Connecting your Chipper™ 2X BT
to Shopify POS
• Download the Shopify POS app from the
Apple App Store on an iOS device and log in
to your store
• Turn on the Chipper™ 2X BT by pressing the
power button
• Open the Shopify POS app on your iOS device
and tap Settings Set up hardware Card
readers and select the Chipper™ 2X BT
• Follow the Shopify POS prompts on your iOS
device screen to connect and start accepting
payments

You can accept popular tap, chip, and swipe
payment methods with the Chipper™ 2X BT.
Before you start selling, make sure your device
is connected and the Shopify POS app will guide
you through checkout.
For tap card or
digital wallet:
Tap card or digital
wallet on the front of
the reader
For chip card:
Insert card at
the top of the device
For swipe card:
Swipe card at the
back of the device
