SICHERHEIT UND HINWEISE
Sehr geehrte Kundin, sehr geehrter Kunde,
bitte lesen Sie vor der Montage und Inbetriebnahme diese Anleitung vollständig durch. Beachten Sie alle Sicher-
heitshinweise, bevor Sie mit den Arbeiten beginnen. Bewahren Sie die Anleitung auf und weisen Sie jeden Benut-
zer auf eventuelle Gefahren hin, die im Zusammenhang mit diesem Produkt stehen. Übergeben Sie die Anleitung
bei einem Besitzerwechsel auch dem Nachbesitzer. Bei Schäden, die durch unsachgemäßen Gebrauch oder durch fehler-
hafte Montage entstehen, erlischt die Garantie und jeder Gewährleistungsanspruch.
SICHERHEITSHINWEISE
Es besteht Lebensgefahr durch einen Stromschlag!
Vor Arbeiten an elektrischen Anlagen muss die Anlage spannungsfrei geschaltet werden. Dies gilt auch für den
Fall der Wartung und Reparatur an der motorisierten Rollladenanlage. Arbeiten an elektrischen Anlagen dürfen
nur von zugelassenen Elektrofachkräften ausgeführt werden. Die Vorschriften des örtlichen Energieversorgers
sowie alle geltenden Normen und Vorschriften für die Elektroinstallation sind einzuhalten.
Vor Arbeiten an Rollladenanlagen muss der Rollladen gegen selbsttätiges Herabfallen gesichert werden.
Verwenden Sie den Rohrmotor nur in trockenen Räumen (Schutzart IP44).
Die Rohrmotoren werden im Normalbetrieb sehr warm. Vorsicht Verletzungsgefahr!
Das Anschlusskabel der Rohrmotoren darf nicht im Außenbereich verlegt werden.
Der Rohrmotor und die Verpackung sind kein Spielzeug. Halten Sie Kinder davon fern. Es besteht Verletzungs- und
Erstickungsgefahr.
Während des Einstellvorgangs sind dritte Personen von der Rollladenanlage fernzuhalten.
Die Rohrmotoren dürfen nicht geöffnet werden.
 
Die Abdeckung des Rollladenkastens sollte so angebracht sein, dass ein Zugang jederzeit möglich ist.
Überprüfen Sie den Rohrmotor vor der Montage auf etwaige Schäden und die Vollständigkeit des Zubehörs.
Die Zuglast und Auslegung des Rohrmotors muss an die Rollladenanlage angepasst werden. Die Belastung des Rohrmotors
darf nicht überschritten werden.
Die Rohrmotoren sind für den Kurzzeitbetrieb mit einer Einschaltdauer von 4 Minuten ausgelegt. Bei Überhitzung durch
zu lange Betriebsdauer oder eine zu hohe Zuglast schaltet der Rohrmotor ab. Nach einer Abkühldauer von mindestens
15 Minuten ist der Rohrmotor wieder betriebsbereit.
Überprüfen Sie regelmäßig die Rollladenanlage auf leichten Lauf und im Winter auf Vereisung.
Bei technischen Fragen zu Ihrer Rollladenanlage wenden Sie sich an unseren Kunden-Service.
Im Betrieb können, bedingt durch Temperaturunterschiede im Winter und Sommer, geringe Abweichungen in der Position
der Endlage entstehen. Im Bedarfsfall kann eine erneute Feineinstellung der Endlagen notwendig sein.
Längentoleranzen der Achtkantwelle mit einer geeigneten Walzenhülse (MAXI Art. Nr. 80100, MINI 80200) ausgleichen.
Die Walzenhülse muss mindestens 60 mm tief in die Achtkantwelle eingeschoben werden (Seite 194). Sie darf den
Rohrmotor in der Achtkantwelle nicht berühren und im Lauf behindern.
BESTIMMUNGSGEMÄSSE VERWENDUNG
Die Rohrmotoren sind ausschließlich für die Verwendung in Rollladenanlagen ausgelegt.
Die Rohrmotoren dürfen nur in ordnungsgemäß aufgebaute Rollladenanlagen eingesetzt werden.
Die Rollladenanlagen müssen in einem einwandfreien Zustand sein.
Mängel an den Rollladenanlagen müssen vor dem Einbau von Rohrmotoren behoben und beschädigte Teile ersetzt werden.
Eine andere oder darüber hinausgehende Verwendung des Rohrmotors gilt als nicht bestimmungsgemäß.
Für Folgeschäden, Sachschäden und Personenschäden bei nicht bestimmungsgemäßer Verwendung haftet die Alfred
Schellenberg GmbH nicht.

Der Rohrmotor (Art. Nr. 20506/20510/20810/20820/20840/20507/20511/20811) erfüllt die geltenden Anforderungen der
europäischen und nationalen Richtlinien. Die Konformität wurde nachgewiesen, die entsprechenden Erklärungen und Unter-
lagen sind beim Hersteller hinterlegt.
Nicht im Hausmüll entsorgen! Der Markisenantrieb ist recyclingfähig und kann im Wertstoffhof oder an einer
Sammelstelle für elektrischen Hausmüll abgegeben werden.
GARANTIEBEDINGUNG
Wir garantieren, dass unsere Produkte frei von Material- und Herstellungsfehlern sind. Ausgenommen von der Garantie sind
Schäden, die verursacht sind durch:
nutzungsbedingten, normalen Verschleiß
unsachgemäße Montage, Anschluss, Bedienung oder Behandlung
 
unsachgemäße Wartung und Reparatur durch Dritte
technische Änderungen durch Dritte
Im Garantiefall werden wir nach unserer Wahl das Produkt reparieren oder den Austausch gegen ein gleichwertiges
SCHELLENBERG-Produkt vornehmen. Die Garantiezeit wird durch Austausch oder Reparatur des Gerätes nicht verlängert!
Voraussetzung für die Inanspruchnahme der Garantie ist die Vorlage des Kaufbelegs. Bei Einsendung des Gerätes fügen
Sie bitte eine Kopie des Belegs sowie eine Beschreibung des aufgetretenen Mangels bei.

Dear customers,
please completely read this instruction manual before the installation and commissioning. Observe all safety
instructions before you begin executing any work. Keep the instruction manual stored at hand and advise each user
about possible dangers that are related to this product. In case of a change in ownership pass on the instruction
manual to the new owner. In case of damages which are caused by misuse or improper installation the warranty and any
warranty claim will be void.
SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
There is danger to life from electric shock!
Before working on electrical equipment, the facility must be de-energized. This also applies for the maintenance
and repair of the motorized awning system. Work on electrical installations may only be performed by licensed
electrical professionals. The provisions of the local electric utility company as well as all applicable standards and
regulations for electrical installations must be complied with.
Before working on roller shutter systems, the shutters must be secured against a self-actuated falling down.
Only use the tubular motor in dry rooms (protection class IP44).
The tubular motors become very hot during normal operation. Caution, risk of injury!
The connecting cable of the tubular motors may not be installed outdoors.
The tubular motor and the packaging are not toys. Keep children away from them. There is a danger of injury and
suffocation.
During the adjustment process third parties must be kept away from the shutter system.
The tubular motors may not be opened.
The tubular motors are maintenance free and do not require any special care.
The cover of the shutter box should be installed in such a way, that an access is possible at any time.
Inspect the tubular motor prior to installation for damage and completeness of the accessories.
The tensile load and the dimensioning of the tubular motor must be adapted to the shutter system. The permitted load of the
tubular motor may not be exceeded.
The tubular motors are designed for short-term operation with a duty cycle of 4 minutes. In case of overheating due to long
operating times or a too high tensile load, the motor will stop. After a cooling period of at least 15 minutes, the tubular motor
will be ready for operation again.
Check the shutter system regularly for smooth running and for freezing in winter.

During operation, small variations in the end-position can occur due to temperature differences during the winter and

Equalize length tolerances of the octagonal shaft with a suitable roller sleeve [item-no. 80100 (MINI), item-no. 80200
(MAXI)].
The roller sleeve must be inserted at least 60 mm deep into the octagonal shaft (page 194). It may not touch the tube motor
in the octagonal shaft or obstruct the motion.
INTENDED USE
The tubular motors are designed exclusively for use in roller shutter systems.
The tubular motors may only be used in properly assembled roller shutter systems.
 
Defects of the roller shutter systems must be resolved before the installation of tubular motors, and damaged parts must be
replaced.
Using the tubular motor for purposes other than those mentioned above is considered contrary to its designated use.
The Alfred Schellenberg GmbH shall not be liable for any consequential damage, property damage and personal injury due
to improper use.

The tubular motor meets (item no. 20506/20510/20810/20820/20840/20507/20511/20811) the applicable requirements of

manufacturer.
Do not dispose of together with household waste! The tubular motors are recyclable and can
be deposited at a recycling center or a collection station for electrical household garbage.
WARRANTY CONDITIONS
We guarantee that our products are free from material and manufacturing defects. Excluded from the warranty are damages
that are caused by:
use-related, normal wear and tear
improper installation, connection, operation or treatment
 
improper maintenance and repairs by third parties
 
In case of a warranty case at our discretion we will repair the product, or exchange it for an equivalent SCHELLENBERG
product. Replacement or repair of the unit will not extend the warranty period! A condition for a warranty claim processing is
the presentation of the original sales receipt. When shipping the units please include a copy of the original sales receipt and
a description of the defect.
We grant a warranty for the quality of our tubular motors from the date of purchase, for a period of:
5 years, item no. 20506/20510/20810/20820/20840/20507/20511/20811.

utilisateur les éventuels dangers en liaison avec ce produit. En cas de changement de propriétaire, la notice doit
être cédée au propriétaire suivant. Pour les dommages, résultant d‘une utilisation non conforme ou d‘un montage incorrect,
tout droit à la garantie s‘éteint.
CONSIGNES DE SÉCURITÉ
Danger de mort à cause d‘une décharge électrique !
Avant de travailler sur les installations électriques, ces dernières doivent être mises hors tension. Ceci s‘applique
également à la maintenance et à la réparation du volet roulant motorisé. Les travaux sur les installations électri-
ques ne doivent être exécutés que par des électriciens agréés. Il convient de respecter les réglementations de
l‘entreprise d‘approvisionnement en électricité locale ainsi que toutes les normes et réglementations actuellement en vigueur
relatives aux installations électriques.
Avant de travailler sur les volets roulants, ces derniers doivent être bloqués pour qu‘ils ne chutent pas.
Utilisez le moteur tubulaire uniquement dans des endroits secs (type de protection IP44).
Les moteurs tubulaires sont très chauds en fonctionnement normal. Attention - Risque de blessure!
Le câble de raccordement des moteurs tubulaires ne doit pas être posé en zone extérieure.
Le moteur tubulaire et l‘emballage ne sont pas des jouets. Les enfants doivent être tenus à distance. Un risque de blessure
et d‘étouffement existe.
Pendant le réglage, aucune personne tierce ne doit se trouver à proximité du volet roulant.
Les moteurs tubulaires ne doivent pas être ouverts.
 
Le revouvrement du caisson de volet roulant devrait être monté de manière à permettre à tout moment libre accès.
 
La charge de traction et le dimensionnement du moteur tubulaire doivent être adaptés au volet roulant. La charge maximale
du moteur tubulaire ne doit pas être dépassée.
Les moteurs tubulaires sont conçus pour un fonctionnement discontinu avec une durée de marche de 4 minutes. En cas
de surchauffe en raison d‘une durée de fonctionnement trop longue ou d‘une charge de traction trop élevée, le moteur se
coupe. Au bout d‘un temps de refroidissement de 15 minutes au minimum, le moteur tubulaire est de nouveau opérationnel.
 

Lors du fonctionnement, des écarts faibles des points d‘extrémité peuvent survenir en raison des différences de température

Égaliser les tolérances de longueur de l‘arbre octogonal avec une douille appropriée (MAXI n° de réf. 80100, MINI 80200).
La douille doit être introduite de 60 mm dans l‘arbre octogonal (page 194). Elle ne doit pas toucher le moteur tubulaire dans
l‘arbre octogonal ni gêner sa marche.
UTILISATION CONFORME
Les moteurs tubulaires sont exclusivement conçus pour être utilisés dans des volets roulants.
Les moteurs tubulaires ne doivent être utilisés que dans des volets roulants montées correctement.
Les volets roulants doivent être intacts.
Tout défaut sur les volets roulants doit être éliminé avant le montage des moteurs tubulaires et les pièces endommagées
doivent être remplacées.
Toute autre utilisation du moteur tubulaire ou utilisation dépassant ce cadre est considérée comme non conforme.
