1.1 SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS – This manual contains important safety and
operating instructions.
1.2 Read, understand and follow all instructions, cautions and warnings listed in this
manual. Failure to follow all instructions and abide by all cautions and warnings
could result in personal injury, injury to others and property damage.
1.3 DO NOT look directly into the light or shine the light directly into the eyes of any
person or animal.
1.4 DO NOT allow children to use the head lamp without supervision.
1.5 DO NOT operate the head lamp if it has received a sharp blow, been dropped, or
otherwise damaged in any way; take it to a qualied service person.
2. PERSONAL SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
WARNING! TO REDUCE THE RISK OF BURNS OR FIRE, FOLLOW THESE
SAFETY PRECAUTIONS:
2.1 DO NOT disassemble the head lamp; take it to a qualied service person when
service or repair is required. Incorrect reassembly may result in a risk of re.
2.2 DO NOT crush, puncture, short external contacts or dispose of in re or water.
2.3 DO NOT expose to temperatures above 140°F (60°C).
2.4 Recycle or dispose of the used batteries as required by local regulations.

4. OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
4.1 Lift tab and open battery compartment. Insert 3 AAA batteries (not included).
Close the battery compartment.
4.2 Place the head lamp on your head and adjust the headband for proper t.
4.3 The angle of the lamp head may also be adjusted.
4.4 To use the red and/or green lights:
Press the appropriate button once, for solid red.
Press the button again for solid green.
Press again for ashing red.
Press once more, to turn off red/green lights.
4.5 To use the oodlight and/or beam:
Press the appropriate button once, to turn on the oodlight and beam.
Press again, to turn off the oodlight and turn on the beam at high power.
Press a third time to use the low power beam.
Press once more, to use only the oodlight.
Press again to turn both lights off.
5. MAINTENANCE AND STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS
5.1 If the lamp will not be used for a long time, remove the batteries.
5.2 Store inside, in a cool, dry place.
5.3 Any servicing should be performed by qualied service personnel.
6. TROUBLESHOOTING
PROBLEM SOLUTION
The head lamp does not operate. Replace the batteries.

THE ORIGINAL RETAIL PURCHASER OF THIS PRODUCT. THIS LIMITED
WARRANTY IS NOT TRANSFERABLE OR ASSIGNABLE.
Schumacher Electric Corporation (the “Manufacturer”) warrants this head lamp
for one (1) year from the date of purchase at retail against defective material or
workmanship that may occur under normal use and care. If your unit is not free
from defective material or workmanship, Manufacturer’s obligation under this
warranty is solely to repair or replace your product with a new or reconditioned unit
at the option of the Manufacturer. It is the obligation of the purchaser to forward the
unit, along with proof of purchase and mailing charges prepaid to the Manufacturer
or its authorized representatives in order for repair or replacement to occur.
Manufacturer does not provide any warranty for any accessories used with this
product that are not manufactured by Schumacher Electric Corporation and
approved for use with this product. This Limited Warranty is void if the product
is misused, subjected to careless handling, repaired, or modied by anyone
other than Manufacturer or if this unit is resold through an unauthorized retailer.

Manufacturer makes no other warranties, including, but not limited to, express,
implied or statutory warranties, including without limitation, any implied warranty
of merchantability or implied warranty of tness for a particular purpose. Further,
Manufacturer shall not be liable for any incidental, special or consequential damage
claims incurred by purchasers, users or others associated with this product, including,
but not limited to, lost prots, revenues, anticipated sales, business opportunities,
goodwill, business interruption and any other injury or damage. Any and all such
warranties, other than the limited warranty included herein, are hereby expressly
disclaimed and excluded. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of
incidental or consequential damages or length of implied warranty, so the above

incluidas en este manual. Si no sigue todas las instrucciones ni respeta todas las
precauciones y advertencias, podría sufrir una lesión personal, lesionar a otras
personas y generar daños a la propiedad.
1.3 NO mire directamente hacia la luz ni dirija la luz directamente a los ojos de una
persona o de un animal.
1.4 NO permita que los niños usen la linterna de cabeza sin supervisión.
1.5 NO haga funcionar la linterna de cabeza si ha recibido un golpe fuerte,
si se ha caído o si se ha herido de alguna forma; llévela a una persona de
mantenimiento calicada.
2. PRECAUCIONES DE SEGURIDAD PERSONAL
ADVERTENCIA: PARA REDUCIR EL RIESGO DE QUEMADURAS
O INCENDIO, SIGA ESTAS PRECAUCIONES DE SEGURIDAD:
2.1 NO desarme la linterna de cabeza; llévela a una persona de mantenimiento
calicada cuando se requiera mantenimiento o reparación. Si la vuelve a armar
incorrectamente, puede producirse un riesgo de incendio.
2.2 NO aplaste, perfore ni provoque un cortocircuito con los contactos externos ni los
deseche en fuego o agua.
2.3 NO exponga el producto a temperaturas mayores a 140 °F (60 °C).
2.4 Recicle o deseche las baterías usadas según las exigencias de las regulaciones
locales.

4. INSTRUCCIONES DE OPERACIÓN
4.1 Levante la lengüeta y abra el compartimiento de las pilas. Inserte 3 pilas AAA
(no incluidas). Cierre el compartimiento de las pilas.
4.2 Colóquese la linterna cintillo en la cabeza y ajuste el cintillo para mayor comodidad.
4.3 El ángulo de la linterna cintillo también es ajustable.
4.4 Para usar las luces roja y/o verde:
Presione el botón correspondiente una vez para activar la luz roja.
Presiónelo nuevamente para activar la luz verde.
Presiónelo una vez más para activar la luz roja intermitente.
Presione una vez más para desactivar las luces roja/verde.
4.5 Para utilizar el foco reector y/o haz:
Presione el botón correspondiente una vez para activar el foco reector y el haz.
Presione una vez más para desactivar el foco reector y activar el haz en
alta potencia.
Presione una tercera vez para utilizar el haz en baja potencia.
Presione una vez para utilizar solo el foco reector.
Vuelva a presionar para desactivar ambas luces.
5. INSTRUCCIONES DE MANTENIMIENTO Y ALMACENAMIENTO
5.1 Si la lámpara no se va a utilizar durante mucho tiempo, retire las baterías.
5.2 Guarde bajo techo, en un lugar fresco y seco.
5.3 Cualquier mantenimiento debe ser realizado por personal de servicio calicado.
