Instructions for Use
FQA
The App can not synchronize the data from the scale
● Please ensure the connection between smart device and scale is on
● Please ensure the Bluetooth function on smart device is on
● Please ensure the scale is power on, and within the valid range of signal coverage.
● Check whether the battery power is running low, please replace with new batteries.
● Relaunch the App
● Reboot the smart device and re-establish the connection with scale
Bluetooth connection failed
● Please ensure only one device is setting up connection with scale
● Please ensure your device is equipped with Bluetooth 4.0 or above
NOTE: This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B digital device, pursuant to part 15
of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in a residential
installation. This equipment generates uses and can radiate radio frequency energy and, if not installed and used in accordance
with the instructions, may cause harmful interference to radio communications. However, there is no guarantee that interference
will not occur in a particular installation. If this equipment does cause harmful interference to radio or television reception, which
can be determined by turning the equipment off and on, the user is encouraged to try to correct the interference by one or more of
the following measures:
- Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna.

DEAR USERS:
Thank you for using our Smart Nutritional Scale. Please read and keep the manual
in order to use the scale correctly.
This series of products can help you save and keep track of nutritional information on
your smart device. The scale transfers data to smart device via Bluetooth technology
and also can draw the tendency of nutrient intake in order to check the nutrition intake
status at any time.
You'll get the first step in dietary management by our App and scale.

TO REPLACE BATTERY
2 x 1.5V or 3 x 1.5V(AA/AAA) batteries(excluded)
Open the battery cover. Install new batteries by
putting one side of the battery down first and
pressing down the other side.
(Please observe the polarity)

MODE / UNIT CONVERTION
Press UNIT button to convert the mode or unit you need after turning on the
scale. The mode or unit can be converted circularly.
Note:
1. UNIT button for some items are on bottom of the scale, please set the unit
there.
2. The unit system of scale depends on scale destination or the requirement of
distributor.
WEIGHING
1. Place the scale on a solid and flat surface. Put a bowl (if any) on
the scale.
2. Press button to turn on the scale.
3. Press UNIT button to convert to weighing mode.
4. Load weighing object on scale(or bowl) to start weighing. LED will
show the weight reading.

VOLUME MEASURING
Pour liquid
1. Place the scale on a solid and flat surface.
2. Press button to turn on the scale.
3. Press UNIT button to convert the mode to Water or Milk volume mode.
4. Put a container on the scale.
5. Press button for Zero or Tare.
6. Pour liquid (water or milk) into the container, LED shows the volume of the liquid.
Condition 1: "ZERO" function
When total sum of all loads on scale
≤4% of scale's max.weight capacity:
LED will show “- - - - -” or “0g” each time
is pressed. “- - - - -” means not
stable, please wait for a moment.
“0g” and meanwhile an icon “o” on the
LED mean ZERO function is activated.
Max.weight capacity remains unchanged.
(For example:
When capacity is 5kg, 4% is 200g;
When capacity is 10kg, 4% is 400g)
ZERO & TARE FUNCTION
You can weigh different loads consecutively without removing loads from the scale.
Put the first load on the scale, get weight reading. Press button to reset the
display reading to “0” before adding next load. You can repeat this operation.

Condition 2: "TARE" function
When total sum of all loads on scale
>4% of scale's max.weight capacity:
LED will show “- - - - -” or “0g” each time
is pressed. “- - - - -” means not
stable, please wait for a moment.
“0g” and meanwhile an icon “T” on the
LED mean TARE function is activated.
Max.Weight capacity is reduced by total
weight of all loads.
Under this condition:
(For example:
When capacity is 5kg, 4% is 200g;
When capacity is 10kg, 4% is 400g)
WARNING
OVER LOADED WARNING
When LED shows “Err”, it is over loaded( Max
capacity is shown on product), please take off
the loads to prevent damage to the scale.
LOW BATTERY WARNING
When LED shows “Lo”, battery power is low,
please replace with new battery (ies)
AUTO OFF (BATTERY POWER SAVING MODE)
If there is no operation or weight changing in
several minutes, scale will be auto off.
When LED shows “E01”, it indicates that the
Bluetooth communication is abnormal. Please
take out the battery for 3 seconds and then
reinstall the connection.
If the problem persists, please contact your
dealer.
You can recall the total weight of current
loads during the weighing, by pressing
button. If you want to continue the
weighing, just press to reset the
display to “0” again.

MANUALLY SHUT OFF
To maximize battery life, press and hold for
seconds to turn off the scale after using.
ADVICE FOR USE & CARE
1. Clean the scale with slightly damp cloth. DO NOT immerse the scale in
water or use chemical/corrosive cleaner. Keep the scale in cool dry place.
2. All plastics parts should be cleaned immediately after contact with fats,
spices, vinegar and strongly flavored/colored foods. (Avoid contact with
acids citrus juice.)
3. Always use the scale on a solid, flat surface, keep the scale unmoved
when weighing.
4. This product is precision instrument, please handle with care; Do not strike,
shake or drop the scale.
5. If fail to turn on, please check whether battery(ies) are installed or battery
power is low.
6. Keep away from high temperature, do not strip the scale arbitrarily.
7. This product can’t be discarded as household garbage and should be sent
to collection points for electrical and electronic equipment.
8. Designed for family use only, not for commercial use.
APP INSTRUCTION
1.Get the App
a. Scan the QR code on the right side to obtain the App.
b. At the "App Store" or "Google Play", search keyword
"Nutribalan" to download.
3. Create a new user
Run the App, finish the registration and personal profile.
4. Weigh and measure
a. Turn on the scale
b. Put the food on the scale, search the food in the App
c. Save the weight and nutrient of the food
d. If it fails to find the food in the App, you can customize.
5. Review history
You can view the history data, various nutrient intake analysis,
daily nutrient intake analysis and so on.
