sezionatrice .

1.0.1. ZWECK DES HANDBUCHS
Dieses Handbuch wurde vom Hersteller mit der
Absicht abgefaßt, sämtliche für den einwandfreien
und leistungsfähigen Betrieb der Trennmaschine
nötigenInformationenundAnleitungenzuliefern.
Die Zeichnungen dienen als Beispiele.
Auch wenn Ihre Maschine von den Abbildungen
dieses Handbuchs in einigen Einzelheiten abweicht,
sindder sichereMaschinenbetriebund dieGültigkeit
der Angaben in vollem Ausmaß garantiert.
Das Handbuch ist für den Maschinenbenutzer
bestimmt, der eine genaue Kenntnis der
FunktionsweisesowiederzurEinstellungundWartung
auszuführenden Arbeitsgänge besitzen muß.
Zur Vermeidung von Fehleingriffen oder
Unfällen ist vor allen Dingen die vorliegende
Bedienungs- und Wartungsanleitung aufmerksam
durchzulesen. Besonderes Augenmerk ist dabei
jenen Teilen des Textes zu widmen, die halbfett
gedruckt oder unterstrichen sind. Ebenso sind die
folgenden Warnhinweise unbedingt zu beachten.

1.0.1. PURPOSE OF THE MANUAL
The Manufacturer issues this manual with the
purpose of providing all the information and
instructions necessary for full and efficient use of
the cutter.
The drawings are furnished by way of example.
Evenif themachinein yourpossessiondiffers from
the illustrations contained in this document, the
safety of and information on the machine are
nonetheless guaranteed.
The consignee is the operator assigned to use the
machine, who must have in-depth knowledge of
the operating modes, the adjustment and the
ordinary maintenance operations necessary.
In order to prevent incorrect manoeuvres or
accidents, it is first of all important to read this
manual, paying particular attention to all the
text highlighted in bold type or underlined, and
to the following messages:
Indicates imminent danger which may cause
serious injury. Be careful.
Indicates that appropriate action must be taken
in order to prevent accidents or damage to
things.
Technical indications of particular importance.
Use of this manual is on full responsibility of the

1.4. INFORMAZIONI GENERALI DI
SICUREZZA
Questamacchinaè stata costruita peroffrirecondi-
zioni di sicurezza senza penalizzare le prestazioni,
ma la massima sicurezza è nelle vostre mani. Uti-
lizzando qualsiasi macchina utensile si possono
correre certi rischi: occorre tenerlo presente.
Per evitarli e per lavorare nelle migliori condizioni,
leggere attentamente fino in fondo questo libretto
d’uso prima di avviare la macchina.
Alcune regole generali di sicurezza:
– Indossare abiti idonei (camice o tute da lavoro,
calzature a norme di sicurezza e, se necessario,
accessori per tenere i capelli raccolti).
– Abbottonare o rimboccare le maniche del vestito
per evitare che si possano impigliare.
– Togliere i vari oggetti che possano provocare
infortuni,comeorologi,cravatte,braccialetti,ecc.
– Lavorare solo con tutte le protezioni in perfetta
efficienza.
– Mettere a zero l’interruttore generale per isolare
elettricamente la macchina e la valvola pneuma-
ticaelucchettareentrambi,quandooccorreprov-
vedere alla pulizia o alla manutenzione.
– Lapulizia generaledellamacchina, delpavimen-
to circostante e dei piani di lavoro in particolare,
rappresenta un importante fattore di sicurezza.
Riguardo gli utensili che devono essere conformi
alla norma EN847-1:
– Non impiegare mai utensili incrinati, deformati
o non correttamente affilati.
– Non usare mai gli utensili oltre il limite di velo-
cità indicato dai costruttori.

information for safety, use and maintenance of the
machine.
1.4. GENERALSAFETYINFORMATION
This machine has been constructed to offer safe
operating conditions without compromising per-
formance. However, maximum safety is in your
hands.
Certain risks are run in the use of any machine tool
– keep this in mind.
To prevent these risks and to work in the best
conditions, carefully read this user manual right
through before starting the machine.
Some general rules of safety:
– Wear suitable clothing (overcoats or overalls,
safety shoes) and, if necessary, tie up hair.
– Button or roll up sleeves which may get caught
up in the machine.
– Take off the various objects which may cause
accidents, such as watches, ties, bracelets, etc.
– Work only with all the protections in perfect
working order.
– Set the main switch to zero to electrically isolate
themachineandthepneumaticvalveandpadlock
both for cleaning and maintenance.
– Generalcleaningofthemachine,thesurrounding
floor space and the work tables in particular,
represent an important safety factor.
Concerning tools which must be in conformity
with EN847-1:
– Never use cracked, deformed or improperly
sharpened tools.
– Neverusethetoolsoverthespeedlimitindicated
by the manufacturer.
Programmierungshandbuch: enthält sämtliche
Angaben zur Programmierung der Maschine.
Stromlaufplan: dieser dient dem zuständigen
Fachpersonal zur Ausführung der Eingriffe an der
elektrischen Ausrüstung.
Pneumatikplan: dieser dient dem zuständigen
Fachpersonal zur Ausführung der Eingriffe am
Druckluftschaltplan.
Ersatzteilkatalog: zur Bestellung der Original-
Ersatzteile.
Bedienungs- und Wartungsanleitung: enthält
sämtliche Informationen für die einwandfreie
Verwendung und Wartung der Maschine.
1.4. ALLGEMEINE SICHERHEITS-
HINWEISE
DieseMaschineistsoausgelegt,daßeinsichererBetrieb
und höchste Leistungsfähigkeit gewährleistet sind.
DasVorliegenoptimalerSicherheitsbedingungenhängt
jedoch von Ihnen ab. Beachten Sie bitte, daß bei der
Verwendung jeder Werkzeugmaschine stets gewisse
Risiken bestehen.
ZurVermeidungvonGefahrensituationenundfürein
Arbeiten in voller Sicherheit ist es unabdingbar, daß
Sie vor Inbetriebsetzen der Maschine die vorliegende
Bedienungsanleitung aufmerksam durchlesen.
Einige allgemeine Sicherheitsregeln:
– EinegeeigneteArbeitskleidunganlegen(Arbeitsjacken
oder Arbeitsanzüge, Sicherheitsschuhe; lange Haare
stetszusammenbinden).
– Die Ärmel zuknöpfen oder aufkrempeln, damit
sie von den Bewegungsteilen nicht mitgerissen
werden können.

– Eine wichtige Voraussetzung für ein sicheres Arbeiten

die Arbeitsflächen stets rein gehalten werden .
Was die Werkzeuge anbelangt, die der Norm
EN847-1entsprechenmüssen,geltendiefolgenden
Regeln:
– Nie Werkzeuge verwenden, die Sprünge,
Verformungen oder
Abstumpfungserscheinungen aufweisen.

con superfici metalliche per non danneggiare i
taglienti e utilizzando guanti nella loro manipo-
lazione.
– Custodire gli utensili in maniera ordinata, in
appositi armadietti o cassettiere e fuori dalla
portata del personale non addetto.
– Prima di montare qualsiasi utensile nella pro-
pria sede controllare che le superfici siano pulite
e prive di ammaccature.
– E’ assolutamente vietato salire sulla macchina.
– I dispositivi di protezione e di emergenza non
devono essere rimossi o disinseriti per nessun
motivo.
– Nel caso in cui occorra effettuare controlli o
manutenzionearrestarelamacchina,ruotarel’in-
terruttore elettrico generale su 0 e lucchettarlo,
mettere a 0 anche la valvola generale dell'aria e
lucchettarla.
– Solo il personale autorizzato deve essere in
possesso della chiave per il ripristino delle
fotocellule di protezione del carico.
Tale chiave non deve mai rimanere inserita nel
quadrodicomandoperilripristino,maasporta-
ta volta per volta dal personale autorizzato.
– Per la rimozione dei pannelli sezionati e/o degli
sfridi rimasti sotto alla zona del pressore (zona
"A" fig.1.1a), utilizzare solamente attrezzi in
legno.
Per qualsiasi motivo NON METTERE MAI le
mani sotto il pressore (vedi fig.1.1a).

– Die Werkzeuge nie mit einer höheren als vom
Hersteller vorgegebenen Geschwindigkeit
verwenden.
– Beim Hantieren mit den Werkzeugen
Handschuhe tragen und die größte Achtsamkeit
anwenden: sie nie auf metallische Oberflächen
legen,umdieSchneidkantenichtzubeschädigen.
– Die Werkzeuge in eigenen Schränken oder
Schubladenkästen geordnet und außer
Reichweite von unbefugtem Personal
aufbewahren.
– Vor der Einspannung der Werkzeuge
überprüfen, ob die Oberflächen rein und
beulenfrei sind.
– Es ist absolut verboten, auf die Maschine zu
steigen.
– Das Entfernen der Schutzvorrichtungen oder
das Ausschalten der Notaus-Vorrichtungen ist
strengstens verboten.
– Vor der Ausführung sämtlicher Arbeiten zur
Überprüfung oder Wartung die Maschine
stoppen, den Hauptschalter und das Haupt-
Druckluftventil auf „0“ drehen und durch
Vorhängeschlösser sperren.
– NurdasermächtigtPersonalmußdenSchlüssel
für die Wiederherstellung vom fotozellen
von Schutz der Last besitzen.
Solchen tippen nie ein, es muß steckte ins Bild
von Befehl für die Wiederherstellung bleiben,
aber entfernte Zeit für, drehte durch das
ermächtigt Personal.
– Zum entfernen der geschnittenen Platten und/
oder des Ausschusses unter dem Bereich der
Presse (Bereich "A" Fig.1.1a), ausschließlich
Werkzeuge aus Holz verwenden.

drawers out of reach of unauthorised personnel.
– Before mounting any tool in its seat, check that
the surfaces are clean and free of dents.
– It is strictly prohibited to climb onto the
machine.
– The protection and emergency devices must
not be removed or disconnected for any reason.
– For any inspection or maintenance stop the
machine, turn the main electric switch to 0 and
padlock it, and also set the main air valve to 0
and padlock it.
– Only the authorized personnel has to own the
key for the restoration of the photocells of
protection of the load.
Such key it never has to remain inserted in the
picture of command for the restoration, but
removed time for turned by the authorized
personnel.
– Only use wooden tools to remove cut panels
and/or chipping left under the presser zone
(zone "A" fig.1.1a).
NEVER put your hands the presser (see
fig.1.1a).

1.4.1 Safety signs and plates - description
The operator must pay attention to the signs
and plates fixed on the machine.
These may be:
– Blue rectangular, square or round information
plates;
– Yellow triangular danger plates;
– White round prohibition plates.

– padlock main switch in position 0;
– padlock main air valve in closed
position.

1.4.1 Warnschilder - Beschreibung
