Potentially explosive atmospheres
• Switch o the device in any area with potentially
explosive atmospheres and follow all the instructions
and signs. Small sparks can cause explosions or res,

Electronic medical equipment
• Tab4you V is a radio wave transmitter and may
interfere with electronic medical equipment or
implants. As so, it’s recommended to maintain a
distance of 15 to 20 centimetres between Tab4you V
and any other device such as hearing aids, pacemakers,
insulin pumps, among others. Consult a physician or
the manufactures of the medical device for any extra
information about this subject that you may need.
• Always make sure that your device is switched o in
health care facilities when so instructed by warning
signs or by medical sta.
Operating environment
• When connecting this device with another one, you
should read both user manuals for detailed safety
instructions. Be careful not to connect incompatible
devices.
• The device must only be used in normal positions, as
explained in the product’s instructions.
• The device must always be switched o when its use
is forbidden, with or without labelled information, or
when there are interference or dangerous situations.
Environment
• Packaging: in order to facilitate the recycling of the
kits’ materials, please follow the local regulations for
this type of residuals.
• Residuals (from the electrical
and electronic equipment): this
icon indicates that all electrical
and electronic products (batteries/
accumulators) should be disposed
separately from the municipal waste
steam.
The correct disposal of your old appliance and
batteries/accumulators will help prevent potential
negative consequences for the environment and
human health.
Please read this manual carefully before using
Tab4you V to ensure safe and correct use.
Images and symbols in this manual are based on the
default settings of the device, however may not be
exactly as the Tab4you V. We recommend that you
always guide by the real device.
Safety precautions
Please read and follow all the safety instructions
before using the device, in order to avoid injuries, res
or even the explosion of this product.
Care and maintenance
• Do not attempt to disassemble, change or repair
your device. Any changes may lead to the cancellation
of your warranty. You are responsible for its use and
for the consequences of its use.
• Do not handle your Tab4you V in damp/wet areas
(swimming pools, bathtubs and others). Protect it
from humidity and other liquids, namely micro USB
port, headphones port, micro SD card (TF CARD) slot
and battery terminals. Humidity and all kind of liquids
may damage the parts of your device or electric
circuits.
• Do not store your Tab4you V in very hot or very cold
areas.
• Do not store the device near magnetic elds.
• Do not place your Tab4you V near or inside heaters,
microwaves, kitchen appliances with heat or high
pressure containers or near metals such as coins, keys
and others.
• Do not subject this unit to excessive smoke or dust.
• Do not drop your device or charger or cause impacts
to your device.
• Use only accessories approved by the manufacturer.
The use of any other types of accessories may shorten
its life expectancy and cause its malfunctioning.
• Do not touch or handle the device and charger with
your hands wet.
• Do not use your device or applications for long
periods when overheated.
• Do not use your device outdoors during storms.
• Make sure you avoid the contact of the device with
your eyes, ears and other body parts.
• Do not put it in your mouth.
• To prevent possible hearing damage, do not listen at
high volume levels for long periods.
• Do not use your device at a refueling point.
Aeroplane safety
• Turn your device o before boarding any aeroplane
and follow all the instructions provided by the ight
crew or any alert signs. Wireless devices can cause
interference in aeroplane and its use is illegal. You
could be prosecuted or banned from using cellular

1.2. General description of the device

To turn on your Tab4you V, press and hold the
power ON/OFF/Lock key for 2 seconds, until it’s on.
To turn o your Tab4you V, press and hold the
power ON/OFF/Lock key for 2 seconds and then
choose the option‘Power o’.
a) Screen standby mode
To turn on the screen when the device is in
standby mode, you must press the power ON/
OFF/Lock key.
It’s possible to set the time, after the home screen
is inactivated, in which the device enters in
suspension. Tap Denitions > Device - Display
> Sleep. Display will turn of and lock after the
dened time of inactivity.
1.4. Lock and unlock the device
Device will enter in standby and the display will
be lock or no activity is registered.
To lock the device press the ON/OFF/LOCK
button.
According to what you have dened earlier you
may need to introduce the dened PIN code
Loudspeakers: audio exit when the headphones
aren’t connected.
Front* and rear cameras: cameras to hold
video-conferences, to record videos and take
photos.
Power ON/OFF/Lock: press this button for 2
or 3 seconds to turn on or o the device. When
the device is on, press this button to turn o the
screen (block) or press it again to turn the screen
on.
Headphones port: allows inserting the
headphones to listen to multimedia sounds.
Micro USB port: allows connecting your Tab4you
Vto a computer using a micro USB - USB cable, in
order to transfer data between the two devices. It
also allows charging the battery.
Volume button: allows adjusting the volume of
the device’s multimedia. It’s possible to raise (+)
or lower (-) the volume of the device.

Micro SD card slot: allows inserting a micro SD
card, with a capacity up to 32 GB (not included).
Microphone: allows receiving/recording sounds
during videoconferencing or record videos.
Reset: allows restauring the default denitions
of the device. Use a thin object (like the end of a
paper clip) to press the reset button in the hole.
Your devide will shut down. Press the ON/OFF
button to turn it on.

1.6. Aeroplane mode
The aeroplane mode deactivates all wireless
functions of your device. To activate/deactivate
this mode, press and hold the power ON/OFF
key for 2/3 seconds and then choose the option
‘Aeroplane mode’.
1.7. USB connection
Use the USB cable to connect the device to a
computer. Using the cable you can charge the
battery or transfer data between the device and
the computer. To dene how you want to use the
USB connection open the notications panel and
tap the notication > USB for charging, to see
more options and choose the desired one.

1.8. Charge the battery
Before using the device for the rst time, you
must charge the battery.
1. You can charge your Tab4you V with the
charger included in the kit or by connecting the
device to a computer with the supplied micro
USB - USB cable.
2. If Tab4you V is switched o, the icon for full
battery will appear on the screen when loading
is complete.
WARNING:use only original batteries and
chargers. Unapproved charges or cables can
cause the destruction of the battery or damage
Tab4you V. There is a risk of explosion in the event
of using a not suitable battery.
1.9. Install the memory card
To store additional multimedia les, you may
insert a memory card (not included) into the
device:
1. Insert a memory card into the appropriate slot
with the gold contacts facing downwards.
2. Push the memory card into the slot until it
clicks.
1.10. Text input
While using the device you can use the virtual
keyboard to write text, numbers or symbols from
the screen.
After choosing the browser, for example, the
virtual keyboard will show up like you see in the
image:
ou just slide your nger on the screen from the
symbol to unlock the device.
To change the lock and unlock denitions of
the device please tap Denitions > Personal -
Security > Screen lock.
1.5. Reboot
To restart your device press and hold the power
ON/OFF key for 2/3 seconds and then choose the
option‘Reboot’.

2.1. Add and remove home screen items
It is possible to add items to the home screen,
taping on the application list icon. The
application list will appear on the screen.
To add items to the home screen, tap and hold
an item that you want to add to home screen.
Then, home screen will show. Drag the item to
a new location.
To change the location of the icons, you just need
to tap and hold the icon for 2 seconds and then
drag it to the chosen location.
To remove items from the home screen, tap and
hold an item, and then drag the item to the cross
on the upper left of your Tab4you V screen.
2.2. Task bar
The task bar is shown at the bottom of the screen
of your Tab4you V.
It displays commonly used option buttons:
2.3. Notication panel
To get the notication icons you need to open the
notications panel (panel 1). To open this panel
just drag your nger downwards at any place of
the superior banner of the display.
Drag your nger again from top to bottom,
over the notications panel to open panel 2 -
Shortcuts panel.
Panel 2 - Shortcut panel:
a) Notication panel and home screen shortcuts
Drag the Tab4you V superior bar to open
the notication panel. This panel goes to a
notications list, as shown in the last image
(panel 1). To clean this list select the icon ERASE
on the lower position of the notications
window. You may also go to the shortcuts panel
(panel 2), where you can nd the next functions:

User(s) informations. Allows switching between
dierent user accounts.
Settings Open the screen‘Settings’.
Battery icon Open‘Battery’ screen.
Brightness Allow ajusting the brightness level of the display to
darker or lighter.
Wi-Fi connection Open ‘Wi-Fi’ panel, allowing to activate or deactivate
the Wi-Fi connection.
Bluetooth Activate/deactivate the data transfer function via
Bluetooth.
Do not disturb
mode
Activate/deactivate ‘Do not disturb’ mode. Allow
put the device in‘Total Silence’,‘Only to alarms’or just
ringing in dened periods by the owner.
Aeroplane mode Activates/deactivates the aeroplane mode.
Autorotate Activate/deactivate the autorotation screen feature.
Location icon Activate/deactivate the location function (GPS).
Cast screen Project Tab4you V to a TV or another device.
3. Tab4you V personalisation
To personalise your Tab4you V tap ‘Denitions’ at
the applications list or in the notications panel.
3.1. Applications management
To open an application tap on the desired one.
To manage the applications on your device tap
Denitions > Device - Apps.
1. To uninstall an application, select the apps that
were download and then tap Uninstall. Tap OK
to conrm.
2. To disable or change congurations tap on the
app and then choose what you need to do.

3.2. Screen
a) Wallpaper
You can personalize your wallpaper photo that
appears on your Tab4you V: Settings > Device >
Display > Wallpaper.
You may choose an image from:
• Gallery;
• Live wallpaper;
• Wallpaper.
b) Screen standby
In order to save battery, Tab4you V can be
programmed to suspend automatically the
screen, when the device is not being used.
It allows setting the time until the screen is in
standby, between 15 seconds and 30 minutes of
inactivity.
To access this option tap: Settings > Device >
Display > Sleep > Choose the time you want.
c) Cast screen
To project the screen of your Tab4you V on other
devices, you must tap Settings > Device >
Display > Cast screen.
3.3. GPS Locator
Your Tab4you V includes a GPS (Global Positioning
System) antenna. Some applications might need
permission to accesses your location. You may
also use this feature in several applications
such as navigation system maps. To activate or
deactivate this feature tap Settings > Personal
- Location. At the upper right you can switch
between activate and deactivate.
3.4. Language & input
To dene a language for your device tap:
Denitions >Personal - Language & input
> Language and the choose the language
you want. You may also manage the keyboard
denitions and the input methods of the device.
3.5. Security
To set a screen lock, tap Settings > Personal >
Security > Screen lock and a list of options will
appear:
• None: deactivates the screen lock.
• Swipe: unlocks the screen, you just need to
slide the lock icon.
• Pattern: unlocks the screen, you need to draw a
pattern. Follow the instructions to draw the
unlock pattern. When requested, you must draw
it.
• Voice unlock: you can unlock your device by
voice commands.
• PIN: unlocks the screen. A code number PIN is
needed. This must be inserted when asked.
• Password: unlocks the screen. For that you’ll
need a password, which must be inserted
whenever you want to unlock the screen.
3.6. Sound & notication
a) Sound denitions
To manage the sound system tap Denitions >
Device - Sound & Notication > Predened
proles and choose one.You may also dene the
volume or the notications sounds, activate or
deactivate the ringing sounds and the screenlock
sounds, tap at on the upper right corner of
the display.
b) Lock screen notications
It is possible to choose if you want or not to show
notications on screen, even when it is locked:
Settings > Device > Sound & Notications >
Notications > When devide is locked.
3.7. Reset tablet
To reset the system and the desktop to factory
settings:
1. Tap Denitions > Personal - Backup & reset.
2. Tap Factory data reset.
3. Tap RESET TABLET.
Note: this option erases all internal storage data,
including email accounts, data and apps and
system denitions, downloaded apps, music,
photos and other user data.

3.8. Date & time
You can dene a date and time manually
or automatically (by GPS). Do dene it tap:
Denitions > System - Date & time > Automatic
date & time and selection the desired option.
4. Connectivity
4.1. USB connection
The connection between Tab4you V and your
computer allow charging the battery of the
device. You can also connect the device to a
computer and use it as a removable disk which
allows you to access the le directory.
1. If you want to transfer les from or to a memory
card, insert the memory card into the device.
2. With the USB cable, connect your device to the
computer.
3. Open the notication panel, and select USB
for charging.
4. Click on Photo transfer (PTP) or File transfers.
5. On you computer, open the folder to view the
les.
6. Copy the les from the computer to the
memory card.
4.2. Wi-Fi
Wi-Fi: IEEE 802.11/b/g/n (2.4 gHz)
With Wi-Fi, you can connect to the internet or
other network devices anywhere an access point
or wireless hotspot is available.
a) Activate the Wi-Fi: on the application list tap
Settings > Wireless & networks > Wi-Fi.
b) When the Wi-Fi feature is activated, the device
will search automatically for an available Wi-Fi
connection.
1. Select a network.
2. Enter the network password (if necessary).
3. Select Connect.
4.3. Bluetooth
This device includes Bluetooth. To activate or
deactivate this feature tap: Settings > Wireless
& networks > Bluetooth.
4.4. Data usage
Shows the data transfers carried out by the device
(OVERVIEW) or by each application (Wi-Fi).To
acess tap Settings > Wireless & networks > Data
usage.
5. Internet
5.1. Email
To receive and send emails, you must have a
remote mailbox service. To receive and send
emails, you must have a remote mailbox service.
Your device is compliant with applicable internet
standards for POP3/IMAP/Exchange. Before you
are able to send or receive emails on your device,
you need to set up an email account and dene
the email settings correctly.You may dene more
than one mailbox. By default, your Tab4you V
already includes the applications Email and
Gmail.
a) Set up your email
• Tap Email or Gmail from application
list.
• You can use the mailbox guide to set up your
mailbox, tap NEXT until it’s done.
• If you need to add another email account go
to Settings > Personal > Accounts > Add
account and set up your new email account.
When you are nished setting up the email
account, the email messages are downloaded to
your device.

b) Create and send an email
1. Open Email application.
2. Tap .
3. In To eld, enter the recipient’s email addresses
manually and separate them with a comma. Add
more recipients by tapping Cc/Bcc.
4. To insert attachments, tap .
5. Enter the subject and the text.
6. Tap to send the email.
c) Delete an email account
1. Open the application list, tap Settings >
Pessoal > Accounts and select the account you
wish to delete.
2. Tap the option button at the upper right and
tap Remove account.
5.2. Browser
Tap the browser, in the application list, to access
internet. For example, tap to enter on the
internet.
a) Browse webpages
1. Select a browser to launch a specied home
page.
2. To access a specic webpage, select the
URL input eld. Enter the web address of the
webpage, and select (on your keybord).
3. To zoom in, place two ngers on the screen
and spread them apart. To zoom out, move your
ngers closer together. You may also double-tap
the screen.
The browser supports the following features:
• Tap on to add a website to your favourites list,
so you can easily found it latter.
• Tap on and then > History to open
the recent history. Tap on Bookmarks >
History to get the saved webpages saved.
• To add a new tab select the white tab
right next the open tab.
• To open a tab tap on tab’s name.
• To close a tab, tap on it.
5.3. Play Store
Play Store allows you to easily download
an abundance of applications directly to
your device. Before using Play Store, you
must have a Google account.
1. From the application list tap Play Store
.
2. Sign in to your Google account.
3. Search for and download applications as
desired.
4. Follow the instructions which appear on
the screen.
Note: all applications oered by Play
Store are developed third party. To get
information about developers, you may
read descriptions from each application.
Science4you is not liable for performance
issues caused by third-party applications.
6. Entertainment
6.1. Gallery
To view or organise your images and video
clips, or edit and send your les to other
devices, or set photos as wallpapers, select
Gallery from the application list.
Note: it takes a few more minutes to enter
this application if you store more les.

2.5. Adjust contrast: tap and select the desired
option form the list at the right side of the screen.
c) Play a video
1. Select a folder with videos.
2. Select a video to play.
3. Control back and forth play with the virtual
keys.
6.2. Camera
With the Camera you may take photos and
record videos. The Tab4you V camera presents the
following features:
• Zoom: place two ngers on the screen and
spread them apart or move ngers closer
together to zoom in or zoom out.
• Photo modes: you may choose from 3 modes to
take photos, by tapping on each of the following
icons:
- Normal mode
- Face beauty mode
- Panorama mode
• Front and rear cameras: to switch from rear
and front camera, tap .
• Photo mode: to take a photo tap .
• Record a video: to record a video tap .
• Camera settings: tap to access camera
settings.
a) Take a photo
1. Open application list and select Camera.
2. Aim the lens of your Tab4you V to an object to
take a photo.
3. Choose the photo mode that applies to the
photo you want to take. If necessary zoom in or
out.
4. Tap . The photo will be automatically saved
in the folder Camera (application Gallery).
5. Select the image viewer icon at the upper
right, to view recorded photos.
a) View a photo
1. After taping in Gallery, select a folder.
2. Select a photo to view. To view more photos,
scroll left or right.
3. To zoom in, place two ngers on the screen
and spread them apart. To zoom out, move
ngers closer together. You may also double-tap
the screen.
4. To erase a le, tap the options button at the
right of the upper bar and then tap Erase.
Note: tap the screen to visualize/mask the
options bar and the task bar.
5. To view the details of a le, tap the option
button, and then select Details.
6. To share a photo, via email, tap on the
title bar.
7. To set a photo as wallpaper or contact photo,
tap the option button at the upper right and
select Set picture as > Wallpaper/Contact
photo.
b) Edit a photo
1. Crop
1.1. To crop an image, tap the option button at
the upper right , then select Crop.
1.2. To move the crop box, tap and hold the crop
box and then drag it to the desired location.
1.3. When you are nished tap SAVE, at the
upper left.
2. Edit and apply eects
2.1. To edit photos and apply various eects, tap
the option button at the upper right and then
select Edit.
2.2. Colour eect: tap and select the desired
option from the list at the right side of the screen.
2.3. Frame eect: tap and select the desired
option from the list at the right side of the screen.
2.4. Crop, straighten, rotate or ip: tap and
select the desired option form the list at the
right side of the screen.

1. To create an event tap .
a. Fill in the elds, and set category, date time
and alarm.
b. After you nish tap OK.
2. You can view the calendar in dierent ways, by
Day, Week, Month or Agenda.
3. To delete an entry, tap the event to open it, and
then select > OK.
7.2. Alarm
From the application list, tap Clock .
This tool have some functions:
a) Set up an alarme:
1. Select .
2. Tap in to add an alarm.
3. Set alarm details:
3.1. Tap the time to change alarm time.
3.2. To activate a preset alarm, set the alarm to
ON.
3.3. To cancel an alarm, set the alarm to OFF.
4. When the alarm sounds, to stop it, drag the
alarm icon to . To repeat the alarm after a
specied length of time, drag the alarm icon to
5. To delete an alarm, tap .
b) Timer
1. Tap to go to timer.
2. Set the time you want and then tap . To
nish, tap .
3. Tap to delete.
4. Tap to start a new counting.
c) Chronometer
1. Tap to go to chronometer.
2. Tap to begin counting. To nish, tap .
3. Tap to delete the last counting.
Note: if you tap the icon , camera will take an
automatic photo when detecting a smile.
b) Record a video
1. Open application list and select Camera.
2. Aim the lens of your Tab4you V to an object to
record a video. If necessary zoom in or out.
3. Tap to start recording. To end recording,
tap the same icon.
4. The video is saved automatically in the folder
camera (application Gallery).
5. Select the image viewer icon at the upper
right, to view recorded videos.
6.3. FM Radio
Your Tab4you V includes a FM Radio.
To access this application, tap .
To synchronize the radio, you need to put your
headphones on (not included in the kit).
• Tap or to move forward or backward on
radio stations, through an automatic search.
• Tap or to move forward or backward on
radio stations, through a manual search.
• Tap to access channel list.
• Tap at the upper right and then press for 2
seconds to save channels. Tap at the star of a
channel, to add it to favourites.
• Tap at the upper right and select Speaker,
so that the multimedia sound is via speakers. Tap
the same option and select Headphones icon so
the sound is via headphones.
• Tap at the upper right and then Start
recording, to record a audio le.
7. Tools
7.1. Calendar
With this feature, you can consult the calendar by
day, week, or month and create events. To access
calendar, tap Calendar from application list.

7.3. Sound recorder
With Sound Recorder, you may record a voice
memo.
From application list, tap Sound Recorder .
a) To record a voice memo, tap .
b) To stop the recording, tap .
c) You can save or delete the recorded sound by
taping SAVE or REJECT, respectively.
d) To listen to a voice recording that you have just
recorded, tap to go to the les directory and
then tap the recorded audio you want to hear.
7.4. Calculator
With this feature, you can use the device as a
calculator. From application list, tap Calculator
.

Science4you warrants this Tab4you V and
its accessories to be free from defects in
workmanship and materials. Science4you does
not guarantee that Tab4you V and its accessories
operate error-free or uninterrupted.
› Warranty period:
The date of purchase marks the beginning of the
warranty period. During this period, Science4you
will, at its discretion, repair and/or replace
the defective parts within the product, or the
product itself, with no cost to the Customer.
Science4you plays a warranty period of 24
months in accordance with applicable legislation
Directive 1999/44/EC.
The repair of the product can be performed
through the rectication of defects in the part/
component or replacement of and/or product.
It’s Science4you’s responsibility to evaluate and
decide which method to apply. The ownership
of the replaced defective parts will automatically
be transferred to Science4you, as well as the
ownership of the replacement pieces will be
transferred to the Customer.
All components repaired or replaced by
Science4you will be under warranty for the
remaining period of warranty, plus the repair
time.
2. Warranty restrictions
The security here assumed by Science4you is not
applicable in cases where damage or defects
resulting from the following situations:
- Damage of aesthetics (eg. risks outside the
product);
- Accident, incorrect or abusive use;
- Use of parts not provided by Science4you or
improper use;
- Changes made without formal authorization
from Science4you;
- Following technical assistance provided per
person and/or entity other than Science4you;
- Damage resulting from movements, neglect, or
lack of peak current, force majeure or operational
environment;

- As a result of wear due to the use of the product;
- As a result of changes to the product, both in
hardware and software;
- Damage to the liquid crystal display (LCD),
touch screen and/or cameras and video cameras;
- As a result of infection by computer viruses;
- In consequence of setting or changing keyword;
- In case of signs of open hardware and/or
handling of the internal components;
- If the defect is not properly attended to
Science4you under warranty.
The services carried out by Science4you to repair
any damage or defects caused as a result of
the above reasons, will be subject to charges of
skilled labor, parts and transportation, payable
by the Customer. The reinstallation of the original
software, will be subject to additional charges
payable by the Customer.
› Situations outside the warranty:
The warranty does not cover third party hardware
or that may be sold or packaged with the
software Tab4you V.
The warranty does not apply to the person/entity
who enters into a rental agreement of the
Tab4you V. In this circumstance, such person/
entity should contact the rental company to
determine the existence of warranty.
3. Requirements to claim under the warranty:
The Tab4you V warranty claim must conform to
the following requirements:
- The Customer must contact Science4you in
order to organize its repair or replacement.

- Customer must provide proof that the product
was purchased new from Science4you or an
authorized reseller. The supporting bill of
purchase will be the means of proof required to
activate the warranty process;
- Customer must provide a clear description
of the fault/defect Tab4you V through existing
documentation to that eect;
- The Customer shall accept advised diagnoses;
- The Customer must submit the complete set of
product as purchased, including any peripheral
devices, external hardware and storage media;
- The Customer shall ensure that the Tab4you V
will be packed properly for transport.
The Customer must provide backup and other
data protection. Science4you is not responsible
for lost data, regardless of how it is caused.
This warranty shall only be valid and eective in
the country where the product was purchased as
long as Science4you has allowed its sales in that
country.

• Em algumas circunstâncias, o dispositivo pode causar
interferência com outros dispositivos.
Ambientes potencialmente explosivos
• Desligue o dispositivo sempre que esteja em qualquer
área com uma atmosfera potencialmente explosiva e
obedeça a todos os sinais e instruções. Pequenas faíscas
podem provocar explosões ou incêndios, resultando em
ferimentos ou mesmo morte.
Aparelhos médicos eletrónicos
• O Tab4you V é um transmissor de ondas de rádio
e pode interferir com equipamentos médicos
eletrónicos ou implantes. Assim, é recomendada
uma distância mínima de 15 a 20 centímetros entre
o Tab4you V e qualquer dispositivo como próteses
auditivas, pacemakers, bombas de insulina, entre
outros. Os fabricantes destes dispositivos ou o seu
médico, poderão dar-lhe mais alguns conselhos sobre
o que precisa de saber para a melhor utilização do
Tab4you V sem correr riscos.
• Desligue o dispositivo em instalações de cuidados de
saúde sempre que houver indicações expostas para o
fazer.
Ambiente operacional
• Ao ligar este dispositivo com outro dispositivo,
é necessário ler o manual de ambos para obter
instruções detalhadas sobre segurança. Deverá ter
atenção e não ligar dispositivos incompatíveis.
• O dispositivo deverá apenas ser utilizado conforme
indicado nas instruções do produto.
• O dispositivo deverá sempre ser desligado, quando
o seu uso for proibido, com ou sem regulamentação
axada, ou quando houver possibilidade de
interferência e perigo.
Ambiente
• Embalagem: para facilitar a reciclagem dos materiais
da embalagem, deverá respeitar as regras instituídas

Segurança
Para evitar ferimentos, incêndios ou a explosão do

segurança antes de utilizar o dispositivo.
Cuidado e manutenção
• Não desmonte, modique ou repare o dispositivo.
Quaisquer alterações ou modicações poderão anular
a sua garantia. É responsável pela sua utilização e pelas
respetivas consequências.
• Não utilize o seu Tab4you V em ambientes húmidos
(piscina, banheira, entre outros). Proteja-o contra a
humidade e outros líquidos, nomeadamente a entrada
micro USB, a entrada para auriculares e a entrada
do cartão micro SD. A humidade e todos os tipos de
líquidos podem danicar as peças do dispositivo ou
circuitos eletrónicos.
• Não guarde o Tab4you V em áreas muito quentes ou
muito frias.
• Não guarde o dispositivo perto de campos magné-
ticos.
• Não guarde o dispositivo perto ou dentro de micro-
-ondas, equipamentos de cozinha com calor ou
recipientes de alta pressão ou juntamente com metais,
tais como moedas, chaves, etc.
• Não utilize nem guarde o dispositivo em locais com
pó e sujidade.
• Não deixe cair o dispositivo ou o carregador nem
cause impactos ao mesmo.
• Use somente acessórios aprovados pelo fabricante.
O uso de qualquer outro tipo de acessórios pode
encurtar a vida útil do aparelho e causar o seu mau
funcionamento.
• Não toque no carregador ou no dispositivo com as
mãos molhadas.
• Não utilize o seu dispositivo ou aplicações durante
algum tempo, caso o dispositivo esteja sobreaquecido.
• Não utilize o seu dispositivo no exterior durante
trovoadas.
• Não acerte nos olhos, ouvidos ou em outras partes do

1. Vamos começar!

Certique que a sua caixa contém os seguintes

1.2. Descrição geral do dispositivo
1.3. Ligar e desligar o dispositivo
Para ligar o Tab4you V, pressione durante 2-3
segundos a Tecla Ligar/Desligar/Bloquear, até o
dispositivo dar sinal.
Para desligar o Tab4you V, pressione a Tecla Ligar/
Desligar/Bloquear durante 2-3 segundos e, em
seguida, deverá escolher a opção“Desligar”.
a) Suspensão do ecrã (standby)
Para ligar o ecrã quando o dispositivo está em
standby deverá premir a tecla Ligar/Desligar/
Bloquear. Também poderá premir esta tecla para
colocar o dispositivo em standby.
Poderá denir o tempo, após o ecrã estar inativo,
no qual o tablet entrará em de suspensão. Para
isso terá de ir a Denições > Dispositivo – Ecrã >
Suspensão. O ecrã irá desligar-se e bloquear após
o tempo de inatividade denido.
1.4. Bloquear e desbloquear o dispositivo
O dispositivo entra automaticamente em standby
e o ecrã irá bloquear se não for registada
nenhuma atividade.
Para desbloquear o dispositivo pressione a tecla
Ligar/Desligar/Bloquear.
Altifalantes: saída de áudio quando os
auriculares não estão ligados.
Câmara Traseira e Frontal*: câmaras para
realizar videoconferências, gravar vídeos e tirar
fotograas.
Tecla Ligar/Desligar/Bloquear: pressione
durante 2-3 segundos para ligar ou desligar
o dispositivo. Quando o tablet está ligado,
pressione esta tecla para desligar o ecrã
(bloquear) ou volte a pressioná-la para voltar a
ligar o ecrã.
Entrada para auriculares: permite colocar
auriculares para a audição de sons multimédia.
Entrada Micro USB: permite ligar o Tab4you V
ao computador, através de um cabo USB - micro
USB, para transferir cheiros entre eles. Também
permite carregar a bateria, quando ligado a um
computador ou ao carregador.
Tecla de Volume: pressione para ajustar o
volume do dispositivo. Pode aumentar (+) ou

diminuir (-) o volume de multimédia do seu
Tab4you V.
Ranhura para cartão micro SD: permite
a introdução de um cartão micro SD, com
capacidade até 32 GB (não incluído no kit).
Microfone: permite gravar sons durante
videoconferências ou gravação de vídeos.
Reset: permite voltar às denições de origem
do dispositivo. Utilize um objeto no (como
a extremidade de um clipe) para pressionar
o orifício do botão Reset. O seu dispositivo
desligar-se-á e irá precisar de pressionar a tecla
Ligar/Desligar/Bloquear para o voltar a ligar.

1.6. Mudar para o modo de avião
O modo de avião permite desativar todas as
funções sem os do seu dispositivo. Para ativar/
desativar este modo é necessário pressionar a
Tecla Ligar/Desligar/Bloquear durante 2 segundos
e, em seguida, deverá escolher a opção“Modo de
avião”.
1.7. Ligação USB
Utilize o cabo USB para ligar o dispositivo a
um computador. Através do cabo USB poderá
carregar a bateria do dispositivo ou transferir
cheiros entre o dispositivo e o computador. Para
denir como deseja utilizar o USB, abra o painel de
noticações e carregue na noticação > USB para
carregamento, para ver mais opções e denir a
opção que deseja.

Para alternar entre letras maiúsculas e minúsculas,
pressione:
1.8. Carregar a bateria
Antes de utilizar o dispositivo pela primeira vez,
deverá carregar a bateria.
1. Pode carregar o Tab4you V com o carregador e
cabo incluídos, ou ligando o dispositivo a um
computador com o cabo de dados USB – micro
USB fornecido.
2. Se o Tab4you V estiver desligado, aparecerá
no ecrã o ícone da bateria cheia, quando o
carregamento estiver terminado.
ATENÇÃO:é importante utilizar sempre baterias,
carregadores e cabos originais. Carregadores ou
cabos não aprovados podem causar a destruição
da bateria ou danicar o Tab4you V. Poderá ainda
existir risco de explosão na eventualidade de
utilização de uma bateria não adequada.
1.9. Instalar o cartão de memória
Para poder armazenar mais cheiros multimédia,
poderá ser inserido um cartão de memória (não
incluído) no dispositivo:
1. Insira o cartão de memória na ranhura
correspondente, como indicado na parte de trás
do tablet.
2. Empurre o cartão de memória na ranhura
correspondente, até que encaixe.
1.10. Introdução de texto
Quando utiliza o tablet, pode usar o teclado
virtual para escrever texto, números e símbolos
diretamente a partir do ecrã tátil. Depois de
selecionar o método de pesquisa, por exemplo, o
teclado virtual será mostrado como o que surge
abaixo:
Consoante a denição de segurança de bloqueio
de ecrã ativa no dispositivo, poderá ter que
introduzir um PIN (denido pelo utilizador) ou
apenas deslizar o dedo pelo ecrã, a partir deste
símbolo , para o poder desbloquear.
Para alterar as denições de segurança de
bloqueio do dispositivo terá de ir a Denições >
Pessoal – Segurança > Bloqueio de ecrã.
1.5. Reiniciar o dispositivo
Para reiniciar o dispositivo pressione a Tecla Ligar/
Desligar/Bloquear durante 2-3 segundos e, em
seguida, deverá escolher a opção“Reboot”.
