simultaneously for 5 Sec. After find connect ‘SHAKS
S2i’ on your device. (If there is a device that has
already been connected, it will be automatically
reconnected.)

Q&A - Smartphone, TV STB
Q1) Which TV set-box is compatible with?
① All 'Android TV OS' are compatible. If you're not sure, check to see if Google Play Store
is available on your STB.
② If you are using Samsung Smart TV, please connect using the Windows (Wired) method.
Q2) How do I update my firmware?
You can update it on SHAKS-App.
Q3) Can I use it by wire?
Yes. You can connect in the same way as the Windows wired connection method,
and use the OTG Gender on your smartphone.
Press reset button located on back of S2i
just once with a preper pin.
How to reset

※ The function marked with * has LED 2 on continuously and can be turned off by
pressing it one more time.
※ Optional button functions can be disabled in the SHAKS app or X-input program.

Q&A - Windows PC
Q1) Unable to connect by wire.
① First of all, you have to try with the game pad turned off. Please connect your computer
or device to the other side of the cable first, and then try again.
② If it doesn't work well, try connecting it using a different data cable.
③ The length of the USB cable must not exceed 5m in total.
Q2) If my PC doesn’t have bluetooth, how can I connect?
① If you purchase Bluetooth-dongle and attach it to your PC, you can use S2i on your PC.
② You can connect your gamepad via Windows wired connection, even if you don't
have to connect via Bluetooth.
Q3) I connected S2i via Bluetooth, but it doesn't work at all. (check below)
① Re-run the game. Check if the game supports gamepad or not.
② Check SHAKS X-input program is running while you are playing
③ Make sure S2i is connected in Windows-mode (LED 4)
④ Retry after resetting the gamepad
⑤If there is a USB 3.0 product near the Bluetooth dongle, please keep it at a distance
through the USB extension or disconnect the USB 3.0 product from your computer.
Q4) Only in certain games, S2i doesn’t work.
①Check if the game supports gamepad.
② Make sure you are using in-game settings or controller-related programs.
Q5) Can I play 4 gamepads on PC?
Yes. Up to 4 pads can be connected.
