Installation
1 Preparing for installation
CAUTION: Always turn off the water supply before
removing an existing faucet or replacing any part of a
faucet. Open the faucet handle to relieve water pressure
and ensure that the water is completely shut off.

□Remove the preassembled mounting nut (T) and
washers (R & S) from the spout assembly (P).
□Before installation, ensure that the ange (Q) is
placed on the bottom of the spout assembly (P).
□Insert the spout assembly (P) through the hole
in the deck.
□Secure the spout assembly (P) with the rubber
washer (R), metal washer (S) and mounting
nut (T).
□Shut off the water supply. Remove the old
faucet.
□Clean the mounting surface.
Installing the spout assembly
□Drill holes in the nished deck as shown in
the diagram below.

3 Installing the handle assembly
□Remove the preassembled connector (AA), lock
nut (Z) and washers (X & Y) from the outlet
tube (1). Remove the preassembled sleeve (W)
from the handle assembly (U).
□Before installation, ensure that the ange (V)
is placed on the bottom of the handle assembly (U).
□Insert the handle assembly (U) through the hole
in the deck.
□Secure the handle assembly (U) with the sleeve (W),
rubber washer (X), metal washer (Y) and lock nut (Z).
□Thread the connector (AA) onto outlet tube (1).

4 Removing the mounting kits
□Loosen the preassembled lift rod knob (G),
remove the accessorize cap (H), then loosen
the mounting nut (I) and remove the washers
(J & K) from the diverter valve body (O).
□Adjust the rubber washer (L), metal washer (M)
and mounting nut (N) to the bottom of diverter
valve body (O).
5 Installing the diverter valve
body
□From underneath the deck, insert the diverter
valve body (O) with the rubber washer (L),
metal washer (M) and mounting nut (N) through
the hole.
□From above, place the rubber washer (K), metal
washer (J) and thread the mounting nut (I) onto
the diverter body (O).
6 Securing the diverter valve
body
□From above, tighten the mounting nut (I) to
make the diverter valve body (O) expose about
two thread positions out the top end of the
mounting nut (I).
□From underneath the deck, secure the diverter
valve body (O) with the rubber washer (L),
metal washer (M) and mounting nut (N) so that
the rubber washer (K) sits ush against the
nished deck surface.

7 Installing the accessorize cap
and lift rod knob
□Place the accessorize cap (H) onto the diverter
valve body (O) and tighten the lift rod knob (G)
onto the lift rod (1).
8 Installing the spray support
□Remove the preassembled mounting nut (F) and
washers (D & E) from the spray support (C).
□Insert the spray support (C) through the hole in
the deck.
□Secure the spray support (C) with the plastic
washer (D), metal washer (E) and mounting
nut (F).
9 Installing the spray hose
□Insert the spray hose (B) into the spray
support (C).

10 Connecting the hose Connecting the hoses
□Connect one end of hose (CC) to the diverter
valve body (O) and the other end of the hose (CC)
to the spray hose (B).
□Gently bend the hoses to available space
underneath the deck. Tighten all connections
with a wrench.

□Connect one end of hoses (BB) to the two
connectors on the diverter valve body (O) and
the other end of the hoses (BB) to the tube (1)
on spout assembly and connector (2) on the
handle assembly.
□Gently bend the hoses (BB) to available space
underneath the deck. Tighten all connections
with a wrench.
12 Making the water supply
connections
□Connect the water supply lines (1) to the
faucet inlets (2). (Supply lines are not
included.)

□Ensure the faucet handle are in the off position,
and turn on the water supply and check for leaks.
If you discover any leaks, check your connections
to ensure they are installed properly.
□Turn on the handle to allow the water to run for
at least one minute. This ushes away any
debris that could cause damage to internal parts.
□Pull the spray hose (B) to its farthest extension
and point it down into the tub. Pull the lift rod (1)
up and rotate certain angle as shown to the full
ON position and ush water lines from the spray
hose (B) for one minute.
□After ushing, turn the handle all the way off to
shut off the water. Rotate the lift rod (1) certain
angle in the same direction again to make it be
in its normal position.

□Connect the hand held shower (A) into the end
of the spray hose (B) and hand tighten.

Care and Cleaning
□To clean, wipe down with a damp cloth and dry with a towel.
□Do not use abrasive cleaners, steel wool, or harsh chemicals when cleaning this faucet, or the warranty will
be voided.
Troubleshooting

The bonnet nut has come loose and/or the
washer is dirty or damaged.
□Tighten the bonnet nut.
□Clean or replace the washer.
The water will not shut off

□Taladra oricios en la plataforma acabada,

□Cierra el suministro de agua. Retira el grifo
anterior.
□Limpia la supercie de montaje.
PRECAUCIÓN: Cierra siempre el suministro de agua
antes de quitar un grifo existente o reemplazar cualquier
pieza de un grifo. Abre la llave del grifo para liberar la
presión de agua y asegúrate de que el suministro de agua
esté completamente cerrado.

de salida (1). Quita la funda preensamblada (W)
del conjunto de la llave (U).
□Antes de la instalación, asegura que la brida (V)
esté en la parte inferior del conjunto de la llave (U).
□Inserta el conjunto de la llave (U) a través del
oricio en la plataforma.
□Asegura el conjunto de la llave (U) con la funda (W),
la arandela de hule (X), la arandela de metal (Y) y
la contratuerca (Z).
□Enrosca el conector (AA) en el tubo de salida (1).

4 Cómo quitar los kits de montaje
□Aoja la perilla de la varilla de elevación
preensamblada (G), quita la tapa de accesorio (H)
y aoja enseguida la tuerca de montaje (I); quita
las arandelas (J y K) del cuerpo de la válvula del
desviador (O).
□Ajusta la arandela de hule (L), la arandela de
metal (M) y la tuerca de montaje (N) hasta la
parte inferior del cuerpo de la válvula del
desviador (O).
5 Cómo instalar el cuerpo de la
válvula del desviador
□Desde abajo de la plataforma, inserta el cuerpo
de la válvula del desviador (O) con la arandela
de hule (L), la arandela de metal (M) y la tuerca
de montaje (N) a través del oricio.
□Desde arriba, coloca la arandela de hule (K), la
arandela de metal (J) y enrosca la tuerca de
montaje (I) en el cuerpo del desviador (O).
6 Cómo asegurar el cuerpo de
la válvula del desviador
□Desde arriba, aprieta la tuerca de montaje (I)
hasta que el cuerpo de la válvula del desviador
(O) quede visible aproximadamente dos vueltas
de rosca sobre el extremo superior de la
tuerca de montaje (I).
□Desde abajo de la plataforma, asegura el cuerpo
de la válvula del desviador (O) con la arandela
de hule (L), la arandela de metal (M) y la tuerca
de montaje (N) de forma tal que la arandela de
hule (K) quede al ras contra la supercie
acabada de la plataforma.

7 Cómo instalar la tapa accesoria
y la perilla de la varilla de
elevación
□Coloca la tapa de accesorio (H) sobre el cuerpo
de la válvula del desviador (O) y aprieta la perilla
de la varilla de elevación (G) sobre esta
última (1).
8 Cómo instalar el soporte del
rociador
□Quita la tuerca de montaje preensambada (F) y
las arandelas (D y E) del soporte del rociador (C).
□Inserta el soporte del rociador (C) a través del
oricio en la plataforma.
□Asegura el soporte del rociador (C) con la arandela
plástica (D), la arandela de metal (E) y la tuerca
de montaje (F).

□Inserta la manguera del rociador (B) en el
soporte de este (C).

12 Cómo hacer las conexiones
del suministro de agua
□Conecta las líneas del suministro de agua (1)
a las entradas del grifo (2). (Las líneas de
suministro no están incluidas).

□Conecta un extremo de la manguera (CC) al
cuerpo de la válvula del desviador (O) y el otro
extremo (CC) a la manguera del rociador (B).
□Con cuidado, dobla las mangueras para que
quepan en el espacio disponible debajo de la
plataforma. Aprieta con una llave todas las
conexiones.

□Conecta un extremo de las mangueras (BB) a los
dos conectores en el cuerpo de la válvula del
desviador (O) y el otro extremo (BB) al tubo (1)
en el conjunto del caño y el conector (2) sobre
el conjunto de la llave.
□Con cuidado, dobla las mangueras (BB) para que
quepan en el espacio disponible debajo de la
plataforma. Aprieta con una llave todas las
conexiones.

□Hala la manguera del rociador (B) hasta su
máxima extensión posible hacia abajo en
dirección a la bañera. Hala la varilla de
elevación (1) y gírala en cierto ángulo, como
se muestra, hasta la posición de ABIERTA
completamente; purga las líneas de suministro
de agua de la manguera del rociador (B)
durante un minuto.
□Después de purgar, cierra la llave
completamente para cortar el suministro del
agua. Gira de nuevo la varilla de elevación (1)
cierto ángulo en la misma dirección para
colocarla en su posición normal.
13 Cómo purgar las tuberías y
comprobar que no haya fugas
□Asegura que la llave del grifo esté en la posición
cerrada y abre el suministro de agua para
comprobar que no hay ltraciones. Si descubres
alguna ltración, verica tus conexiones para
asegurarte de que estén instaladas
adecuadamente.
□Abre la llave y deja que el agua corra
por al menos un minuto. Esto elimina cualquier
desecho que pudiera dañar las piezas internas.

□Conecta la ducha de mano (A) al extremo de la
manguera del rociador (B) y aprieta con la mano.

Cuidado y limpieza
□Para limpiar, usa un paño húmedo y seca con una toalla.
□No uses limpiadores abrasivos, esponjas de alambre o productos químicos fuertes para limpiar esta
mezcladora, pues ello anulará la garantía.
