelspule beträgt AC220V, und Überlast ist strengstens verboten.
Diese Wickelrolle nutzt Wechselstromkraft, bitte machen Sie gute Arbeit der Erdung.
Wie in der Abbildung zu sehen ist, zerlegen Sie nicht die 4-ST4.2×19 Y-geformte Schlitzschraube für den Einbau der Federabdeckplatte.
Die innere Spulenfeder kann Menschen oder Ausrüstung verletzen.
Bitte halten Sie dieses Handbuch richtig ein.
V、Installation:
Öffnen Sie das Paket und überprüfen Sie die Wickelrolle auf Beschädigungen.
Die Wickelrolle muss in einer Arbeitsumgebung installiert werden, die den Anforderungen der Installation entspricht.
Vergewissern Sie sich, dass die Wickelrolle entsprechend der folgenden Installationszeichnung korrekt installiert ist. Die verwendete
Niete oder Schraube muss in das Befestigungsloch der Halterung eingebaut werden.
Nach dem Einbau der Wickelrolle kann die Schraube am Stopp-Block abgeschraubt werden, um den Stopp-Block auf die Länge des
Drahtes zu bewegen, der außerhalb der Anlage freigelegt werden muss.
Öffnen Sie die schwarze Abdeckplatte auf der Ansaugrohrseite und sehen Sie die folgende Abbildung der Drahtverriegelung. Vor dem
Verlassen der Fabrik verriegelt die Pfandfeder die "ON"-Position, die jede Drahtlänge verriegeln kann, die Sie benötigen. Die Pfandfeder
verriegelt die "OFF"-Position und der Draht kann sich frei bewegen.

VI、Betriebsanleitung:

benutzen. Es kann erst dann verwendet werden, wenn es normal repariert wird, sonst kann es zu schweren Unfällen kommen. Bitte
prüfen Sie, ob der elektrische Draht und der Stecker beschädigt oder verformt sind, sonst kann es zu einer elektrischen Verletzung der
Menschen kommen.
Ziehen Sie im Einsatz langsam und gleichmäßig zwei Hände abwechselnd auf eine ordentliche Länge （ca. 3KG Kraft）, hören Sie sofort
auf, nachdem Sie das Warnschild der Länge gesehen haben, und verriegeln Sie mit Ratschenbremse. Überhöhte Geschwindigkeit und
Spannung können das Produkt beschädigen.
Vermeiden Sie beim Einsatz das Biegen von Drähten, das Trampeln von Drähten und die Vermeidung von scharfen Gegenständen.
Nach dem Gebrauch ziehen Sie bitte den Stecker aus der Steckdose und wischen den Draht sauber.
Wenn der Draht wiederhergestellt ist, sollte der Draht langsam um 8-30 cm herausgezogen werden, um die Ratschenbremse aus dem
verschlossenen Zustand zu lösen, und dann sollte der Draht von Hand gehalten werden, um langsam wieder hergestellt zu werden.

abgedeckt.

Ном. напряжение данной бухты - AC220В, строго запрещается эксплуатация сперенагрузкой.
Для данной бухты используется питание переменного тока, просьба выполнить работу по заземлению.
Строго запрещено самопроизвольно снять винты сY-образными шлицами из пружинной крышки
4-ST4,2x19, как это указано всхеме.
Просьба надлежащим образом хранить данное руководство.
V、Монтаж:
Вскрыть упаковку ипроверить бухту на наличие повреждения.
Необходимо установить бухту врабочих условиях всоответствии стребованиями кмонтажу.
Согласно следующей установочной схеме обеспечить правильную установку бухты. Вслучае
применения закрепок или винтов необходимо установить их впосадочное отверстие вопоре.
После установки бухты можно отвинтить винт вупоре, свдигать упор до длины выходящего провода
из оборудования.
