2. SAFETY
WARNING! Put the ear defenders on before exposing yourself to noise and wear them during the whole noise exposure. Be
warned that failure to adhere to these recommendations will cause the protection aorded by the product to be severely
impaired.
9Ensure the ear defenders are tted, adjusted and maintained in accordance with these instructions.
9Ensure the ear defenders are worn at all times in noisy surroundings.
9Ensure the ear defenders are regularly inspected for serviceability. If damaged, replace the product.
9This product may be adversely aected by certain chemical substances. Further information should be sought from the manufacturer.
9Ear-mus and in particular the cushions, may deteriorate with use and should be examined at frequent intervals for cracking and
leakage, for example.
9The tting of hygiene covers to the cushions may aect the acoustic performance of the ear-mus.
9Ear protection will be reduced if the defenders are not well tted and not regularly checked.
9If the recommendations given in the instructions are not followed, protection provided by the ear defenders will be signicantly reduced.
NOTE: These ear defenders are of universal size range. Ear defenders complying with EN 352-1 are of universal size range Universal
ear-defenders include small, medium and large size and are thus designed to t the majority of wearers including for those whom
medium size does not t.

4. USE
IMPORTANT: protection is only achieved if the hearing protection is worn for the entire duration of time spent in the noisy environment.
4.1. Expand the headband until the protective rings surround the ears and the headband sits rmly on the head.
4.2. Secure the headband so it sits in the centre of the head and lays at.
5. MAINTENANCE
5.1. CLEANING
9Wash with clean water and a household detergent.
8DO NOT use caustic solutions, acids, solvents or strong mechanical cleaning.
5.2. STORAGE
9Store in a clean, dry place, between 5-40oC, before and after use.
8Avoid direct sunlight.
5.3. OBSOLESCENCE
The service life depends on the storage conditions, the degree of wear and the frequency of use in the respective areas of application.
The minimum durability refers to unused articles when stored properly during the whole storage time.
