LapPi Assembling Guide
Step 1 : Take out the base plate
Step 2 : Connect M2x3 screws & M2x3 stand-offs
M2x3 Screw
M2x3 Stand off

Step 3 : Place Raspberry Pi & Connect M2 nut

Step 4 : Connect M3x5 screw to place Powerpack
M3x5 Screw
M3x10 Stand-off

Step 5 : Place Powerpack & screwit using M3x5
M3x5 Screw
M 3X5 Screw
Step 6 : Connect Powerpack Side Layer & screw it
using M3x10 screw & M3 nut
M3x10 Screw M3 Nut

Step 7 : Place the other side layer using M3x10 screw
Step 8 : Now take Top Layer(for LCD) & connect
M3x15 stand-off using M3x10 screw
M3x10 Stand-off

Step 9 : Place LCD Screen & screw it using M3x10 screw
Step 10 : Connect HDMI dongle with HDMI flat cable

Step 11 : Connect HDMI dongle & Micro USB with
LCD screen
Step 12 : Connect camera on top layer & screw it
using M2x6
M2x6 Screw

Step 13 : Now connect top layer & screw it using
M3x10 screw
Step 14 : Connect micro usb male to female extension
cable

Step 15 : Now connect screw and nuts
Step 16 : Now connect hinge parts
Insert nut Insert screw
Final Hinge

Step 17 : Now connect hinge with sheets to attach
them together as shown :

Step 18 : Connect the lcd sheet with hinges sheet as
shown & connect the camera wire with Rpi
power cable with power pack, hdmi dongle
with hdmi cable & connect them into Rpi

Step 19 : Now connect hinge to place the supportive
sheet for keyboard
Step 20 :Connect keyboard top layer

Step 21 : Connect the keyboard supportive sheet
Step 22 : Connect keyboard and keyboard usb to
raspberry pi and your LapPi is now ready
