Congratulations on the purchase of your Flocking CABIN!
1.1. Product description
With the Flocking CABIN you can easily flock larger 3D parts and ensure a clean working
environment.
An extraction unit, such as the Dustomat 160S (Art. No. 810495) can be connected either
at the rear or at the bottom. Additional fastening material is required for the bottom con-
nection.

2. Guide to these operating instructions
These operating instructions must be read, understood and observed in all points by all
persons who are responsible for the booth. Only with knowledge of these operating in-
structions can errors be avoided and safe and trouble-free operation be guaranteed.

This device is intended exclusively for use in flocking.
ATTENTION
Any commissioning outside this provision is prohibited.
Damages / Modifications:
No structural modifications of any kind may be made to this device.

5. Functional description
5.1. Structure
1 First screw the adjustable feet to the substructure (Fig. 1-3). The working height
can be set to 750, 900 or 1050 mm.
2 Then set up the substructure as shown (Fig. 4).
3 Screw the rear panel to the substructure at the back
4 Screw the left and right side panels to the substructure and rear panel.
(Fig. 5)
5 Screw the brackets for the baffle plate to the top cover (Fig. 6).
6 Screw the top cover to the rear wall and the side walls
7 Insert the two gratings as shown (Fig. 7)
8 Hook the baffle plate into the holders and set the desired angle with the locking sli-
der (Fig. 8)
Please always use the fastening material in the sequence shown
(Fig. 3)
