SIMBOLI
Il triangolo che
riporta il punto esclamativo indica all’utilizzatore che ci sono da
leggere importanti operazioni e istruzioni di cura nella documentazione che
accompagna il prodotto.
Il triangolo che riporta il fulmine serve ad indicare all’utilizzatore la presenza d
i
tensione pericolosa all’interno dell’apparecchio, di entità tale da rappresentare un
potenziale pericolo di scarica elettrica.
Classe I : La spina dell’apparecchio è provvista del polo per la messa a terra. Usarla
solo con prese provviste di messa a terra.
Il bidone barrato indica che il prodotto risponde ai requisiti richiesti dalle nuove
direttive introdotte a tutela dell’ambiente (2002/96/EC, 2003/10 /EC, 2002/95/EC)
e che deve essere smaltito in modo appropriato
al termine del suo ciclo di vita.
Chiedere informazioni alle autorità locali in merito alle zone dedicate allo
smaltimento dei rifiuti. Chi non smaltisce il prodotto seguendo quanto indicato in
questo paragrafo ne risponde secondo le norme vigenti.
AVVERTENZE GENERALI
•Il sistema stirante dovrà essere destinato solo all'uso per il quale è stato espressamente
indicato in questo libretto di istruzioni. Ogni altro uso è da considerarsi improprio e quindi
pericoloso. Il costruttore non può essere considerato responsabile per eventuali danni
derivati da usi impropri, erronei ed irragionevoli.
•Dopo aver tolto l'imballaggio assicurarsi dell'integrità di ogni parte. In caso di dubbio non
utilizzare il sistema stirante e rivolgersi a personale professionalmente qualificato. Gli
elementi dell'imballaggio (sacchetti in plastica, polistirolo espanso ecc.) non devono essere
lasciati alla portata dei bambini, in quanto potenziali fonti di pericolo.
•In caso di incompatibilità tra la presa e la spina fare sostituire la presa con altra di tipo
adatto da personale professionalmente qualificato. Quest'ultimo, in particolare, dovrà
anche accertare che la sezione dei cavi della presa sia idonea alla potenza assorbita.
•In generale è sconsigliabile l’uso di adattatori, prese multiple e/o prolunghe.
•Prima di collegare la spina accertarsi che i dati di targa siano compatibili con quelli della
distribuzione elettrica. L'installazione deve essere effettuata secondo le istruzioni del
costruttore . Il costruttore declina ogni responsabilità per eventuali danni a cose o persone
derivanti dalla mancata osservazione di queste avvertenze.
•In caso di danneggiamento di parti che compromettano il normale funzionamento, come
danni al cavo, alla spina, ai tubi o cortocircuiti, non utilizzare il sistema stirante e
provvedere tempestivamente alla riparazione rivolgendosi esclusivamente ai centri
autorizzati.
•Non lasciare esposto il sistema stirante ad agenti atmosferici (pioggia, gelo, umidità
eccessiva, ecc.). Conservarlo in luoghi asciutti.
•Non permettere l’utilizzo a bambini o ad incapaci, senza sorveglianza.
•Non utilizzate il sistema stirante con mani bagnate o piedi nudi. Non utilizzare vicino a
lavandini, vasche da bagno o vicino a sorgenti d’acqua. Non immergere l’apparecchio e/o il
cavo in acqua o in altri liquidi. Se il sistema dovesse cadere in acqua, spegnerlo
immediatamente e rivolgersi ad un centro assistenza.

•Non lasciare il ferro incustodito, scollegare la spina elettrica durante le pause di lavoro. E
prima di ogni operazione di pulizia.
•ATTENZIONE! presenza di voltaggio pericoloso quando l’apparecchio è collegato alla
corrente.
AVVERTENZE D’USO
•PERICOLO DI USTIONE! Non toccare la piastra quando in uso.
•ATTENZIONE! quando in uso non cercare di svitare il tappo di sicurezza per nessuna
ragione.
•Non svitare il tappo di sicurezza quando l’apparecchio è ancora caldo. PERICOLO DI
USTIONE!
•Non permettere ai bambini di svitare il tappo di sicurezza.
•ATTENZIONE! quando l’apparecchio è stato appena utilizzato, del calore residuo rimane
all’interno della caldaia, maneggiare con cura. Attendere il completo raffreddamento prima
di svitare il tappo di sicurezza.
•Non versare agenti chimici o aceto nella caldaia.
•Posizionare il sistema stirante solamente su superfici pari, stabili e resistenti al calore.
•Prima di pulire e/o mettere via l’apparecchio, attendere il completo raffreddamento.
•Non usare l’apparecchio vicino a tende, mobili o oggetti infiammabili.
•ATTENZIONE! durante l’utilizzo del ferro da stiro, non rivolgere la piastra verso il viso,
fare attenzione durante la fuoriuscita del vapore.
•Usare solo acqua, non introdurre altri liquidi nella caldaia.
•Riporre il ferro nella sua sede dopo l’utilizzo. Non appoggiarlo su nessuna altra superficie.
•Al primo utilizzo del ferro da stiro rimuovere la pellicola di protezione sulla piastra, qualora
sia presente.
•Mantenere il cavo di alimentazione distanziato dalla piastra.
•Non avvolgere in alcun caso il cavo elettrico sul ferro da stiro.
•Non riempire la caldaia oltre il limite massimo.
•Non stirare indumenti molto umidi, lasciarli asciugare prima di applicare il ferro da stiro.
•Far fuoriuscire il vapore della caldaia premendo l’apposito tasto, dopo ogni utilizzo e prima
di riporre il sistema stirante.
•Non stirare sopra cerniere o bottoni per non rovinare la piastra.

ISTALLAZIONE
Estrarre delicatamente il prodotto dall’imballo. Conservare tutto il materiale per un eventuale
impiego futuro. Dopo aver tolto l'imballaggio assicurarsi dell'integrità del prodotto. In caso di
dubbio non utilizzarlo e rivolgersi a personale professionalmente qualificato. Gli elementi
dell'imballaggio (sacchetti in plastica, polistirolo espanso ecc.) non devono essere lasciati alla
portata dei bambini in quanto potenziali fonti di pericolo.
Per assicurare un’a eguata ventilazione, mantenere la cal aia a una istanza
minima a pareti e/o oggetti i almeno 15-20 cm.

FUNZIONAMENTO
1. Posizionare la caldaia su una superficie stabile e resistente al calore.
2. Svitare il tappo di sicurezza (G).
3. Inserire l’acqua nel serbatoio: la capienza massima è di 700 ml. Si raccomanda di non
riempire il serbatoio oltre tale capienza.
4. Chiudere il serbatoio stringendo accuratamente il tappo, facendo pressione su di esso.
Per nessun motivo svitare il tappo urante l’uso! Atten ere fino al completo
raffre amento ella cal aia.
5. Inserire la spina nella presa di corrente (AC 230V 50Hz).
6. Accendere la caldaia premendo il tasto corrispondente (H): la spia relativa (I) si
illuminerà.
NOTA: durante il funzionamento la spia (I) si accende e si spegne ad intervalli regolari.
7. Regolare il termostato (E) sulla temperatura desiderata.
. Quando la spia (I) si accende, il vapore è pronto per l’uso.
9. Premere il grilletto di espulsione vapore (D) per espellere il vapore.
NOTA: la prima volta è opportuno rivolgere il getto sopra uno straccio e non sopra l’indumento
da stirare.
10. Premere il tasto (B) e successivamente spostare la linguetta verso di sé per bloccare il
tasto e generare vapore continuo. Per sbloccare la funzione spingere la linguetta verso
l’esterno.
NOTA: premendo il pulsante vapore è possibile che qualche goccia d’acqua esca dal ferro,
scaricare l’acqua residua tenendo premuto il tasto.
Se l’uscita el vapore cessa è probabile che la cal aia sia rimasta senza acqua.
NON utilizzare la cal aia senza acqua: ciò potrebbe anneggiare l’apparecchio!

REGOLAZIONE DEL TERMOSTATO
Regolare il termostato come indicato in tabella:
Acetato, acrilico,
nylon
● Stirare a secco – seguire le istruzioni sull’etichetta – generalmente
questi tessuti richiedono una leggera stiratura.
Poliestere, rayon ●/●● Stirare a secco – alternare la stiratura internamente ed
esternamente al capo.
Lana, cotone e lino
leggeri
●●/●●● Stirare a vapore - alternare la stiratura internamente ed
esternamente al capo – applicare uno straccio sottile tra il capo e la
piastra per evitare che diventi lucido.
Cotone fine,
tessuti inamidati
●●● Stirare a vapore – inumidire l’indumento prima di stirare – gli
indumenti duri e inamidati possono essere stirati internamente – gli
indumenti ricamati e a colori scuri dovrebbero essere stirati
esternamente.
Lino MAX- Stirare a vapore – usare vapore in abbondanza - alternare la
stiratura internamente ed esternamente per i colori scuri onde evitare
l’effetto lucido.
CONSIGLI PER LA STIRATURA
•Se non ci conosce la composizione del tessuto, regolare al minimo la temperatura della
piastra, aumentando gradualmente la temperatura.
•Se il capo è costituito da più tessuti allora è opportuno regolare la temperatura della
piastra per il tessuto che richiede meno calore.
•Il ferro da stiro si scalda molto rapidamente e si raffredda molto lentamente. Prestare
attenzione quando si maneggia il ferro. Attendere il completo raffreddamento
dell’apparecchio prima di riporlo.
•Vapore continuo: mantenere la piastra del ferro a circa 20 cm dal tessuto che si
desidera stirare
RIFORNIMENTO DELLA CALDAIA
Non riempire la cal aia oltre la massima capacità.
1. Spegnere la caldaia premendo il tasto (H).
2. Premere il tasto (B) per espellere il vapore residuo, al fine di depressurizzare la caldaia.
Non effettuare la epressurizzazione ella cal aia può comportare seri rischi
per l’utilizzatore.
3. Scollegare la spina dalla presa di corrente.
4. Attendere 10-15 minuti per permettere alla caldaia di raffreddarsi.
5. Svitare lentamente il tappo di sicurezza (G) e fare sfiatare l’aria in pressione prima di
svitare completamente il tappo.
6. Rifornire la caldaia e poi avvitare completamente il tappo di chiusura.
ATTENZIONE! Lasciare raffre are completamente la cal aia prima i svitare il
tappo i sicurezza. PERICOLO DI USTIONE! Atten ere qualche minuto e aggiungere
lentamente acqua tiepi a.

PULIZIA E MANUTENZIONE
ATTENZIONE! Atten ere il completo raffre amento ell’apparecchio prima i
iniziare le operazioni i pulizia. Staccare la spina alla presa i corrente prima i
ogni operazione i pulizia e/o manutenzione.
Per pulire la piastra utilizzare un panno di cotone morbido o una spugnetta non ruvida senza
l’ausilio di detergenti di alcun tipo. Per le altre parti invece utilizzare un panno morbido
inumidito con acqua. Mai pulire con dei diluenti, prodotti abrasivi in genere. Prima di riporre
l’apparecchio, svuotare la caldaia dall’acqua residua.

•Do not unplug by pulling the cable. Do not hold the appliance by its cable. Do not use cable
extensions or adaptors. Never place the cable on sharp edges and keep it away from heat
sources and fire.
•Do not wash the appliance or its components in the dishwasher.
WARNINGS AND SPECIAL RULES OF SAFETY
•DANGER OF BURN! Never touch the metal parts of the iron when it is hot.
•CAUTION! When the boiler is operating, the cap cannot be locked. DO NOT unscrew the
cap for any reason.
•Do not unscrew the cap when the appliance is operating.
•Do not unscrew the cap if the appliance is hot, DANGER OF BURNS.
•Do not allow children or disable people to unscrew the cap.
•CAUTION! if the appliance has been used and switched off, it could still be hot; pay much
attention. There may be pressure and steam inside the boiler, it is compulsory to wait for
the complete cool down of the boiler before unscrewing the cap very slowly.
•Do not use the appliance in corrosive and explosive environment, next to solvents and
paints.
•Always place the appliance on a firm, flat surface which is heat resistant.
•Before storing and cleaning the appliance, unplug it from the outlet and wait for complete
cooling.
•Do not use the appliance near curtains, furniture or other inflammable objects.
•CAUTION! Steam is very hot, danger of burns. Never direct the steam jet toward people,
animals or object which can be damaged or burnt.
•Use only tap water for filling the boiler. DO NOT fill with other liquids that may damage
components and washers.
•Always put the iron on its seat on the boiler; never leave the iron placed on clothes or
elsewhere.
•Remove the plastic protection on the iron (if present)
•Keep the electric cable away from the iron.
•Do not wrap the cable on the iron.
•Never overfill the boiler.
•Do not attempt to iron dry clothes.
•Always depressurize the iron before and after the use.
•DO NOT iron over clasps and/or buttons.

INSTALLATION
Carefully unpack your music system. Save all packing materials for possible future use. Check if
the product is damaged. Do not attempt to use it if any part appears damaged. To avoid danger
of suffocation, do not let the children play with the packing materials.
To ensure sufficient ventilation, the istance between appliance an wall or
other objects must be at least 15 cm.

OPERATING
1. Place the appliance on a firm, heat-resistant surface.
2. Unscrew the safety cap (G) to fill in the boiler with tap water.
3. Fill with maximum 700 ml of water and pay attention not to overfill the tank.
4. Close tight the tank with the safety cap, by pushing it firmly.
Once the boiler is switche on, the cap shoul not be unscrewe until the
complete cooling of the appliance.
5. Plug the appliance in the wall outlet (AC 230V 50Hz).
6. Switch on the boiler using the proper switch (H), the working led (I) of the boiler will
light on.
NOTE: during the process of ironing, the working led (I) will light on and off at regular intervals,
this is normal.
7. Adjust the thermostat (E) on the desired temperature.
. When the working led (I) lights on, the steam is ready to use.
9. To have the steam jet, press the steam emission trigger (D).
NOTE: it’s recommended to direct the first jet of steam on a cloth and not on the dresses.
10. To have a continuous jet of steam, press the continuous steam button (B) and block the
lever by pulling it. To release it, simply push the lever and the continuous jet of steam
will stop.
NOTE: If the tank has been overfilled, by pressing the steam button, there could be water
leakage together with the steam.
If the steam jet stops, it is possible that the boiler is without water. Do not use
the steam station without water; the appliance can be seriously amage !

ADJUSTING THE THERMOSTAT
Adjust the temperature, as indicated in the scheme below:
Acetate, acrylic,

● Dry Ironing – follow the instructions on the label, usually these
types of materials need only light ironing.
Polyester, rayon ●/●● Dry Ironing – iron both the internal and external parts of the
clothes.
Wool, cotton ●●/●●● Steam Ironing - iron both the internal and external parts of the
clothes. Put a light cloth on the plate to avoid the clothes will became
glossy.

Linen MAX - Steam Ironing – Use a lot of steam with this type of clothes
HINTS FOR A BETTER IRONING
•If you don’t know the kind of fabric of the clothes you wish to iron, adjust the
thermostat at minimum, increasing the temperature step by step.
•If the clothes are made of different fabrics, adjust the temperature according to the
fabric that needs a lower temperature.
•The iron become hot very fast; on the contrary it gets cool very slowly. Pay attention
while using the iron. Wait until the appliance has completely chilled.
•Continuous steam: keep the iron at a minimum distance of 20 cm while steaming the
clothes.
WATER REFILLING
Do not overfill the boiler tank.
1. Press the (H) button to switch off the appliance.
2. Press and hold continuous steam button (B) depressurize the boiler from the remaining
steam.
Not performing this operation may cause serious risks for the final user.
3. Unplug the appliance from the wall outlet.
4. Wait at least 10-15 minutes for the complete cooling of the boiler.
5. Slowly unscrew the safety cap (G), paying attention because it can be some residual
pressure inside the boiler.
6. Fill in the boiler and properly screw the safety cap.
WARNING! Let the boiler chill before unscrewing the cap. DANGER OF BURN!
Wait for some minutes an slowly a some warm water.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
WARNING! Let the boiler chill before starting to clean the appliance. Always
unplug the steam station before starting the maintenance an /or the cleaning
operations.

Clean the iron with a soft cloth. Do not use abrasive chemicals in general to avoid damages to
the apparatus. For the other parts use a cloth with warm water. Before storing the appliance,
empty the tank; put the appliance in a dry and clean place.
