TF - Plus Carport Assembly
Please Read Before Installaton

IMPORTANT
Please read these nstructons carefully before you start to assemble ths carport.
Please carry out the steps n the order set out n these nstructons.
Keep these nstructons n a safe place for future reference.
Care and Safety advce
* Please follow the nstructons as lsted n ths manual.
* Sort the parts and check aganst the lst of contents.
* For safety purposes we strongly recommend that the product wll be assembled
by at least two people
* Some parts have metal edges. Please be careful when handlng components.
* Always wear gloves, shoes and safety goggles durng assembly.
* Do not attempt to assemble the carport n wndy or wet condtons.
* Dspose of all plastc bags safely - keep them out of reach of small chldren.
* Keep chldren away from the assembly area.
* Do not attempt to assemble the carport f you are tred,
* When usng a stepladder or power tools, ensure that you are follow the
manufacturer's safety advce.
* Do not clmb or stand on the roof.
* Heavy artcles should not be leaned aganst the poles.
* Please consult your local authortes f any permts are requred to erect carport.
* Keep roof and gutters clean of snow, drt & leaves.
* Heavy amounts of snow on roof can damage the carport makng t unsafe to
stand below or nearby.
* Ths product was desgned and produced to be a carport only.
PREPARATION OF GROUND
Before Startng Assembly
Ths carport must be assembled on a sold base,
Choose your ste carefully before begnnng assembly. Ste surface (manly below
poles) needs to be level.

MAINTENANCE NOTES
1. In case of a defectve or damaged part, or for any other questons concernng
the product, please contact the manufacturer drectly.
2. Please have the parts lst and part numbers on hand when orderng or
requestng replacement parts.
3. When cleanng, use mld soap or detergent, warm water, and a washcloth or sponge.
4. Whle the product s desgned for 4 seasons use, t s strongly recommended to
clear snow from the roof on a regular bass.
LIMITATIONS ON THE WARRANTY
1. The product s not warranted aganst damages due to vandalsm, abuse, or fallng
or thrown objects.
2. The product s not warranted aganst damages due to extreme weather condtons,
such as thunderstorms, hal, strong wnd or snow storms, or any other acts of God.
3. The product s only warranted n the event t s nstalled n accordance wth the
Transpa Forza wrtten nstructons enclosed wth the product.
4. The product s not warranted n the event t has been mproperly anchored.
The carrer profiles must be bured n pts, anchored and should be filled
wth concrete
Prepare the holes of 50x50x50 cm for all the post.
Make a anchorage ,and fill wth concrete

Prepare the fixng hole to the ground 50x50x50 cm
The post colon must be bured 50 cm

Preparatons Of , support post profiles
1 Front post profiles 100 x100 mm
2 Mddle support profiles 80 x 80 mm
3 Back sde profiles 40 x 80 mm
1 Front support post;
Start to assembly the front support
colons to the roof support profile
Connect the profile wth the angel part
and squeeze them wth screw V1
2 Mddle support post;
Start to assembly the front support
colons to the roof support profile
Connect the profile wth the angel part
and squeeze them wth screw V1
3 Back support post;
Start to assembly the front support
colons to the roof support profile
Connect the profile wth the
angel part and squeeze them
wth screw V1

Screw all the angled part wth V 1

The roof profile are connected
to the front post profile drectly
wth the screw V2
For the connectons of roof profile
to the mddle support you place the
trangle part between the roof and the
post support than you screw the screw

For the connectons of roof profile to the back profile,
first you connect the alumnum roof holder profile
to the back support profile , fix them, wth the screw

INSTALLATION OF ROOFS PROFILES TO THE SUPPORT POST

Assembly three profile to the front mddle and back support profile Once you have gauged the TF PLUS fill wth concrete the holes

When the hole wth concrete s completely dred , nstall all the roof profile wth the same method

ASSEMBLY OF ALL ROOF PROFİLES

Place the compression seal by squeezing
it between the profile and the roof panel.
Roof Profile
Dirve the roof panel between the two roof profiles.
ASSEMBLY ROOF SHEETS

Insert and squeeze and fix the end part of roof
sheets wth the end frame profiles
After of holle placemet of end frame profile
close all the frame profile wth the end roof profile
and screw wth the screw .V5
Fx the profile by squeezng the rubber

ASSEMBLY OF END SIDE ROOF SHEETS WITH END CAPS PROFILES

Insert and squeeze and fix the end part of roof
sheets wth the end frame profiles to the front
of sheets
After of holle placemet of end frame profile
close all the frame profile wth the end roof profile
from the front part and fix wth the screw V5
Fx the profile by squeezng the rubber

ASSEMBLY OF FRONT SIDE ROOF SHEETS WITH END CAPS PROFILES

Assembly the roof support profile to every roof profile wth the screw V6

Close all alumnum profiles wth the caps
