RAPTOR PRO RP LED.

einwandfreien Zustand ausgeliefert worden. Um diesen Zustand zu erhalten und einen gefahrlosen Betrieb sicherzustellen,
muss der Anwender die Hinweise und Warnvermerke dieser Gebrauchsanweisung beachten.

HINWEIS!
Eine Reparatur des LED-Strahlers darf nur durch den Hersteller, seinen Kundendienst oder eine Elektrofachkraft erfolgen.
Elektrofachkraft ist, wer aufgrund seiner fachlichen Ausbildung, Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen sowie Kenntnisse der
einschlägigen Normen, die übertragenen Arbeiten beurteilen und mögliche Gefahren erkennen kann. Garantie-
reparaturen werden nur durch den Hersteller ausgeführt.
Anwendungsbereich
ALDEBARAN® LED-Strahler sind als Außenbeleuchtung, je nach Modell und Produkt auch als Innenbeleuchtung, für
Industrie, Handwerk, Werkstätten, Rettungsdienste, Energieversorger, Bahn- und Verkehrsbetriebe usw. einsetzbar.
ALDEBARAN® LED-Strahler sind konzipiert, um Ihnen eine optimale Beleuchtung direkt am Arbeitsplatz bereitzustellen.
Ein Betrieb in korrosiver oder explosionsgefährdeter Umgebung ist nicht zulässig.

Inbetriebnahme
Der ALDEBARAN® RAPTOR RP / PRO LED wird prinzipiell anschlussfertig mit Zuleitung und Stecker ausgeliefert. Der
LED-Strahler ist nur an Wechselstrom – mit Spannung gemäß Typenschild – an eine vorschriftsmäßig installierte Schutz-
kontaktsteckdose anzuschließen. Bitte beachten Sie, dass Ihre Anlage den einschlägigen VDE-Richtlinien entspricht. Bei
Fragen diesbezüglich wenden Sie sich bitte an Ihren Energieversorger oder Ihre Elektrofachkraft. Selbstverständlich
stehen wir Ihnen bei Rückfragen zur Verfügung.
VORSICHT!
Bei Ausführungen des LED-Strahlers mit anderen Stecksystemen (nicht Schuko®), ist die Spannung gemäß Typen-
schild zu beachten.
Installation
Mittels Bügel (D) lässt sich der ALDEBARAN® RAPTOR RP / PRO LED für viele Anwendungsfälle direkt am Einsatzort
montieren. Hierzu sind Befestigungslöcher vorgesehen.

HINWEIS!
Zubehör Bolzenaufnahme, Art.-Nr. 1410960004 (optionales Zubehör), wird für den Einsatz in Verbindung mit Stativ-/
Mastsystem benötigt, welche zur Aufnahme einen DIN-Bolzen verwenden (nur ALDEBARAN® RAPTOR RP LED) .
Beim ALDEBARAN® RAPTOR PRO RP LED ist die Bolzenaufnahme (Art.-Nr. 1410960012 [kurz]) bereits integriert.
Elektrischer Anschluss
Verbinden Sie den Netzstecker der Anschlussleitung mit Ihrer Netzanschlussdose.
Mit dem Anschluss an das Versorgungsnetz ist der LED-Strahler betriebsbereit.
WARNUNG!
• Verlegen Sie die Kabel so, dass keine Stolperfallen entstehen und sie vor mechanischen Beschädigungen, wie
Abreißen oder Überfahren, geschützt sind.
• Befestigen Sie die Kabel falls erforderlich mit Klebeband oder Kabelbindern.
• Stellen Sie sicher, dass der LED-Strahler vor Inbetriebnahme sicher aufgestellt und befestigt ist.
• Beachten Sie zudem geltende Vorschriften zur Arbeitssicherheit!
Betrieb
1. Vertikale Verstellung
Halten Sie den LED-Strahler zur Verstellung der Neigung am
Tragegri fest, ziehen Sie den Rastbolzen und stellen Sie
den gewünschten Winkel ein. Die Neigung kann in
mehreren Stufen verstellt werden.
VORSICHT!
Der Rastbolzen muss in der gewünschten Position
einrasten. So vermeiden Sie Unfälle und Verletzungen.
Zusätzliche Funktionen des ALDEBARAN® RAPTOR PRO RP LED:
Der ALDEBARAN®RAPTOR PRO RP LED kann wegen des
integrierten Standbügels (G) zusätzlich mobil eingesetzt werden:
2. Aufstellen zum Betrieb am Boden
Für den Bodeneinsatz den Standbügel (G) nach hinten
ausklappen und den LED-Strahler auf den Boden stellen
WARNUNG! Verletzungsgefahr!
Achten Sie beim Bodeneinsatz auf einen ebenen, befestigten
Untergrund, um einen sicheren Stand zu gewährleisten.
Vermeiden Sie Plätze, an denen sich Nässe, z.B. bei Regen,
ansammeln kann. Stellen Sie den LED-Strahler nicht ins
Wasser.

3. Installation bei Betrieb mit Stativ-/ Mastsystemen
LED-Strahler mithilfe der Bolzenaufnahme mit dem Stativ /
Mast verbinden. Mittels Sterngri (H) den ALDEBARAN®
RAPTOR (PRO) RP LED arretieren. Vor Ausfahren des
Mastes ist die Anschlussleitung vollständig abzuwickeln.
Kabelwicklung (nur ALDEBARAN® RAPTOR PRO RP LED)
Mittels rückseitig integrierter Kabelwicklung lässt sich die
Anschlussleitung aufwickeln. Hierdurch wird ein Optimum
an Flexibilität für den mobilen Einsatz in Bezug auf
Transport und Verpackung gewährleistet.

V or jeder Wartung, Reinigung und Pege ist grundsätzlich das Gerät durch Ziehen des Netzsteckers vom Versorgungs-
netz zu trennen.
Reinigung und Pege
Verwenden Sie zum Reinigen der Kunststoteile/Metallteile keine Lösungsmittel, Alkohole oder sonstige Chemikalien.
Verwenden Sie zum Entfernen von Schmutz, Staub, Öl und Fett usw. ein weiches, trockenes und fusselfreies Tuch.

Wartung und Instandsetzung
Die LED-Strahler ALDEBARAN® RAPTOR RP / PRO LED wurden als wartungsfrei konzipiert. Es sind daher keine War-
tungsarbeiten notwendig. Das Produkt ist reparaturfähig. Einzelne Komponenten können im Bedarfsfall durch eine
Fachkraft ausgetauscht bzw. instand gesetzt werden.
Entsorgung
Dieses Produkt darf am Ende seiner Lebensdauer nicht über den normalen Haushaltsabfall entsorgt wer-
den, sondern muss an einem Sammelpunkt für das Recycling von elektrischen und elektronischen Geräten
abgegeben werden. Das Symbol auf dem Produkt, der Gebrauchsanleitung oder der Verpackung weist darauf
hin.
Die Werkstoe sind gemäß ihrer Kennzeichnung wiederverwertbar. Mit der Wiederverwendung, der stoichenVerwertung
oder anderen Formen der Verwertung von Altgeräten leisten Sie einen wichtigen Beitrag zum Schutze unserer Umwelt. Bitte

Safety information
This quality LED spotlight was built according to the rules of technology.The LED spotlight was built, tested and delivered
in proper condition. To maintain this condition and to ensure safe operation, the user must follow the instructions and
warnings of the operating instructions.
It is to assume that a safe operation is not possible
• if the LED spotlight shows visible damage.
• if the LED spotlight is no longer working properly.
• after prolonged storage under inconvenient conditions.
• after heavy transport stresses.
In these cases, the LED spotlight must be sent in for repair.
INFORMATION!
Repairs to the LED spotlight must be carried out only by the manufacturer, his customer service department or a qualied
electrician. A qualied electrician has the professional training, knowledge and experience, as well as knowledge of
the pertinent standards, to assess the work they are required to carry out and recognize possible hazards. Warranty
repairs are carried out only by the manufacturer.

ALDEBARAN® LED spotlights are applicable as indoor lighting and – depending on the model and product – also as outdoor
lighting for industry, crafts, workshops, tents, rescue services, energy suppliers, rail and road transport etc. ALDEBARAN®
LED spotlights are developed to oer you optimal illumination directly at the workplace.
Operation in a corrosive or potentially explosive environment is not permitted.

Initial operation
The ALDEBARAN®RAPTOR RP / PRO LED is delivered ready for connection with supply cable and plug. The LED spotlight
is only to be connected to an alternating current – with the voltage according to the rating plate – to a properly installed
safety socket. Please note that your system corresponds to the relevant VDE guidelines.
If you have any questions about this, please contact your energy supplier or your electrician. Of course we are at your
disposal if you have any questions.
ATTENTION!
In the case of versions of the LED spotlight with other plug-in systems (not Schuko®), the voltage according to the
rating plate must be observed.
Installation
By means of a bracket (D), the ALDEBARAN® RAPTOR RP / PRO LED can be mounted directly on site for many applications.
Mounting holes are provided for this purpose.

INFORMATION!
Accessory bolt receiver, item no. 1410960004 (optional accessory), is needed for operation in connection with
stand/ mast system which need a DIN bolt for reception (only ALDEBARAN® RAPTOR RP LED) .
With the ALDEBARAN® RAPTOR PRO RP LED, the bolt reception ( item no. 1410960012 [short]) is already integrated.
Electric connection
Connect the mains plug of the connecting cable to your mains connection socket.
The LED spotlight is ready for operation once it has been connected to the mains power supply.
WARNING!
• Lay the cables in such a way that there are no tripping hazards and they are protected from mechanical damage
such as tearing o or being run over.
• If necessary, secure the cables with tape or cable ties.
• Make sure the LED spotlight is securely set up and fastened before use.
• Also observe the applicable regulations on occupational safety!
Handling
1. Vertical adjustment
To adjust the inclination, hold the LED spotlight by the
carrying handle, pull the locking bolt and set the desired
angle. The inclination can be adjusted in several steps.
ATTENTION!
The locking bolt must engage in the desired position.
This prevents accidents and injuries.
Additional features of the ALDEBARAN® RAPTOR PRO RP LED:
The ALDEBARAN®RAPTOR PRO RP LED can also be used as
a mobile unit due to the integrated stand (G):
2. Setting up for operation on the ground
For use on the ground, fold the stand (G) back and place the
LED spotlight on the oor.
WARNING! Risk of injury!
When using the oor, make sure the surface is level and rm
to ensure a safe stand. Avoid places where moisture can
accumulate, e.g. in the rain. Do not place the LED spotlight
in water .

3. Installation for operation with tripod / mast systems
Connect the LED spotlight to the tripod / mast using the bolt
holder. Lock the ALDEBARAN® RAPTOR (PRO) RP LED with
the star grip (H). Before extending the mast, the connecting
cable must be completely unwound.
Cable winding (only ALDEBARAN® RAPTOR PRO RP LED)
The integrated cable winding on the back allows the connection
cable can be wound up. This ensures optimum exibility
for mobile use in terms of transport and transport and packaging.

The LED spotlight ALDEBARAN® RAPTOR RP / PRO LED was designed to be maintenance-free. Therefore no maintenance
work is necessary. The product is repairable. If necessary, individual components can be replaced or repaired by a specialist.
Disposal
At the end of its useful life, this product must not be disposed of with normal household waste, but must be
taken to a collection point for the recycling of electrical and electronic equipment.The symbol on the product,
the instructions for use or the packaging indicates this.
The materials are recyclable according to their labeling. By reusing, material recycling or other forms of
recycling old devices, you are making an important contribution to protecting our environment. Please ask the municipal
administration for the responsible disposal point.
