Muscles Used: Pectoralis Major, Frontal Deltoid, Abdominals including torso rotators and spinal stabilizers
Adjust Chest Plate to a seng on the Spine that coincides with posion of client’s upper thoracic region. The Arms can then be
adjusted to place the Yokes at shoulder height. Insert the appropriate color and number of bands into the Yokes then aach
handles to Yokes. Have client face away from Spine of SBR. Make sure to stabilize client based on appropriate resistance and
balance challenge capabilies then place handles in client’s hands. Have client slightly bend elbows ,making sure as individual
progresses through y that hands stay at or slightly below shoulder height and movement paern is controlled. Have individual
maintain control of bands as the arms return to starng point. Have client adjust posion on Plaorm to allow for a full ROM
with appropriate resistance challenge.
Variaons: Incline Bench Fly, Standing Fly on BOSU® Ball, Seated on Stability Ball, One Arm
Standing Chest Fly
Muscles used: Rhomboids, Trapezius, Posterior Deltoids, Gluteus Maximus and Core
Adjust Chest Plate to a seng on the Spine that
is just below the client’s waist. The Arms can then be adjusted to place
Yokes at slightly lower than knee height. Insert the appropriate color and number of bands into the Yokes then aach han-
dles to Yokes. Have client face the Spine of the SBR. Stand with the client’s legs bent in a semi-squat posion. Make sure to
stabilize client based on appropriate resistance and balance capabilies then place handles in client’s opposite hands, criss-
crossing the resistance bands. With a slight bend in the clients elbows begin by squeezing the shoulder blades together. Then
follow by raising the client’s arms out to the sides and slightly upwards unl hands are level to the shoulders. Maintain the

Muscles Used: Quadriceps, Hamstrings, Glutes and Core
The above movements require the use of the SBR Liing Vest. Place Yokes in aachment sites on Plaorm base and lock into
place with pins. Aach appropriate band colors and number to Yokes, securing safety stops. Aach bands to the appropriate d-
rings on vest. Make sure that the bands have lile to no slack when in the down posion. Have individual stand between Yokes
so that hands and shoulders are aligned with Yokes. Have individual bend elbows and lock hands in front of
shoulders. Carefully
squat down with correct body mechanics, keeping the weight on heels, hips back and a slight lumbar arch. Keeping hands
locked in place have individual carefully rise into full upright posion. Maintain a slight bend in the knees at the top. It may be
necessary to have the client squat on a step or riser.
Variaons: This exercise can be done using the standard equipped handles. The client will keep their hands either locked in
front of the shoulders or out to the sides depending on the client’s shoulder stability and strength. A squat press can also be
performed by pressing the handles above the client’s head at the top of the squat. Squat can be done with a jump at the top to
increase vercal jumping power. This can also be done on a BOSU® Ball.
Lat Pulls
Muscles Used: Lassimus Dorsi, Legs, Core, Glutes, Biceps
Adjust Arms to place Yokes into a Y-posion then add correct color and number of bands securing safety latches. Facing the
SBR Spine, have client bend at hips with bent knees then adjust Chest Plate to be slightly above client’s head. With correct
knee and back mechanics, have client align their fully extended arms with the angle of their torso lean and band line of pull. A
straight line from Yokes through arms and torso. Have client
slowly depress shoulder blades then pull elbows into torso, run-
ning parallel to the oor then slowly extend arms out to start posion.
Variaons: Lying on Bench, Standing on BOSU® Ball, Seated on Stability Ball

Muscles Used: Core Specically The Obliques, Spinal Rotators, Lassimus Dorsi,
Shoulder Stabilizers, Gluteal Muscles,
Quadriceps
Start with Chest Plate at top of SBR Spine then adjust Arms so that Yokes are above client’s hands when the client’s arms are fully
extended and outside the midline of the clients torso. Add appropriate color and number of
bands to Yokes securing safety
latches. Have client stand sideways to Spine with foot
furthest away extended. Have client maintain a slight bend to knee in leg
closest to Spine to allow musculature in legs to make the rotaonal ROM. Have client rotate arms from slightly above shoulder
(or where client has capable ROM) around and down to opposite knee or hip. Keep the torso staonary.
Variaons: Legs together, kneeling on an Airex® pad, adding torso rotaon, sing on a stability ball
Oblique Rotaon from Shoulder to Opposite Knee
Tricep Kickback
Muscles Used: Triceps, Core, Gluteus Maximus, Shoulder Stabilizers
Facing the Spine, have client bend at hips with bent knees then adjust SBR Chest Plate to closely match level of client’s head.
Adjust Arms to place Yokes in a Y posion and roughly the width of the client’s shoulders. Add correct color and number of
bands securing safety latches. With correct knee and back mechanics, have client start with arms fully bent and elbows
staonary matching the angle of the torso. Have client
slowly extend arms down towards oor. There should be no moon

chine. Have client step forward with one leg dropping the back knee towards the SBR plaorm. As the client lunges, make sure
to check body posion to ensure front knee stays aligned with toes. Check that
heel of back foot is coming o of the SBR
