1.4.4SafetyRegulationsforthe Blowers
1)Undernormaloperation, the blowerswill generatehightemperature. Donot
touchblower's casetoavoidanyphysicalinjury.
2)Undernormaloperation, the blowermotor's current loadingwill increaseor
reduceaccordingtoairpressure's changeaccordingly.Whileinstallation,an
adequatemotoroverload protectionswitchshouldbe installedwithfull
loadingtest, toensureoperatingsafelyunderfull-loadingtoavoidmotor's
damage.
3)Toavoidanyblock materials, dust, powder, fiberparticlesandwaterdrops
enteringtheblower, and hencecausethedeficiencyof itsperformance.This
machine iswell designed withair filters,sopleasecleanupthefilterwithany
foreignparticles(recommendedtoclean up thisfilterweekly).
4)Clean the blowersbothinternalandexternalparts(especiallyforthe fan

2. Structure Characteristics andWorkingPrinciple
2.1WorkingPrinciple
Themoisturecontainedinthe air whichiswaited fortreating)will be absorbed
byhygroscopicmaterials,hereafter,be de-absorbedbythe regenerated hotair.
And the twoairstreamworktogetherintherotation wheel.So,withthe rotation
ofthewheel,moisturewill be absorbedandde-absorbed continuously, and
drainout viade-absorbingbyregenerated air toformasteadylowdewpoint
airstreamforusing.
2.2RelativeHumidityandDew-point
Relativehumidity: Relativeair humiditymeansrealvaporcontent tosaturated
vaporat thesametemperatureinpercentage.
Dewpoint: itmeansthat temperaturewhen the saturationvaporbeginstodew.
When the relativehumidityis100%, the ambient temperatureisthe dewpoint
temperature.The morelowerofdewpointtemperature(thantheambient
temperature)is, the moreless possibletodew, that alsomeansthemoredrier
the air is.The dewpointwill notbe influencedbytemperature, butinfluenced by
pressure.
2.3WhyChooseSD-H
Themainreasonforthedefectsofplasticproducts,suchasbubbles,silverlines,
flaws, poortransparency, etc. isthat plasticrawmaterialsarenot completely
dried beforemoulding.Hygroscopicplastics, suchasPA,PC, PBT, PET,
NYLONand soon,cannotbe thoroughlydried throughtraditionalmethods.It is
proved that heated anddehumidifiedair withlowdew-point downto-40 can
makemoisturecontentofsuchmaterialsoverthan0.02%beforemoulding.
SD-H honeycombdehumidifiers,utilizinghoneycomb-rotorinafull-closed
systemtodehumidifyprocess air, canmeet suchrequirements. Hotair withlow
dew-point producedbythisunit isquicklyand continuouslyblowed toplastic
particlestocompletelyabsorbthemoisture,thustogainagooddryingand
dehumidifyingeffect.
