General Warnings
- Install the device inside of vehicle
- Do not wet the device
- To use the automatic mode always use a Relay
- Put the optional light sensor in a way to get the
Daylight from outside.
NOTE 1:SCHlabs decline all responsibility for any damage to
people or things caused by the manipulation of the devices or
wires.
Operation
The LPA4 is an polyvalent lights assistant, according the
installation procedure the operation can change from a single
warning of forget light on to a complex and automatic light
control with parking light and crepuscular light.
After 40 seconds the LPA4 will send a signal to turn ON the
lights, If the lights still off then the device will transmit an
audible signal to reminder turn the lights ON manually.
hen shut down the engine send the signal to power off the
lights immediately or delayed according parking light
configuration. If after 40 seconds the lights still are ON, a beep
series will be produced to remind the OFF action.

Open Door:
In case of open door with the engine OFF, and the lights ON the
sound is instantaneous. To use this function is required that the
cable is connected, and the door must be closed at least one
time.
The sound are a “beeps” series, that repeat 4 times. After that
assume that the driver want ignore them and no repeat.
Only door operation
hen active this mode, the LPA will not remind or manage the
lights ON or OFF. Only will warn when the light is ON, the
engine OFF and open door. This function cancel parking and
crepuscular light.
Crepuscular operation
This mode only produce a warning and/or ON/OFF when the
light is less that a user programmed level. To activate this
function you need to have the light sensor (optional accessory)
and install in a place where get external sunlight.

Setup
Press the button, will see that the blue led blink. Release the
button when the number of times that tle led blink match with
the function to change:
Led Function
1 Only Door Normal mode or Only door
2 Parking Light Instant or delayer Shut down
3 Crepuscular Normal or crepuscular mode
4 Sunlight level Keep the actual light as reference

Frequently Asked Questions
-I can cancel the circuit?
Yes, simply active Only door
-Is mandatory connect the door?
NOT, is not required, the circuit detect automatically that is not
connected and cancel the open door warning. This continue until
detect the door closed
-Sound permanently?
NOT, transmit a short series of beeps and repeat 4 times. After that the
circuit assume that the driver know what is doing
-Why the 40 seconds delay?
To give time to the driver to turn on the engine, To give time to the
driver to start the engine, get comfortable in the seat and put on your
seat belt without being disturbed.
-I get ad ised if i forget the lights on?
Yes, at 24 seconds or if with engine off open the door.
-I get connected the automatic ON, how cancel without uninstall?
Turn the light off from the regular car switch.
-I get installed a relay, how i use the automatic mode?
Simply left ON the light, the circuit will shut down.

Warranty
- General rules of the guarantee
SCHlabs, guarantees the good and correct functioning of this product.
The guarantee will be recognized for a period of 3 (three) months from the purchase, the
defects of construction and materials being covered.
If, during the guarantee period, the product is defective, SCHlabs will take charge of the
repairs or substitutions required by the product. They will be made at the SCHlabs facilities
and the shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
For accessories or components that have not been manufactured by SCHlabs, only the
guarantees of the respective producers are valid.
This guarantee is the only one given by SCHlabs, so any other is excluded.
- Terms
The guarantee will only be recognized with the presentation of this certificate with date and
stamp of the reseller, or in its absence with the purchase invoice. This guarantee will be
valid only for those who are in good standing with the payments.
- Warranty exclusions
1.- Periodic checks, maintenance, repairs or replacement of parts due to normal
deterioration.
2.- Malfunction due to negligence, improper use or improper installation not in accordance
with the given technical instructions and any defect that was not produced due to
construction defects.
3.- Products installed, modified, repaired, replaced, assembled or maneuvered by people
who do not have written authorization from SCHlabs
4.- Accidents due to force majeure or other causes (water, fire, lightning, electromagnetic
fields, etc.) that do not depend on SCHlabs.
