1.2The mainfeatures
Standardconfiguration
1) Combinethefunctionofdehumidifying,dryingandtwo-stageconveyingintosingleunit.
2) SCDDryersLoadersare equippedwithhoneycombrotortoobtainstable lowdew-pointdryingair.It havetwomodels:
semi-openandhermetic.
3) Feedingsystemisequipped withshut-offvalvetoensurenosurplus rawmaterialinhoppertubes.
4) Microprocessor is standardequipment.
5) Optical-classSCD-OPmaterialcontact surfaceareallmirrorpolishedand collocates conveyingsystemwithclosedloopto
avoidcontaminationandmoistureregain.
6) Optical-classSCD-OPsystemhasstandardconfigurationof HEPA,whichcouldfilter tinyionof0.3 m withfilterratioof
99.97%.
7) Heatpreserveddryinghopperbarrel adoptsdownblowpipe designandcollocateswithcycloneairexhaust toavoidheatlost
and improvedryingefficiency.
8) Thisdehumidifyingseriesadoptdoublecoolerstructuretoensurelower return airtemperatureanddew-point value.
Accessory option
1) PLC controland touchHMIareoptional, makingoperationconvenientfor machine’sautomaticrunning.
2) Dew-pointmonitorisoptionaltomonitordew-pointvalueatalltimes.
3) HEPAandoptical-class storagehopperareoptionaltoensurenoairontamination ofrawmaterial.
4) SCD-ESseriescanopt forregenerativeplateheatexchanger,whichcan save3~6%power consumption.
5) SCD-ESseriescanopt fordryingplateheatexchanger,whichcansave0~19%power consumption.
6) Dew-pointvalueis settable, dew-point valueis setbetween -40to+10 accordingtoactualneedofplastics material.
0~10%oftotalpower consumptioncould besaved.
7) Thefunctionofcontrollingdrying capacityisoptional.Oncesettingthenameofdriedplasticsmaterialandusedvolumeof
per hour, systemwould adjust airvolumeand consumptionautomatically.Volumeusedperhourcanbeset20~100%as
