Whenthewatchis wornonthewrist,themainspringis wound
automaticallythroughnormalwristmovement.

Tostartthewatchafteritstopscompletely,winditupeitherby
turningthecrownorswingingitfromsidetosideuntilthesec-
ondhandstartsmoving. Then, set the timeanddatebefore
