INTRODUCTION
Carter 320D Common Rail Injector stroke measurement
tool is used for the maintenance of the production of 320D
Caterpillar common rail injector, innovative product design
and easy to use, can quickly break down the injector,
replace the valve assembly, adjusting the fuel solenoid
valve stroke. Common Rail Injector various parts of the
trip in response to the solenoid valves play a vital role,
once the trip is not standard, or outside the valid tolerance
range will cause the injector solenoid valve cannot reach
the responsed accuracy ,premature wear of the valve
assembly, loading car will cause detonation phenomenon,

1.2 Product Details
1.3 Step
1.3.1The first scenario
1.Use a suitable sleeve, open pressure cap of
Carter injector
2. Use a hex screwdriver and wrench to remove
the injector armature disk
3, The dial gauge mounted on the measuring device and
zero out, then the dial gauge base will be seated into
the solenoid valve thread, after the reference plane
and the remaining gap pads bonding , observe indicator
and read it .then test the desired item

5. PRODUCT MAINTENANCE
(1) When cleaning, use a damp cloth, cleaning treatment
