Layout
• Planthedesiredlayoutofthisfittingcarefully,
ensuringthecableswillreachthedistancebetween
thejunctionboxandthelightfitting.
• Avoidlocatinganycablesinpositionsthatwould
causeahazard.Positioncablesandjunctionboxes
(notsupplied)awayfromareaswheretheymaybe
atriskfrombeingcut,trappedordamaged.
• Themainssupplycablemusthaveaminimumcross
sectionalareaof1.0mm².
• Ensuretheceilingiscapableofholdingtheweightof
theproduct.
Existingfittingsmustbecompletelyremovedbefore
installationofanewproduct.Beforeremovingthe
existingfittingorceilingrose,carefullynotethe
positionofeachsetofwires.
• Ensurethattheceilingcansupporttheweightofthe
product.
• Drillholes800mmapart,andfitthesupplied
hooksintotheceilingusingthefixingssupplied.
Otherfixingsmayberequired,dependinguponthe
surface.
• Feedthewirethroughthependantnut,andthenthe
decorativecup.Loopthesteelwiresover,asshown,
andsecureusingthewirefixer.
• Hangtheloopoverthehookasshown.Feedthe
supplycablethroughthedecorativecupwiththe
hole.4.Pushthedecorativecupsintoplace.Secure
thesupplycableusingthecablegrips.
• Screweachpendantnutintopositiononthelight
fitting,youmayneedanassistantforthisoperation.
• Removethetopoftheballastcoverbyundoingthe
screwontheside.Feedthewirethroughthehole
attheend,ensuringthatthegrommetiscorrectly
locatedinthehole.

screw.

lightisnowreadyforuse.
