Quick Start Guide
SETTING THE TIME
SETTING ALARM 1
SELECTING YOUR WAKEUP NATURE SOUND
1. Press and hold CLK / MEM button for 2 seconds. The
digits will begin to flash.
2. Press <<HR to adjust the hours.
3. Press >>MIN to adjust the minutes.
4. When you have set the clock to the correct time, stop
pressing the buttons. The display will flash 3-4 times
and then save automatically.
NOTE: The hours and minutes advance forward only.
Also, if your desired time is PM, be sure to keep
advancing the << HR button until the PM indicator light
is illuminated.
1. Press and hold ALM1 VOL+ button for 2-3 seconds.
The digits will begin to flash.
2. Press <<HR to adjust the hours.
3. Press >>MIN to adjust the minutes.
4. When you have set the alarm to your desired time, stop
pressing the buttons. The display will flash 3-4 times
and then save automatically. The alarm sound (Buzzer,
Radio or Nature Sound) will be indicated by a red LED
dot.
5. To change the alarm sound (or turn the alarm off),
press ALM1 VOL+ to cycle through the 4 alarm sound
options: Buzzer / Radio / Nature Sound / Alarm Off.
1. You may choose any of the 20 Nature Sounds to be your
wakeup sound.
2. Follow the steps above to set the time for Alarm 1.
3. Set the alarm sound to N.S. (Nature Sound) by pressing
ALM1 VOL+.
4. Press ALM1 VOL+ for 3 seconds. WHILE THE DISPLAY
IS FLASHING, press the Natural Sound Select button
repeatedly to cycle through the Nature Sounds from 1
to 20. You may also select “NA” to wake up to samples
of all the Nature Sounds in a row (approximately 10
seconds each).

NATURE SOUND MENU
1. The wakeup radio station will be the last radio station you listened to.
2. To choose your wakeup radio station, press the ALM OFF / SOURCE button to scroll through the sound options.
3. Stop when you get to the FM or AM option. (Hint: The FM band has a decimal point.)
4. Press >>MIN or <<HR to tune in a station.
5. Press and hold the ALM OFF / SOURCE button for 2 seconds to turn the radio off. This is now your wakeup radio station.
NOTE: In order to wake to the radio, be sure the red alarm indicator light is illuminated next to the word Radio.
If your partner wakes at a different time than you do, you may wish to set Alarm 2. Follow the same steps as above, but use the
ALM2 VOL- button instead.
To check the time setting for Alarm 1, quickly press ALM1 VOL+ once. The alarm time will be displayed for approximately 10
seconds, then the clock will return to the current time. (To check Alarm 2, follow the steps above but press the ALM2 VOL- button
instead.)
Press the ALM OFF / SOURCE button to scroll through the sound options. Stop when you get to the FM or AM option. (Hint: The
FM band has a decimal point.) Then press >>MIN or <<HR to tune in a station. Press and hold the ALM OFF / SOURCE button for 2
seconds to turn the radio off. NOTE: Be sure to unwrap and extend the FM wire antenna for best reception.
When the alarm goes off in the morning, press the ALM OFF / SOURCE button to silence it. You may also press the SNOOZE /
SLEEP button to temporarily suspend the alarm. If you press SNOOZE / SLEEP, the alarm will resume in 9 minutes.
If you do not want your alarm to go off the next morning, simply press the ALM1 VOL+ button repeatedly until the red alarm
indicator light disappears. When the red dot is gone, the alarm is deactivated. Your settings (wakeup time and alarm sound) will
be saved for future use.
