Installation Instructions (Pre-Site Location)
1. Review Parts List Provided with Package:
Ensure that no damages came from freight company).
2. Pre-Test System Before Site Installation:
Every Envirolight system is pre-test prior to release from our factory floor. Follow these
simple steps to ensure proper system run time:
A. Plug in Battery plug to controller plug
B. After completing the system connections, select the desired LIGHTING CONTROL
option (Is preset for you if specified to sales technician)
C. . Refer to Section
4.0 for a summary.

turned on again one hour (3/1) or two hours (4/2, 6/2) before sunrise D/D
Dusk-to-Dawn, light is on all night. To select a lighting option, turn the
rotary digital switch to the desired position. An arrow in the rotary switch
will point to the selected position. This is a digital switch, so it will click into
each of the ten positions.

iii. To confirm correct selection of the desired control option, press the TEST
button located below the rotary switch (see Section 7.2 below). Press the
TEST button until a distinct click is heard and felt. This button performs two
functions:
1. Confirm rotary switch selection to verify that the rotary digital switch
is set at the desired position, press the TEST button. The red LED will
flash once per second.
2. Count these LED flashes to confirm the correct switch setting.
3. Each of the 10 LIGHTING CONTROL positions has a unique number of
flashes. These are as follows:
iv. Turn system lights on
1. Pressing the TEST button will turn the system lights on to verify
correct installation or for troubleshooting a system problem. The
lights will be turned on anytime (day or night) for 5 minute intervals.
The lights can be turned on repeatedly with the TEST button except
when the system is in LVD (load disconnect/red LED on). In LVD the
TEST button will only work 3 times to avoid damaging the battery.

2. If pressing the TEST button causes a load disconnect (LVD), the lights
will turn off. Wait 5 minutes and press TEST again to turn the lights
on in LVD.
D. After confirming your Envirolight turns on, wait for it to turn off, you may unplug
the battery plug (Sunlinq connector) from the controller.
Installation Instructions (Site Location)
1. Review Site Location and confirm all necessary safety conditions and installation
location to be secure. The Envirolight kit is all pre-wired and ready for operation
however the bulk of the work will be moving the box to your designated spot location
for box. Be sure to have the necessary resources to lift and secure box at designated
location with clearn and easy access paths (Further Battery Box Installation Instruction
located on "Technical Manual")
Note: If installing system in space restricted location, disassembling batteries carefully
and removing from battery box may be recommended. Please contact your sales
technician for battery replacement instructions and inform them of your installation change.
Once battery box is secure, re-install battery bank with reverse steps as disassembled.
2. Connect Battery to Controller: Plug in SunLinq Connector to controller Sunlinq controller.
3. Install Solar Module with included racking system (See "Technical Manual").

4.Install Light Fixture:
A. Determine site location for
GenX Flood Light
B. Mount solid mounting Arm
to support Light Fixture
C. Pre‐drill mounting bracket
hole, mount nut/washer/bolt
securely
Warning:
1. Keep the device away from fire, water and moist places in order to avoid damages,
leakage, moisture; see technical manual for further details and recommendations
Special Note:
After installation complete, you may retest your system by following the presite
installation instructions to assure proper installation. Once confirm proper blinking on
controller and flood light fixture power on and power off then you have completed
the installation properly, congratulations, you have just saved you or your client
thousands of dollars.
