• This appliance is made in conformity with appropriate European Regulations in
force, to protect the user wherever possible from potential hazards. Carefully
read this manual before use. Only use this appliance for the purpose it is
designed for in order to prevent accidents and damage. Keep this manual close
by for future consultation. Should you decide to give this appliance to other
people, please remember to also include these instructions.
Intended use
• You can use this appliance to iron any type of garment, curtains and fabrics
either dry or with steam and even in vertical position, following the instructions
found on the label. Fabrics shall be ironed on a stable surface both to support
the fabrics and to set down the iron when changing garments.
• Any other use of the appliance is not intended by the Manufacturer who does
not accept any responsibility for damages of any kind caused by improper use
of the appliance. Any improper use of the appliance will also void the warranty.
Safety warnings
Read these instructions carefully.
• This appliance has been designed for
private use only, and is therefore considered
unsuitable for commercial or industrial
purposes.
• This appliance is not intended for use by
persons (including children) with reduced
physical, sensory or mental capabilities,
or lack of experience and knowledge,
unless they have been given supervision or
instruction concerning use of the appliance
by a person responsible for their safety.
• Children should be supervised to ensure that
they do not play with the appliance.
• Cleaning and maintenance shall not be made
by children.
• Do not leave the iron and the power cord
within the reach of children, if the iron is
connected to the outlet or while it is cooling
down.

Do not leave the packaging near children
because it is potentially dangerous.
• Always turn off the appliance and unplug the
power cord from the mains socket before
filling the tank with water.
• If the power cord is damaged, it shall
be replaced by the Manufacturer, by its
Technical Assistance Service or by a similarly
qualified person in order to avoid any hazard.
• Never put live parts in contact with water: a
short circuit may occur!
• Never touch the appliance, the plug and the
power cord if your hands are wet or if you
are barefoot.
• Do not place the power cord against sharp
edges or sharp parts.
• Before plugging the appliance into the mains
socket, ensure the voltage shown on the
rating plate matches the local voltage supply.
• Always connect the appliance to an earthed
socket.
• Fill up the tank with water before starting
up the appliance. Make sure the appliance
is unplugged from the power supply before
filling the tank with water.
• Never place the iron directly underneath the
tap.
• During use, place the appliance on a
horizontal and well lit up surface.
• Never leave the appliance unattended when
it is plugged in.
• The appliance shall be used and rested on a
horizontal and steady surface.
• When placing the iron on its rest, make sure
the supporting surface is stable.

• When you have to leave for even a short
period of time, turn off the appliance, store
it on its rest and always unplug the electric
power cord.
• The appliance shall not be used if it has
been dropped, if there are visible signs of
damage or leaks of water. To prevent any
accident, all repairs, including the power
cord replacement, shall be only carried
out by an Authorised Service Centre or by
similarly qualified personnel.
• Never try to iron garments while being worn.
• Warning: hot surface. The appliance
surfaces are very hot during use.
• Do not touch the metal parts of the iron
when in operation and for several minutes
after it is turned off, since it could cause
burns.
• The construction features of the appliance,
covered by this publication, do not protect
the user from possible contact with the hot
soleplate of the iron while it is being used or
for several minutes after it is turned off.
• Do not aim the steam jet towards parts of
the body or pets.
• Remove any labels and protections from the
soleplate before using the appliance for the
first time.
• Always unwind the power cord before use.
• Do not use sparkling (carbonated) water.
If your water supply is very limestone,
we suggest you use demineralised water
instead.
• Do not let the iron touch the power cord
when it is hot.

• Do not bend the power cord protection when
the power cord is wound around the iron: the
power cord might break over time.
• Do not pull the power cord to unplug the
appliance.
• The appliance shall only be cleaned with a
non-abrasive, slightly damped cloth after
unplugging the appliance and all its parts
cool down. Never use solvents, as they may
damage the plastic parts.
• Do not wind the power cord around the
soleplate when the iron is hot.
• Do not put the soleplate in contact with
metal surfaces.
• Always unplug the power cord before storing
the appliance.
• Store the appliance on a stable surface and
out of the reach of children.
• Save these instructions for future
reference.

Soleplate
• This iron is provided with the Ideal
Temp technology which allows to
iron every kind of fabric without
the need to adjust steam or the
soleplate temperature.
Instructions for use
1 Set the steam adjustment selector
to the symbol ( ).
2 Hold the iron tilted and fill the tank
with fresh tap water up to the
maximum level. If your water supply
is very limestone, use demineralized
water.
• Do not pour vinegar,
descaling products or other
scented substances into
the tank. Otherwise, the
warranty may be revoked.
Important
• When using the iron for the first time,
you may notice a delay in steam
formation. This is normal and is due to
water starting to circulate into the iron.
• When used for the first time, the
appliance may give out a little
smoke. This transitory effect is
perfectly normal and is due to the
fact that some components have
been slightly lubricated.
3 Place the iron upright on the iron rest
.
4 Totally unwind the power cord.
5 Plug the power cord into the mains
socket.
• The iron temperature indicator light
starts flashing. When the iron
temperature indicator light turns
off, the iron is ready to use.
6 If you need to add water while
ironing, always turn off the appliance
and unplug the power cord from the
mains socket before filling the tank
with water.
Steam ironing
• Make sure there is enough water in
the tank.
1 Place the iron upright on the iron rest
.
2 Plug the power cord into the mains
socket.
3 Turn the steam adjustment selector
clockwise and set the steam
level to the symbol ( ).
• When the iron temperature indicator
light turns off, the iron is ready to
use.
• To get maximum steam supply, set
the selector to the symbol ( ).
• When setting the selector to the
symbol ( ) steam is not supplied.
Dry ironing
1 Plug the power cord into the mains
socket.
2 Turn the steam adjustment selector
counterclockwise and set the
steam level to the symbol ( ).
• When the iron temperature indicator
light turns off, the iron is ready to
use.
After ironing
1 Turn the steam adjustment selector
counterclockwise and set the
steam level to the symbol ( ).
2 Unplug the appliance from the mains
socket.

3 Place the iron in vertical position and
let it cool down.
4 Empty the tank: open the water tank
filling lid , turn the iron upside-
down and let water drain.
5 Clean plastic parts using a damp,
non-abrasive cloth and dry them
with a dry cloth.
• Let the iron cool down
before emptying the tank.
Danger of burns.
6 Wind the power cord around the iron
without tightening too much.
7 Store the iron in vertical position.
Appliance cleaning
• Make sure the iron is
unplugged from the supply
mains and has completely
cooled down before cleaning
it.
Iron tank cleaning
• Clean the water tank from time to
time by putting fresh water in it.
Rinse and empty.
• Do not put vinegar,
decalcifying agents or other
fragrant substance inside
the tank.
Important
• The warranty does not cover any
damage caused by clogging due to
lime.
Cleaning the soleplate
and the external surface
• Do not use abrasive agents
to clean the soleplate. Keep
the soleplate smooth: avoid
contact with metal objects.
• Any deposits and other residual
material on the soleplate can be
removed using a cloth soaked in a
water and vinegar solution.
• Clean plastic parts using a damp,
non-abrasive cloth and dry them
with a dry cloth.

son Service d'Assistance Technique ou par
une personne de qualification similaire afin
d'éviter tout danger.
• Ne mettez jamais de pièces sous tension en
contact avec l'eau: un court-circuit peut se
produire!
• Ne touchez jamais l'appareil, la fiche et le
cordon d'alimentation si vos mains sont
mouillées ou si vous êtes pieds nus.
• Ne placez pas le cordon d'alimentation
contre des arêtes vives ou des parties
tranchantes.
• Avant de brancher l’appareil, assurez-vous

Semelle
• Ce fer à repasser est doté de la

Mode d’emploi
1 Réglez le sélecteur de réglage de la
vapeur sur le symbole ( ).
2 Tenez le fer incliné et remplissez le
réservoir d'eau fraîche du robinet
jusqu'au niveau maximum. Si
votre approvisionnement en eau
est très calcaire, utilisez de l'eau
déminéralisée.
• Ne versez pas de vinaigre,
de produits de détartrage
ou d'autres substances
parfumées dans le réservoir.
Sinon, la garantie peut être
révoquée.
Important
• Lorsque vous utilisez le fer pour
la première fois, vous pouvez
remarquer un retard dans la
formation de vapeur. Cet effet est
normal et est dû au fait que l'eau
commence à circuler dans le fer.
• Lorsqu'il est utilisé pour la première
fois, l'appareil peut dégager un peu
de fumée. Cet effet transitoire est
parfaitement normal et est dû au fait
que certains composants ont été
légèrement lubrifiés.
3 Placez le fer debout sur le support
d’appui .
4 Déroulez complètement le cordon
d'alimentation.
5 Branchez le cordon d’alimentation
sur la prise électrique.
• Le voyant de température du fer 

6 Si vous devez ajouter de l'eau
pendant le repassage, éteignez
toujours l'appareil et débranchez
le cordon d'alimentation de la
prise électrique avant de remplir le
réservoir d'eau.
Repassage à vapeur
• Assurez-vous qu'il y a suffisamment
d'eau dans le réservoir.
1 Placez le fer debout sur le support
d’appui .
2 Branchez le cordon d’alimentation
sur la prise électrique.

3 Tournez le sélecteur de réglage de
la vapeur dans le sens horaire
et réglez le niveau de vapeur sur le
symbole ( ).
• Lorsque le voyant de température
du fer s'éteint, le fer est prêt à
l'emploi.
• Pour obtenir une livraison de vapeur
maximale, placez le sélecteur sur le
symbole ( ).
• Lorsque le sélecteur est placé sur
le symbole ( ), la vapeur n'est pas
livrée.
Repassage à sec
1 Branchez le cordon d’alimentation
sur la prise électrique.
2 Tournez le sélecteur de réglage de
la vapeur dans le dans le sens
antihoraire et réglez le niveau de
vapeur sur le symbole ( ).
• Lorsque le voyant de température
du fer s'éteint, le fer est prêt à
l'emploi.
Après le repassage
1 Tournez le sélecteur de réglage de
la vapeur dans le dans le sens
antihoraire et réglez le niveau de
vapeur sur le symbole ( ).
2 Débranchez la fiche de la prise de
courant.
3 Placez le fer à repasser en position
verticale et laissez-le refroidir.
4 Videz le réservoir: ouvrez le
couvercle de remplissage du
réservoir d'eau , retournez le fer à
repasser et laissez l'eau s'écouler.
5 Nettoyez les parties en plastique
avec un linge humide non abrasif et
séchez-les avec un linge sec.
• Laissez le fer refroidir avant
de vider le réservoir. Danger
de brûlures.
6 Enroulez le cordon d'alimentation
autour du fer sans trop serrer.
7 Rangez le fer à repasser en position
verticale.
Nettoyage de l’appareil
• Assurez-vous que le fer
est débranché de la prise
électrique et refroidi
complètement avant de le
nettoyer.
Nettoyage du réservoir
du fer
• Nettoyez le réservoir d'eau de temps
en temps en y versant de l'eau
fraîche. Rincez et videz.
• Ne mettez pas de vinaigre,
de détartrant ou d’autre
substance parfumée à
l'intérieur du réservoir.
Important
• La garantie ne couvre pas les
dommages causés par le colmatage
dû au calcaire.
Nettoyage de la semelle
et de la surface externe
• N'utilisez pas d'agents
abrasifs pour nettoyer la
semelle. Gardez la semelle
lisse : évitez tout contact
avec des objets métalliques.
•
Tous les dépôts et les autres matières
résiduelles sur la semelle peuvent être
enlevés à l'aide d'un chiffon imbibé
d'une solution d'eau et de vinaigre.
• Nettoyez les parties en plastique
avec un linge humide non abrasif et
séchez-les avec un linge sec.
