1. Allgemein
Reinigungsgerät für die schonende Reinigung von 3D-gedruckten Objekten. IMPRIMO®Clean erzeugt eine Kreisströmung in der Reinigungslösung,
um die Gefahr von Mikrorissen in der Bauteiloberfläche zu verringern und die Bauteilqualität weiter zu steigern.
Unterschiedliche Reinigungsprogramme ermöglichen die Abstimmung der Reinigung auf die gewählte Materialklasse und die Auswahl des Reini-
gungsmittels. Der einfach herausnehmbare Einsatz erlaubt einen schnellen und sauberen Wechsel der Reinigungslösung.

Achtung! Bitte lesen Sie sich diese Hinweise vor Anschluss und Bedienung des Gerätes sorgfältig durch. Funktionssicherheit und ordnungsgemäße
Funktion des Gerätes sind nur bei Beachtung dieser Hinweise gewährleistet.
Warnhinweis: IMPRIMO®Clean reinigt unausgehärtete Harzrückstände von der Oberfläche der Druckobjekte mit chemischen Reinigungsmitteln wie
IMPRIMO®Cleaning Liquid oder Isopropanol. IMPRIMO®Clean ist ein professionelles Produkt und darf nur von Fachpersonal gemäß
den Informationen und Warnhinweisen des Herstellers betrieben werden.
Warnhinweis: IMPRIMO®Clean nur in gut belüfteten Räumen benutzen. Viele Reinigungsmittel sind entzündlich und sehr flüchtig, lagern Sie das
Reinigungsmittel nach Gebrauch in dem dafür vorgesehenen Behälter.
IMPRIMO®Clean nicht in der Nähe von Hitzequellen oder Flammen benutzen.
Achtung: IMPRIMO®Clean wird über ein externes Netzteil mit Strom versorgt (12 V), um Manipulationen am Gerät und somit das Risiko
eines Stromschlags zu vermeiden. Im Falle eines Defekts am Gerät bitte qualifiziertes Fachpersonal kontaktieren.
Warnhinweis: Entfernen Sie das Reinigungsmittel vorsichtig und vollständig aus der Reinigungswanne.
3. Allgemeine Inbetriebnahme
Das Gerät an einem geeigneten Ort aufstellen und das im Lieferumfang enthaltene Netzteil mit dem Gerät verbinden.
4.Bedienung
IMPRIMO®Clean verfügt über drei unterschiedliche Reinigungsprogramme.
Low: Dieses Programm eignet sich aufgrund des langsamen Reinigungszykluses für filigrane Strukturen.
Medium: Der Standard-Reinigungszyklus eignet sich für die meisten Druckobjekte.
High: Der Intensive-Reinigungszyklus ist für Druckobjekte mit großer Menge an unausgehärteten Harzrückständen.
Nach der Auswahl eines Programms kann die Reinigungsdauer eingestellt werden. Diese kann je nach Menge der verbliebenen, unausgehärteten
Harzrückstände variieren. Der durchschnittliche Reinigungsvorgang beträgt 5 Minuten.
Nach Verschließen des Deckels und Betätigung der Start-Taste erfolgt der Reinigungsprozess.
Nach Ablauf der eingestellten Reinigungsdauer endet der Reinigungsvorgang und eine Bestätigung erscheint auf dem Display.
Wichtig: Um die Qualität der Druckobjekte zu erhalten, müssen diese umgehend nach Abschluss der Reinigung aus der Reinigungsflüssigkeit
entfernt werden.
Zum Entnehmen der Objekte können die beiden Handgriffe mit der Aufschrift „Pull“ herausgezogen werden. Die Objekte werden hierdurch aus der
Flüssigkeit gehoben. Durch Druck auf die Handgriffe kann die Plattform wieder in der Flüssigkeit versenkt werden.
Wenn die Reinigungsleistung der Reinigungsflüssigkeit abnimmt, ist die Reinigungsflüssigkeit gesättigt und muss gewechselt werden. Hierzu kann
der Flüssigkeitsbehälter durch Ziehen an den Handgriffen aus dem Gerät gehoben werden und durch die kleine Öffnung abgegossen werden.

Cleaning unit for gentle cleaning of 3D printed objects.The IMPRIMO®Clean creates a circular flow in the cleaning solution to reduce the risk of micro-
cracks in the object surface, thus increasing its quality.
Different cleaning programs allow for precise matching with the selected material class and choice of the cleaning agent. The easy removable insert
enables quick and clean replacement of the cleaning solution.
2. Safety Instructions
Attention! Please read these notes carefully before connecting and operating the device. The operational safety and functioning of the device can only
be ensured if these safety instructions are observed.
Warning: IMPRIMO®Clean solves uncured resin residues from the surface of the printed objects using chemical cleaning agents as IMPRIMO®
Cleaning Liquid or isopropanol. IMPRIMO®Clean is a professional product and shall only be operated by qualified personnel in
accordance with the manufacturer’s information and warnings.
Warning: Use the IMPRIMO®Clean only in well-ventilated areas. Many cleaning agents are flammable and highly volatile. Make sure to store the
detergent after use in the appropriate container.
Do not use the Clean IMPRIMO®near heat sources or open flames.
Attention: The IMPRIMO®Clean is powered by an external power supply (12 V) to prevent any kind of manipulation to the unit and thus
the risk of electric shock. In case of a malfunction of the device please contact qualified experts.
Warning: Remove the cleaning liquid carefully and completely from the cleaning bath.

Appareil de nettoyage pour le nettoyage doux des objets imprimés en 3D. IMPRIMO®Clean crée un flux circulaire dans la solution de nettoyage, afin
de réduire le risque de micro-fissures dans la surface des objets à imprimer, tout en améliorant leur qualité.
Différents programmes de nettoyage permettent l’ajustement du nettoyage à la classe de matériau sélectionné et au choix de l‘agent de nettoyage.
L’élément filtrant qui se retire facilement permet un remplacement rapide et propre de la solution de nettoyage.
2. Consignes de sécurité
Attention ! Veuillez lire attentivement ces instructions avant de brancher et d‘utiliser l‘appareil. La sécurité fonctionnelle et le bon fonctionnement de
l‘appareil ne sont garantis que si ces instructions sont respectées.
Avertissement : IMPRIMO®Clean nettoie les résidus de résine non durcis à la surface des objets imprimés avec des agents de nettoyage
chimiques tels que IMPRIMO®Cleaning Liquid ou Isopropanol. IMPRIMO®Clean est un produit professionnel et ne doit être
utilisé que par un personnel qualifié conformément aux informations et avertissements du fabricant.
Avertissement : Utiliser IMPRIMO®Clean seulement dans les endroits bien ventilés. De nombreux produits de nettoyage sont inflammables et très
volatils. Stocker l’agent de nettoyage après utilisation dans le récipient prévu à cet effet. Ne pas utiliser IMPRIMO®Clean à proximité
de sources de chaleur ou de flammes.
Attention : IMPRIMO®Clean est alimenté par un bloc d’alimentation externe en énergie (12 V), pour éviter toute sorte de manipulation à
l’appareil et donc le risque d’un choc électrique. En cas d’un éventuel défaut de l‘appareil, veuillez contacter un technicien de
service qualifié.
Avertissement : Retirez le détergent soigneusement et complètement hors du bain de nettoyage.
3. Mise en service générale
Placer l‘appareil dans un endroit approprié et connecter l‘adaptateur d‘alimentation fourni avec l‘appareil.
4. Réglage
IMPRIMO®Clean dispose de trois programmes différents de nettoyage.
Low: Ce programme est caractérisé par un cycle de nettoyage lent et est destiné pour les structures délicates.
Medium: Le cycle de nettoyage standard convient pour la plupart des objets d‘impression.
High: Le cycle de nettoyage intensif est destiné aux objets imprimés avec une grande quantité de résidus de résine non durcis.
Une fois le programme choisi, le temps de nettoyage peut être réglé. Ce temps peut varier en fonction de la quantité de résidus non durcis.
L‘opération de nettoyage moyenne est de 5 minutes.
Une fois le couvercle fermé, le processus de nettoyage est mis en marche en appuyant sur le bouton de démarrage.
Le temps de nettoyage écoulé, le processus de nettoyage est terminé ce qui est affiché sur l’écran.
Important: Pour maintenir la qualité des objets d‘impression, ils doivent être retirés du liquide de nettoyage immédiatement après l‘achèvement du
processus de nettoyage.
Saisir les poignées avec le mot « pull » afin de retirer les objets hors du liquide de nettoyage.
En appuyant sur les poignées, la plate-forme peut être immergée à nouveau dans le liquide.
Dans le cas d’une baisse de la performance de nettoyage, le liquide de nettoyage est saturé et doit être remplacé. Dans ce but, le récipient de
liquide peut être soulevé en tirant sur les poignées de l‘appareil et le liquide peut être versé à travers la petite ouverture.
3. General commissioning
Place the unit in a suitable place and connect the power adapter which is included in the delivery.
4. Operation
IMPRIMO®Clean has three different cleaning programs.
Low: The slow cleaning cycle of this program is best suited for delicate structures.
Medium: The standard cleaning cycle is suitable for most print objects.
High: The intense cleaning cycle is destined for print objects with a large amount of uncured resin residues.
After selecting a program, the cleaning time can be set. The time varies depending on the amount of the remaining, uncured resin residues. The
average cleaning time is 5 minutes.
Close the lid and press the start button to initiate the cleaning process.
Once the set cleaning time has elapsed, the cleaning process ends which is confirmed by an indication on the display.
Important: Remove the print objects immediately after completion of the cleaning process from the cleaning liquid to maintain their quality.
Pull out both handles marked with “pull” to lift the objects from the liquid.
By applying pressure to the handles, the platform can be lowered into the liquid again.
In case of a decrease of the cleaning performance, the cleaning liquid is saturated and needs to be replaced. For this purpose, lift the liquid
container from the unit to pour out the liquid through the small opening.
