CAUTION: Risk of electrical shock. Do not open the unit.
1. Read, keep and follow these instructions.
2. Install in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
3. Do not install near any heat sources such as radiators, heat
registers, stoves, or other apparatus (including ampliers)
that produce heat.
4. Only use attachments/accessories specied by the
manufacturer.
5. Protect the power cord from being walked on or pinched,
particularly at plugs, convenience receptacles, and the point
where they exit from the apparatus.
6. Unplug this apparatus during lighting storms or when unused
for long periods of time.
7. Do not let objects or liquids enter the product.
8. Refer all servicing to qualied service personnel. Servicing is
required when the apparatus has been damaged in any way,
such as power-supply cord or plug is damaged, liquid has
been spilled or objects have fallen into the apparatus, the
apparatus has been exposed to rain or moisture, does not
operate normally, or has been dropped.
9. Opening the unit by unauthorized personnel will void the
limited warranty.
CAUTION: Use of controls or adjustments or performance of
procedures other than herein may result in hazardous radiation
exposure or other unsafe operation.
Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to avoid making scratches to the
surface. Do not use cleaning alcohol, or other solvent uids to
clean the surface of the Cabinet as this can both damage the
coating and also cause electrical failures and re if it enters the
electronics in the unit! Before cleaning, please unplug the unit
from the AC power outlet.

Overloading: To prevent risk of re or electric shock, avoid
overloading wall outlets or extension cords.
Open re: keep this sound system a safe distance away from
any open ame such as a lit candle. No open ame sources,
such as lighted candles, should be placed on the unit.
Operating temperatures: The recommended operating
temperature range for the sound system is 5 to 40 degrees
Celsius (41 to 104 degrees Fahrenheit).
Label location: The product labels and safety related markings
are located on the back of the unit and the power adaptor.
Unplugging while in operation: Do not remove the AC power
cord if music is playing.
CAUTION: Risk of explosion if battery is replaced incorrectly.
This product can be recycled. Products bearing this symbol
must NOT be thrown away with normal household waste. At the
end of the product’s life, take it to a collection point designated
for recycling of electrical and electronic devices. Find out more
about return and collection points through your local authority.
For European Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment
(WEEE) Directive was implemented to dramatically reduce
the amount of waste going to landlls, thereby reducing the
environmental impact on the planet and on human health.

Pairing with Bluetooth Device
Bluetooth Speaker can pair with most Bluetooth 2.0 & 2.1
devices. Pairing may vary by device. Consult your Bluetooth
device’s owner’s manual for pairing instructions.
1. Press “Standby” key to switch to Bluetooth mode
2. Press and hold “PAIR” key for 3 seconds until consecutive
“beep” sound is played, the blue Bluetooth LED will ash,
while waiting for your Bluetooth device pairing.
3. Turn ON your Bluetooth device (e.g. Smart Phone). Go to
the Bluetooth settings, select “Scansonic Q1000” from list.
4. Connect your device to the BT Speaker with Bluetooth, your
device menu would show “Connected”, the blue Bluetooth
LED is now ON, to indicate pairing success.
5. You can now play your music wirelessly with the BT
Speaker.
Remark: For mobile with Bluetooth 2.0, its request to enter pass
code during pairing, press 0000
Control the music playback
Your device must support AVRCP (Audio Video Remote Control
Prole) to control your device’s playback from the Speaker.
Please check your device’s owner’s manual.
When the music is being played:
• Play/Pause key
■Press once to pause the playback
■Press again to resume the playback
• Vol – key
■Press once to decrease the volume in 1 level
■Press & Hold to decrease the volume continuously (a
“bip”sounds when the unit reaches volume min)

sounds when the unit reaches volume max)
Turn the Bluetooth Speaker to Standby mode
1. When the Speaker is ON, press and hold the “standby key”.
The Bluetooth LED would turn OFF. You mobile device ID
would be saved at the speaker.
Connect the Latest Paired Bluetooth Device
1. This is a quick method to connect the Speaker with the latest
Paired Device
2. When the unit is at Standby, press “Standby” key to switch
on the Bluetooth speaker, it would connect with the device
automatically; the BT LED would keep ON when connection
is success. If the speaker cannot nd the latest Paired
Device, it would go to Waiting for Connection mode
Connect previous Paired Bluetooth Device
1. If you want to connect another paired device instead of
the latest paired one, please make sure the Bluetooth
connection of the latest device disconnect
2. Disconnect your latest connected device, the speaker will
change to Waiting for Connection Mode, the BT LED starts
ashing slowly
3. Turn ON your Bluetooth device (e.g. Smart Phone) and the
Bluetooth.
4. Select the “Scansonic Q1000” from your device Bluetooth
list to connect the speaker
5. The Bluetooth LED would keep ON at Blue when connected.
You can now play your music wirelessly with the Scansonic
Q1000

6. You can also connect your paired device under pairing mode
7. Under Waiting for Connection mode, you can simple re-
connected your latest paired device by just press “PAIR” key
once shortly
Playback Aux in device
1. Insert the Aux in jack with external device (e.g. MP3 player)
though Aux cable (not provided)
2. The speaker would switch to Aux mode automatically
3. Use your playback device to control the playback and
Volume level.
Remark:
• Please make sure your BT device is disconnected or
playback is stopped, when in Aux mode, otherwise the BT
and Aux in sound would be mixed up.
• In Aux mode, the key panel of the speaker do not have
function, please use your external device for playback
control
Charging Battery
■Connected the power adaptor to the Speaker “DC in” jack or
■Plug the Micro USB end of the USB cable into the Micro
USB port. Plug the other end into a USB port on your
computer or other devices made for USB charging. The
Charging LED light will be RED, It will turn OFF when full
charge.
Lack of Battery
When the Q1000 speaker is almost out of battery, there would
be alert sound come out, charge up the Q1000 immediately or it
would shut down automatically when battery is used up.

Åbenild: hold denne højttaler på sikker afstand af åben ild, som

Parring med Bluetooth-enhed
Bluetooth-højttaleren kan parres med de este Bluetooth 2.0 &
2.1 enheder. Parringen kan variere fra den ene enhed til den
anden. Kig i vejledningen til din Bluetooth-enhed for oplysninger
om, hvordan parringen gennemføres.
1. Tryk på knappen “Standby” for at skifte til Bluetooth-tilstand
2. Tryk og hold knappen “PAIR” i 3 sekunder, indtil du hører et
langt “beep”. Den blå Bluetooth LED blinker, mens højttaleren
venter på parring med din Bluetooth-enhed.
3. Tænd din Bluetooth-enhed (f.eks. smartphone). Gå ind i
Bluetooth-indstillingerne og vælg “Scansonic Q1000” på listen.
4. Forbind din enhed til Bluetooth-højttaleren via Bluetooth.
Din enhed skal vise “Connected” i menuen, og den blå LED-
indikator lyser nu konstant som tegn på, at parringen er
gennemført.
5. Du kan nu afspille musik trådløst gennem din BT-højttaler.
Bemærk: For en mobiltelefon med Bluetooth 2.0 vil det være
påkrævet at indtaste kode under parringen. Indtast 0000
Sådan styres afspilningen
Din enhed skal understøtte AVRCP (Audio Video Remote Control
Prole) for at du kan styre afspilningen fra enheden gennem
højttaleren.
Kig i vejledningen til din enhed.
Når musikken spiller:

Sådan sættes Bluetooth-højttaleren på Standby
1. Når højttaleren er tændt, skal du trykke og holde knappen
“Standby”. Bluetooth LED-indikatoren SLUKKER. Højttaleren
gemmer din mobile enheds ID i hukommelsen.
Tilslutning til senest parrede Bluetooth-enhed
1. Dette er en hurtig vej til at parre højttaleren med den enhed,
den sidst var parret med
2. Tryk på knappen “Standby” for at tænde Bluetooth-højttaleren
fra standby, så oprettes forbindelsen automatisk; BT LED-
indikatoren lyser konstant, når forbindelsen er oprettet. Hvis
højttaleren ikke kan nde den enhed, den senest var parret
med, skifter den til tilstanden “Afventer Forbindelse”
Tilslutning til Bluetooth-enhed, højttaleren tidligere har været
parret med
1. Hvis du vil parre med en anden enhed end den, din højttaler
senest var parret med, skal du sikre dig, at Bluetooth-
forbindelsen til den senest parrede enhed er ophævet
2. Når du ophæver forbindelsen til den senest tilsluttede enhed,
skifter højttaleren til tilstanden “Afventer Forbindelse”, og BT
LED-indikatoren begynder at blinke langsomt
3. Tænd din Bluetooth-enhed (f.eks. smartphone) og aktivér
Bluetooth.
4. Vælg “Scansonic Q1000” på din liste over Bluetooth-enheder
for at oprette forbindelse til højttaleren
5. Bluetooth LED-indikatoren lyser konstant blåt, når der er
forbindelse. Du kan nu afspille din musik trådløst gennem
Scansonic Q1000

6. Du kan også tilslutte din parrede enhed i parringstilstand
7. I tilstanden “Afventer Forbindelse” kan du ganske enkelt
genoprette forbindelsen til den senest parrede enhed blot ved at
trykke kortvarigt én gang på knappen “PAIR”
Afspilning via Aux in
1. Forbind din eksterne enhed (f.eks. MP3-afspiller) til Aux in-
stikket ved hjælp af et lydkabel (medfølger ikke)
2. Højttaleren skifter automatisk til Aux-tilstand
3. Anvend knapperne på den eksterne enhed til at styre
afspilningen og lydstyrken.
Bemærk:
• Sørg for, at din BT-enhed er koblet fra eller at afspilningen
fra den er afbrudt, når du afspiller via Aux in, da lyden fra
BT-enheden ellers vil blive blandet sammen med lyden fra
signalkilden tilsluttet Aux-indgangen.
• Ved afspilning via Aux kan du ikke anvende knappanelet på
højttaleren, du skal i stedet styre afspilningen ved hjælp af
knapperne på den eksterne enhed
Opladning af batteriet
■Forbind strømforsyningen til stikket mærket “DC in” på
højttaleren eller
■Forbind USB-kablets Micro USB-stik til Micro USB-porten på
højttaleren. Forbind USB-kablets andet stik til USB-porten på
din computer eller anden enhed, der kan udføre opladning via
USB. LED ladeindikatoren lyser RØDT under opladningen og
slukker, når opladningen er gennemført.
Lavt batteriniveau
Når Scansonic Q1000 er lige ved at løbe tør for strøm, vil du høre
en advarselstone. Du bør oplade Q1000 hurtigst muligt, da den
ellers lukker ned automatisk, når batteriet løber helt tørt.
