ABARTH 500 -595 CARBON FIBER TERMINALS “MONZA” EXHAUST 1STSERIES
INSTALL MANUAL
The Carbon Terminals set include:
-No. 1 pair LH- RH carbon terminals
-No. 2 T-Clamps (52-55)
-No .4 Steel inserts
-No 4. Screws and washers
We highly recommend to have to use a car hoister to lift the car for an easier access to exhaust end pipes.
1. Each Carbon terminal has two holes for screws: one on the upper side –one on the bottom
side. RH terminal has holes on the LH side. LH terminal has holes on the RH side.
2. Loosen the T-Clamp entirely and insert it on the external
exhaust endpipe. Do not tighten it.
3. Insert the steel inserts inside the T-Clamp as showed in picture. One insert on the upper side
and one on the bottom side perpendicular.
4. Gently insert the carbon terminal in the steel inserts.

5. Find the matching holes between the steel inserts and the carbon terminals and place the
screws with washers on both upper and lower holes. Then, tighten the screws.
6. Tighten the T-Clamp to lock the position of the carbon terminals on the exhaust end pipes. You
can adjust the carbon terminal position at your own pleasure by moving the T-clamp back and
forth on the end pipe.
7. Repeat the install operations for the other carbon terminal.
