INDUSTRIAL VENTILATING FAN
THE VENTILATING FAN is an electric fan installed in an opening in
the wall, exchanging air from one side of the wall to the other. It fits in
houses for regulating air or expelling smoke. But it is not applicable in
conditions where static pressure is required or at a place where it blows
directly against a strong breeze from outside.(In this case, a pipe
ventilating fan should be used.)

III. INSTALLING DIMENSION
Picture 1 presents the installing dimensions for the VENTILATING FAN,
while Figure 2 provides the relevant date.

.ⅣOPERATING INSTRUCTION
1. Power source: Before operating, check if the country’s power comply
with the rated power.
2. When installing or erasing, do not bump the blades or wilfully alter
their angles.
3. The fan should be installed at place over 2.3meters above the ground.
The motor shaft should be parallel to the ground.
4. When use plug socket to provide power, the cord of the fan should be
attached to plug up to national standards, if the cord is directly
connected with the supply line, then a full-pole power switch with a
contact gap of at least 3 mm should be fitted on the supply line.
5. The yellow-green contact is an earth wire, which must be properly
connected.
6. The blue cord is a neutral wire, which should be connected with the
connector marked“N”
7. Put several drops of sewing machine oil into the oil ways on the front
and rear shells at regular intervals (Once after 3 months of 24-hour use
or 6 months of regular use). The FAN should be checked up once a
year.
Ⅴ. WARNING
1. The fan should be installed by qualified technician.
2. When installing or cleaning, do not bump the blades or willfully
alter their angles.
3. Before cleaning, cut off the power first. The blade can be taken
down and erased with cotton or soft cloth wet with soap water.(Do
not use petrol or any other corrosive liquids which are harmful to
paints).
4. A qualified technician should be engaged to repair the fan in case of
any failure or malfunction in order to avoid hazard or unnecessary
damage.

Unused fans should be kept packed in well-ventilated storehouses with no
corrosive gases.
