Care and Cleaning
For your safety, always switch off the supply before changing lightbulbs, or cleaning.
PIR Adjustment
The PIR sensor can be adjusted for duration the lamp
stays on ("TIME" screw) and the light level that the
switch activates ("LUX" screw).
To adjust when the switch activates, rotate the "LUX"
screw between the sun and moon symbols. The sun
indicates the PIR sensor will operate at all times
during daylight and darkness. The moon indicates
that the PIR sensor will operate in total darkness only.
To adjust the duration the lamp stays on, rotate the
"TIME" screw between + and - . Minimum time on
is 10+/-5 seconds maximum time on is 4+/- 1
minutes
Commissioning
• Reattachtheproducttothewallbackbyrefittingthe
screw set aide earlier. Make sure the seals are tight
to ensure ingress protection.
• AdjustthePIRsensorasdetailedbelow.
• Replacefuse orcircuitbreaker andswitch on.Your
light is now ready for use.

Installation
• Undothescrewatthebottomoftheproducttodetachthewallback.Keepscrewinsafeplaceforrefittinglater.
• Usingthewallbackasatemplate,markanddrillthefixingholes(diagonallypositioned).Thefixingholesare
marked out in the wall back - drill through them too. Make sure the wall back is correctly oriented with the
straight edge at the bottom. Take care to avoid damaging any concealed wiring or pipes.
• Ifyouwishtopassthemainscablethroughthewallback,drillthroughthecableentryhole(bottomright
when wall back is attached to wall) and make sure the rubber grommet supplied in the fixing pack is in place
to ensure ingress protection. Alternatively, the mains cable can be passed through the cable entry hole on the
underside of the product. Again, use the supplied grommet to ensure ingress protection.

This product is Double Insulated and does
not require connection to an Earth circuit.

This unit must be fitted by a competent and qualified
electrician.
Install in accordance with IEE Wiring regulations and
current Building Regulations.
To prevent electrocution switch off at mains supply
before installing or maintaining this fitting. Ensure
other persons cannot restore the electrical supply
without your knowledge.
This unit should be connected to a fused circuit.
If replacing an existing fitting, make a careful note of
the connections.
This product is not suitable for dimming.
This product is rated at IP44.

This product is double insulated and must not be
earthed. If there are any incoming earth cables, they
must be joined together and well insulated with good
quality insulation tape. This is to ensure earth continuity
throughout your property.
Having correctly identified the wiring from your existing
light fitting and connect to the connection block inside
the product in the following way:
