1 INSTRUCTION
Piezo injector tester is used to drive common rail injector,
and provide control signal for BOSCH , DENSO, DELPHI
ETC to drive high pressure cr injector to work. Parameter
of drive signal can be set according own need, can be save
in separate group.This is convenient for maintance
personnel to make judges and repair in different
conditions.
（1）Chinese English two languages, can switch freely.
（2）Support solenoid and piezo injectors.
（BOSCH,DENSO,DELPHI,PIZEO,DENSO2）

3 Choose suitable test cables
4 Choose test cable according to injector solenoid
connection way
5 Connect 220V power, turn on the main unit
6 Choose suitable injector brand to test according to the
injector you need test.

①ON/OFF button Injector test turn of/off button
②LED Display
③COUNTE button When it shows zero time, injector will
keep working not stopping.
④MODE button
A，Press MODE button shortly can switch to different
condition（CL VL VE LL TL U1 U2）
B，Press MODE button can transfer between injector test
mode and resistence test mode(Works only when injector
stop working.)
C，After getting into electric testing mode, connect to
injector firstly, press COUNTE one time shortly, 2s after will
show resistance of injector, in the way of mΩ.
D,If there is great differences between testing resistance
and actual resistance, need adjust it. How to adjust：
Stop in resistance testing interface, make injector’s two
clips short circuit, then press ADJ button long
time,screen’s right above will show “*” , when “*”
disappear, adjustment is done.
⑤ADJ switch nutton Regular parameter setting
First step: Press down shortly to choose seting,relative
position will show cursor. Show the below: Choose injector
brand,counter value,pulse width, frequency.
Second step: Switch left or right to revise current settings.
⑥Language setting：If current language is English, turn
offthe power first, when screen turn black, press ON/OFF
and MODE buttons，then turn on the power, it will show in
Chinese. If current language is Chinese, when screen turn
black, press ON/OFF and MODE buttons，then turn on the
power, it will show in English.

5 PRODUCT MAINTANCE
(1) When cleaning, use a damp cloth, cleaning treatment
with neutral detergent, and then wipe dry water stains.
(2) Severe surface stains, scratches, burns fireworks,
you can use fine sandpaper (400-500) light grinding
surface, and then use scouring cloth wipe dry.
(3) Avoid contact with acid, brine and other corrosive
substances.
(4) To keep clean, the use of careless caused surface
water stains, use a cloth to dry, keep the surface dry.
