
SECTION 1:
CONNECTING THE ITSX/TSX
1. Locate the OBDII Diagnostic Port which usually located under the dashboard
on the driver’s side. The port may be covered with a cap or located behind a
compartment door labeled OBDII Diagnostic Port.
If the OBDII is is covered or located behind a compartment door you will need
remove the cap or open the cover for access to the port.
2. Plug in the iTSX/TSX Interface Adapter into the vehicle’s OBDII Diagnostic Port.
SECTION 2:
PAIRING THE ITSX/TSX
With the iTSX/TSX plugged in you can now “pair” it to your mobile device via
your device’s Bluetooth wireless connection.
PAIRING FOR iOS® DEVICES
1. From your iOS device go to Settings / General / Bluetooth and select iTSX
Adapter from the list of Bluetooth devices.
PAIRING FOR ANDROID® DEVICES
1. From the Android device’s main application screen touch the “Scan for
Devices” button to scan for available Bluetooth Devices.
2. Once you see the TSX on your list of devices you can now select the device
to pair it to the TSX Adapter.
BLUETOOTH TROUBLESHOOTING
If the iTSX/TSX Adapter fails to appear in the Bluetooth section of
your mobile device, it may need to be reset.
Locate the the “Reset” button on the back of the iTSX/TSX. Using a small
non-metallic object, depress the “RESET” button and repeat Section 2 above.
