UPLIFT500 is a telescopic lifter made in painted steel, with manual lifter composed of 4 sections.
The best solution for using the laser scanner at maximum height of 5.00 mt.
Combines stability with great sturdiness.
All metallic components guarantee maximum durability and strength
It is equipped with:
double safety locking system by means of safety-bolt
pressure knob
non-slip rubber feet
wind bracing kit
braking wheels

WHEELS INSTALLATION
OPENING
Place the elevator on a solid surface and loosen the locking
screws
Lower the crossbar to the maxi-
mum opening of the legs.
Use the telescopic leg to level
the elevator
Connect the wind bracing ropes
to the top-head and
the legs of tripod

Instal the tool

Loosen the thumb-screw
of first extension
Lift the extension up to
the stop hole
Insert the pin into the ho-
le and tighten the knob
Carry out the same operation for all the other extensions

OVERDO WITH THE TENSION FORCE

INSTALLATION AND USE INSTRUCTIONS

SAFETY MEASURES
IT IS COMPULSORY TO SECURE THE ELEVATOR AGAINST SUDDEN WIND ACTIONS, IF USED OUTDOORS. POSSIBLY,
WEIGHTS CAN BE USED TO BE POSITIONED ON THE FEET OF THE ELEVATOR.
DO NOT PLACE STAIRS ON THE ELEVATOR.
DO NOT STAND UNDER THE ELEVATOR WHEN THE LOAD IS LIFTED.
DO NOT MOVE THE LIFT WHEN IT IS FULLY LIFTED.
THE ELEVATOR IS NOT APPROVED FOR LIFTING HUMAN BEINGS.
ALWAYS BLOCK THE EXHAUST PIPE WITH THE APPROPRIATE SCREW AND WITH THE SAFETY LOCK WHEN THE
LOAD IS LIFTED.
IF YOU USE THE ELEVATOR IN THE PRESENCE OF OTHER PEOPLE, CROSSENNAR IT.
LIMITS OF USE
MAXIMUM LOAD (see the technical data) refers to the weight that can be installed on the top of the mast to ensure its safe
use. All loading condions that exceed the limit will be considered as dangerous and will result in an immediate end of any form
of warranty.
The STRENGHT OF THE WIND must be considered. If there is a strong wind, the manufacturer is not responsible for damages
that may be caused by the inappropriate use of the equipment
RISKS RELATED TO THE USE
The two main sources of risk are :
1.RISK OF FALLING of the equipment extended in height, resulng from the acon of wind that has not been evaluated adequa-
tely.
2. CONTACT WITH ELECTRICAL CABLES, avoiding the risks is possible if the product is used properly by paying aenon to the
possible sources of danger present in the area. Please, remember that the electrical cables for high voltage, may dene the
electric discharge to the ground simply approaching and not necessarily touching the conductor.
It is therefore recommended to limit, as far as possible, the inuence of the above risks, both for the operaonal sta and for
strangers, in the following way:
* prohibit the transit and parking space surrounding the Upli500
* maintain the eciency of the equipment
Prohibited the use of the plaorm in the installer mode dierent from the original conguraon and delivery processes
other than those provided by the manufacturer.
Prohibited the use of the plaorm in presence of funconal anomalies and discrepancies in the rules of use and safety in-
strucons given in this manual. If needed, please ask and wait for intervenon of the sta in charge.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR DEMOLITION
The demolion of the pole must be done by qualied personnel in such acvies and provided with adequate experse.
The disassembled components must be separated according to the nature of the materials they are made in compliance with
the applicable laws of "dierent waste".

REQUIREMENTS

The use in the presence of funconal anomalies and discrepancies in the terms of use and safety instrucons described in
this manual. If something happens, request and wait for assistance from the personnel.
• The instrucons, drawings and documentaon contained in this document are of condenal technical nature, of pro-
perty of the manufacturer and may not be reproduced in any manner, either wholly, or in part.
• The manufacturer reserves the right to make changes and improvements at any me, without any modicaon to this
manual, and without prior noce.
• This document must be kept for future reference, unl the scrapping of the machine and must be made available to
the operators.
• If the unit is sold or leased, both the person who rents and the one who oer the service, is obliged to give the manual
to the new owner or user.
• The original instrucons are provided by the manufacturer in the Italian language.
• This document assumes that in the places where the equipment is sold, users respect the safety standards in force in
the country.
• If the manual is lost or damaged, you can request a copy to the dealer, providing the data of the model, serial number
and year of construcon.
• Do not use the manual for any purpose other than the use and maintenance of the product
WARRANTY
The product warranty is of 12 months from the date of the Invoice.
• SCAN & GO S.r.l. will support, at its discreon, the repairment and / or replacement of parts with manufacturing defe-
cts or damages during the warranty period, aer having evaluated the fail-ure.
• The shipping cost of the damaged/defecve parts during the warranty period, and the labour for its removal and re-
placement , are not included in the warranty, and may be approved only aer prior wrien request and conse-quent
authorizaon.
• The warranty does not cover cases of normal wear and tear, negligence in use, improper mainte-nance and im-proper
use.
• The warranty lapses in case the ‘machine’ is equipped with non-original accessories or parts.
• In no event SCAN & GO srl will cover the expenses, for loss or damage of any kind resulng from the use more or less
correct or from the paral or total malfunconing of the equipment.
• The goods travel at the risk of the recipient, any damage incurred during the shipment must be claimed at the delivery
by the courier in charge.
The manufacturer is deemed non-responsible in the case of:
1) inappropriate use of the UPLIFT
2) use of the equipment, against to any other applicable naonal regulaons;
3) serious lack of aenon in the maintenance;
4) intervenons or unauthorized modicaons;
5) use of non-original parts or replacing parts;
6) failure to comply, in whole or in part, of the instrucons;
7) exceponal events.
