THESE UPPER DOORS ARE INTENDED TO BE FIT OVER THE FACTORY ORIGINAL HARDWARE AND FRAME. IF THE FRAME
IS DAMAGED OR MISSING PARTS DO NOT ATTEMPT THIS INSTALLATION BEFORE REPAIRS ARE MADE TO THE VEHICLE.

e material may have contracted, depending on at what temperature it has been stored. It is highly recommended that you remove the
upper doors from the box; lay it out at at a temperature above 72F and let it relax for at least 24 hours. As well the installation should be
done only in an environment where the air temp is above 72F.
To avoid improper installation of this item it is imperative that you read and follow these guidelines completely. Failure to install the upper
door skins correctly may result in a dangerous situation for the vehicle occupants as well as other motorists.

1Check Your Windshield Channel
Wrangler must have the factory OE style So
Top windshield channel to install Sun Top
Position Top Roll Bars
Position the Sun Top over the roll bars and
insert the front edge plastic retainer into the
Windshield channel.

Stretch back the rear edge of the Sun Top
over and down the roll bar.
Insert the rear center strap end through the
windshields support bracket.

5Guide Rear Center Strap Through Buckle
Run the rear center strap end through the
buckle and pull to secure in position.
Stretch Rear Corners Over Roll Bar
Stretch the rear corners of the Sun Top over
and down the roll bar, run the corner straps
through the side loops (going forward).

Run the rear corner straps back through the
rear corner loops and secure to the male
buckles.
Secure Rear Corner Straps

Secure the buckles into each other and pull
straps to secure in position.

9Wrap Straps Around Roll Bars
Locate the side Velcro straps, wrap the straps
around the roll bars and fasten.
CARE AND MAINTENANCE OF YOUR
NEW SUN TOP
Wash vinyl fabric exterior only using a mild
soap and a so brush. Rinse thoroughly.
