AFX-110 READER
*Reads and displays microchip temperature when reading microchips with temperature sensing
implants from Allex or Destron Fearing.

The AFX-110 Reader is a portable reader for microchips with the purpose
of identifying animals.
The device is compatible with ISO standards ISO11784 and ISO11785
and with the FDX-A Fecava Destron Technology, FDX-B, Trovan, Avid
Encrypted and HDX technologies.
In addition to its microchip reading functions, the AFX-110 Reader
can store up to 3000 IDs, each associated with a time/date stamp, in
its internal memory and transmit them to a personal computer via an
USB interface or a Bluetooth®interface.
Thanks to the Temperature Detection feature, the AFX-110 reader is
able to read the temperature¹of pets identified with Temperature
Sensing microchips.
Using the device is easy and a clear menu gives several options to
personally configure your reader.
1. Microchip temperature range is from 33 °C (91.4 °F) to 43 °C (109.4 °F). If the temperature
is below or above this range, it will display "TEMP BELOW RANGE" or "TEMP ABOVE RANGE."
