Seagate Backup Plus Fast, the world’s first 4TB
high-performance portable hard drive
The Seagate®Backup Plus Fast portable drive offers up to 2× the capacity and performance
compared to other portable drives. The drive is fully USB powered and does not require
an external power supply, allowing you to take up to 4TB of videos, music and pictures with
you on-the-go. Take further advantage of the fast USB 3.0 interface with transfer speeds
up to 220MB/s. The included Seagate Dashboard provides scheduled and automatic
backup options for your computer, social networks and even your mobile device. Install
the free Seagate Mobile Backup app on an iOS or Android mobile device to back up all of
the pictures and videos from the device to the drive or the cloud. Back up mobile devices
via a WiFi connection while at home, or use services like Dropbox or Google Drive™while
on-the-go, away from home. The metal design ts easily in a computer bag or backpack,
and helps resist against scratches and ngerprints during transport. For the rst time, users
can store as much data as a 3.5-inch desktop drive in a portable drive. Use the Save and
Share features to download and upload content from your social network sites like Facebook
and Flickr. Even photos you are tagged in can now be backed up to the drive. Install the
pre-loaded NTFS driver on a Mac®computer, and use the drive between Windows®and Mac
computers without having to reformat the drive.
