Read these instrucons completely before you use the
SIEGENIA access control system (access control sys-
tem). Follow the notes in Chapter 2 "Safety", in order
to prevent personal injury or funconal disorders.

This documentaon is intended for use by end users.

• The SIEGENIA access control systems (abbreviaon:
ACS) transponder, keypad and ngerprint scanner in
combinaon with the KFV mul-point locks AS 2600
GENIUS 2.2, GENIUS PANIC 2.2 and AS 3500/3600
A-opener 2.2 enable authorised door opening.
• The access control system may only be used in con-
juncon with KFV products and accessories.
• The access control system may only be used when
they are in a technically sound condion.

• The access control system must not be used in
doors for wet rooms or rooms in which the air cont-
ains aggressive or corrosive components.
• The access control system must not be tampered
with and/or modied.
• Repair of the access control system is not permissib-
le. If the access control system is damaged, it must
be repaired by KFV or by a service agent authorised
by KFV

Never use cleaning agents that are aggressive or con-
tain solvents. This could damage the surfaces of the
components.

Local building laws and regulaons must be observed
before and during installaon.

Electrical devices should not be disposed of as house-
hold waste. Bring the device, accessories and packaging
to an environmentally-friendly recycling facility.

• All work on the 230 V AC mains power supply
must be carried out in compliance with the current
German VDE regulaons (e.g., VDE 0100) and any
relevant country-specic requirements.
• All-pole safety isolaon should be used when rou-
ng the network connecon cable on-site.
• Any modicaons to the SIEGENIA access control
system are prohibited.

• Wiring the unit incorrectly can irreparably damage
its electronic components.
2.1 
The warning notes in these instrucons
• when observed, provide protecon against potenal
personal injury and material damage,
• classify the level of danger by the signal word,
• designate the danger of personal injury via the
hazard sign,
• dene the type and source of danger,
• show measures to prevent hazards and prohibit
specic behaviour.
The warning notes are set up according to the following
principle:
SIGNAL WORD

Explanaon of the type and source of danger
• Measures for the prevenon of the danger
The hazard sign designates warning noces that warn
of personal injury.
The type and source of the hazard denes the cause of
the hazard. The potenal consequences of non-obser-
vaon of warning noces are e.g. danger to life due to
electric shock.
Under measures, acons are listed that must be carried
out for the prevenon of hazards or which are prohibi-
ted for the prevenon of a hazard.
2.2 
DANGER
The signal word "Danger" designates an immediately
threatening danger. If this hazard is not prevented, it
could lead to death or severe injuries.
WARNING
The signal word "Warning" designates a potenal
hazard. If this hazard is not prevented, it could lead to
death or severe injuries.
CAUTION
The signal word "Cauon" designates a potenally
hazardous situaon. If this hazardous situaon is not
prevented, it could lead to minor or moderate injuries.
NOTICE
The signal word "Note" denes acons for the pre-
venon of material damage. The observaon of these
notes prevents damage to the components.
Informaon, advice etc.
This symbol indicates special features and designates
facts that require increased aenon.

WARNING

Exposed electrical components
• All work on a 230 V AC mains power supply may only be
performed by a qualied electrician.
If energy-carrying cables are routed in parallel to data
cables (ISDN, DSL, etc.), this could lead to interference e.g.
in the speed of the data transmission.

A coupling of all connected access control system is necessary for the inial commissioning. If this has not been accomplished, carry out the cou-
pling as described in chapter 7 of the assembly instrucons (QR Code).
The inial commissioning and operaon of the access control system is carried out via the SIEGENIA Comfort app.
Install the SIEGENIA Comfort app on your mobile device (e. g. smartphone or tablet).
You will nd the SIEGENIA Comfort App as a free download in your app store:
Funcons aecng the opening of the mul-point lock are not available without the inial commissioning.

A backup of the system is not possible due to the highly secured AES encrypon on the SI-BUS. The adjustments must be made anew if the motor
is replaced. However, with two idencal access control system in a SI-BUS system (e. g. two keypads), it is possible to mirror PIN codes, ngerprints
or RFID tags.
3.1 
A WIFI connecon must be established before you can access the access control system via the SIEGENIA Comfort
app.
If several access control system are integrated, set these up successively.
fOpen the WIFI adjustments in
the mobile device.
fSelect the WIFI of the ac-
cess control system (ACS_
XXXXXXXXX).
The WIFI of the access control system
is open for the inial setup. You
needn't enter a password.
fThe mobile device connects
itself to the WIFI of the access
control system.

fCall up the SIEGENIA Comfort
app in the mobile device.
fAdd the located access control
system by tapping on „Yes“.
fTap on the added access control
system.
fTap on "Yes" to carry out the
inial commissioning.
fEnter the standard login data
(user: admin, password: 0000).
fTap on „Next step“.
fSelect the WIFI operang mode.
fTap on „Next step“.

The opon "Integrate in home WIFI" should be selected if an exisng WIFI network is
available.
In "Standalone operaon" means the device itself provides a WIFI network. This mode
should only be selected if there is no WIFI network within reach that can be used to
integrate the device.

Standalone mode
fPlease allocate yourself a unique
name and a password for the
WIFI.
fRepeat the password entry.
fTap on „Next step“.
The password should include lower
case and capital leers, numbers and
symbols and have a minimum length
of 10 characters.
If the WIFI data are not changed, only
the establishment of a connecon is
possible.
fTap on „Start WIFI network“.
fThe access control system is
restarted.
fThe access control system is
displayed greyed out during the
restart.
fConnect yourself to the newly
set-up WIFI to obtain access to
the access control system.
fTap on the integrated access
control system.
fLog in with the inial login data
(user: admin, password: 0000).
fCongure the access control
system via the SIEGENIA Com-
fort app.
Change the inial password of the
administrator for security reasons.

fSelect the displayed Home WIFI
network or "another WIFI...“.
fTap on „Next step“.
fIf the WIFI name (SSID) is not
displayed, enter this.
fEnter the password for the
Home WIFI.
fTap on „Next step“.
fSwitch on the funcon „Receive
IP automacally (DHCP)“ or set
up the IP address manually.
fTap on „Next step“.
fTap on „Integrate device“.
The router of the Home WIFI must
provide the WPA2-PSK encrypon.
Otherwise no connecon can be
established.
fTap on the integrated access
control system.
fLog in with the inial login data
(user: admin, password: 0000).
fCongure the access control
system via the SIEGENIA Com-
fort app.
Change the inial password of the
administrator for security reasons.
