Ultra-Vac food preservation system is based on the fact that when air is removed,
food stays fresh longer.The higher the vacuum level it reaches, the better it protects
food from spoiling, bacteria growth, humidity, and other orders. Placing food in a
vacuum container will also prevent freezer burn, which is caused by dehydration and
oxidation that occur when storing food in the freezer.
The Ultra-Vac vacuum storage system is the most advanced one on the markets. Just
one touch is enough to create the vacuum, and lift up the valve to release the vacuum
immediately.
Please carefully read this user guide to ensure that you use your PumpFresh Ultra-Vac
products in a safe way and get the best results of it.

Why Ultra-Vac
Ultra Vac isn't like any conventional vacuum storage that involves a bulky, impossi-
ble-to-carry-around pump or uses plastic bags that raise waste and safety con-
cerns; nor does it rely on manual pump through which you can't create high-degree
vacuum storage.
Ultra-Vac brings the ease, simplicity and a more eco-friendly way of food preserva-
tion into your everyday living！

How to use the Ultra-Vac storage system

Lift the valve to open it.
Tunr on the pump
When vaccuming, make sure the
pump tightly stays on the lid
Place the lid on the container
Install the batteries to the
pumper
Place the power pump on
the lid
Make sure the vacuum valve
is in its lock position

Create air-tight seal without using the pump
Wash the lid and container
lift the vacuum valve and place the lid on the container
press the vacuum valve down to its lock position
now the container is (airtight) sealed to open it, lift the
vacuum valve
Simply remove the vacuum valve from the lid
Container and lid are dishwasher safe. Hand-wash the
vacuum valve
After cleaning, put the vacuum valve back

Soft cheeses or mushrooms are not suitable for vacuum seal.

A: ~ 200 times
Are there any legal certificates for the pump?
A:The pump is CE & FCC certified.The containers are FDA approved and tested
by SGS as BPA-free.
What are the containers made of?
A:The BPA-free, odor-resistant and crystal-clear bases are made of plastic.
What temperature do the containers withstand up to?
A: 88 °C (190 °F)

Are containers dishwasher, freezer, and microwave safe?
A:They are dishwasher and freezer safe. Don't use with microwave or oven.
What type of warranty do the products covered by?
A: 1-year standard warranty.
How long will the food stay fresh in a vacuum?
A: Please refer to the table above. Note that it is difficult to predict how long foods
will retain their quality, this also depends on the condition of the food on the day it
was vacuumed packaged. Always use common sense when consuming preserved
foods.
What types of food are not proper to use with vacuum preservation?
A: Soft cheeses or mushrooms are not suitable for vacuum seal.

1. Do not use the appliance on wet or hot surfaces or near a heat source.
2. Do not immerse any part of the pump into water or other liquids.
3. Closely supervise children when using the electrical pump. Do not allow the ap
pliance to be used as a toy.
This 1-year warranty shall be effective from the date of the original purchase and
shall expire one (1) year after the original purchase.

1.The damage sustained in transit of the product is not immediately reported ;
2. Legal proof of purchase, receipt, or sales order are unable to provide, or have been forged or
tampered;
3. No quality issues in itself were found after the examination from Sikoon Technical Support;
4. Crash or burn caused by non-manufacturing defects, or any damage caused by unauthorized
modification,improper operation;
5. Failure and damaged caused by force majeure, including fire, flood, earthquake, and lighting
strikes.

What is covered by these refund and exchange policies?
1. Manufacturing defects;
2. Product has been damaged in the transit, which was found when being unpacked and checked
in the presence of the couriers;
3.The actual products are not matched with the original descriptions;
