CHIPDRIVE Time Recording's extensive and powerful software ensures that managers always have the status of vacation days,
flexitime, work absences, special settlements and projects available when they need it - all time recording data is always in your
hands. As every component can be purchased alone, you can customize and extend your solution individually. The system can be
extended to more than 300 employees.
The Software
CHIPDRIVE Time Recording software provides reports that allow managers to
easily review all booking data at any time. Vacation days, flexitime, work
absences, special settlements and projects available - all time recording data is
always in your hands.
The software allows you to determine individual settings for each employee.
For example, you can define the weekly, daily or monthly working times.
You can create projects and activities where employees book-in their times,
allowing managers to view not only the individual-related work, but also the
project- and activity-related work.
There is significant flexibility with project reports, with the ability to select
periods of work, people, projects and tasks.
Report views can be summaries or detailed reports, including all bookings listed. For example, "Overview - now" enables managers
to see who booked when or who is on vacation or ill. A Windows® Excel table provides the basis for payroll counting and contains
one row per employee with all relevant data, including an apportionment of working times broken down into the relevant rates.
