Sort and load the laundry (drying)
Only dry laundry that is labelled with the following care symbols:
–(= tumble-dry at normal hea t setting (Intensive Dry 7).
–'c= tumble-dry at low heat setting (Low Heat Dry c8).
The following textiles shou ld not be tumble-dried:
–)= do not tumble-dry care s ymbol.
– Woollens or items containing wool. Risk of shrinking!
– Delicate fabric (silk, synth etic net curtain). Risk of creasing!
– Items containing foam rubber or similar material.
– Items which have been trea ted with flammable solvents, such as stain
removers, petrol, paint thinners. Explosion hazar d!
– Items still containing hair lacqu er or similar substances.

Add detergent and care product
– Add the appropriate dose according to: Amount of washing, soiling, water hardness

– Models without ins ert for liquid detergent: pour liquid de tergent into an appropriate
compartment and place in the drum.
– Use commercia lly available low foam detergents fo r washer dryer only.
– During operation: clos e the detergent drawer!

Good ventilation is required to extract air produced

– Do not block the air inlet and/or air outlet.

Important information
Washing drying prep aring/Protecting the laund ry and the machine
– Empty p ockets.
– Look out for met al items (pap erclips, etc.).
– Trouse rs, knitwear and k nitted textiles, e.g. J ersey garments, T-s hirts or sweatshirt s should
be turned inside out .
– Ensure t hat underwired bras are machine wash able.
– Was h delicates in a net/bag (tights, curt ains, underwir ed bras).
– Fasten zips, do u p any buttons.
– Brus h sand out of p ockets and co llars.
– Remo ve curtain hooks or plac e curtains in a net/bag .
– Use onl y tumble-dry textil es if you select dryin g.
– Before tum ble-drying, han dwash items should be sp un using the approp riate spin speed.
– Remo ve as much water as possible before t umble-drying. Rec ommended s pin speed for
cottons is mo re than 1000 rpm; for ea sy-care is more than 800 rpm.
– In order to ensu re uniform drying , sort the items according to fabric type and de gree
ofâdrying requir ed.
– Items wh ich require ironing do not ha ve to be ironed immedia tely after being tumb le-dried.
It is a good idea to fold or roll them to gether for a while, so that any re maining moistu re
isâevenly distribu ted.
–To achieve goo d drying performance, dry q uilt covers, terry towels or other large textile items
individually. Te rry towels not more than 4 pieces ( or 3 kg).
Before using fo r the first time
Do not put any laundry in the washer dryer. Turn on the tap , pour ½ mea suring cup of detergen t
into compartm ent II.Set the Fluf f Clean 40 °C programme and select Start/Reload. At
the end of the program me, set the programm e selector to Off.
Laundry with di fferent degrees of soiling
Wash new ite ms separately.
Light Do not prewash.
If required, p retreat stains. Select Cottons Ec o 3programme or âIntensive additiona l function.
Heavy Load less laund ry. Prewash.
If required, p retreat stains. Select Cottons E co 3programme or âIntensive additiona l function.
Soaking Load laundry of the same colour.
Pour soaking ag ent/detergent in to compartment II a ccording to the manufacture r's
instructions. Set Cottons 30 °C programme and s elect Start/Reload. After app rox. 10
minutes, select Start/Reload. Afte r the required soaking time, reselect Start/Reload if the
programme is to be contin ued or chang e the programm e.
Starching Laundry must not be treated with fabric softener.
Starching is p ossible in all wash pr ogrammes using liquid starch. Pour the sta rch into the fabric
softener com partment accord ing to the m anufacturer's in structions (if n ecessary clea n it first).
Dyeing/bleaching
Dye should only be u sed in normal hou sehold quantities . Salt may damage st ainless steel.
Always follow the d ye manufacture r's instructions. D o not bleach laundry in the was hing
machine.
Outdoor+Waterproof Laund ry must not be treated with fabric softener.
Special detergen ts and impregnatin g agents suitable for ma chine washing are a vailable in
sports shops. Dos e according to m anufacturer's inst ructions:
1. Place the spe cial detergen t for outdoor clo thing in com partment II and
2. pour impregnating agent (max. 170 ml) into the ~compartment.
