Do not direct exhaustfumes at pedestriansor buildings.
WARNING : ELECTRIC SHOCK
Do not operatethe equipment withany doorsor covers open.
Always turn all thebreakers OFF, place the Power Switch in the OFFposition andstop the
enginebefore connecting/disconnectingtheloadcabletothe output terminal.
Always turn the Power Switch to the OFF positionandstoptheengine, then close andlock
OPERATION PANELDOOR before checking or maintaining the engine or anyequipment.
Closethe output terminalcoverbeforeoperating.
Do nottouch the generator if thegenerator or casingor yourbodybecomes wet during
operation.
Do nottouchoutputterminals or internalelectric partswhilethe generator is operating.
Ground the everyearthgrounding terminaltothe earthasset out inthemanual.
If evenoneof all is unconnected by mistake or accident, it will bemuch more dangerous for
humanbodythan theNO-RELAYcase, because leaking current inevitably goesthroughthe
body.
Eventhoughalltheearthterminals of the loadshave beengroundedto theearth, thebonnet
groundingterminalshould begroundedtotheearth.
Thereis always a danger of being electrocuted by short-circuit. Be sureto testgenerator’s
insulation resistance periodically.
Grounding should be made after the engine is stopped.
Whenever theEarth leakage relay is activated, you shouldalways repair theleaking place first
of all.
WARNING : INJURY
Closeall doorsandlock them during operation.
Do not openthe check door when thePowerSwitch is in the ON position. It will cause injury
by rotating parts such as cooling fansand fan belt.
Always turn the Power Switch to the OFF positionandstoptheengine, then close andlock
OPERATION PANELDOOR before checking or maintaining the engineor anyequipment.
Usethe lifting hook to lift the machines,and do not liftupbyusing tie downs. Useof such
couldresult inthegeneratorfalling.
Do not liftany additional weight such as fuel tanksor trailers.
No persons shouldever be undera liftedgenerator.
Always be sure to check thatthe breakers on load side andswitches for any equipment using
the generator areatOFFbefore turning thebreaker toON.Also besuretoadvise personnel
on the load side that power will be turnedon or off before operating the breaker.
Do notmodifytheequipment anddo not operatewith parts removed.
CAUTION : EYE/SKIN INJURY
Wearrubberglovesandother protectiveweartoprotecteyes, skin andclothing fromthe
batteryfluid which containsdiluted sulfuricacid. If the batteryfluidcontactseyes or skin, wash
out immediately with asufficient amount of clean water. Besure toreceivemedicaltreatment,
especiallyif thefluid contactstheeyes.
