The operating instructions are a constituent of this
product. They contain important information about
safety, use and disposal. Before using the product,
familiarise yourself with all operating and safety
instructions. Use this product only as described and
only for the specified areas of application. Please
also pass these operating instructions on to any
future owner(s).

This appliance is intended exclusively for making
smoothies in small quantities. This appliance is in-
tended exclusively for use in domestic households.

CO time
The CO time (continuous operation time) is the
amount of time an appliance can be operated
without the motor overheating and becoming
damaged. When the specified CO time has been
reached, the appliance must be switched off until
the motor has cooled down to room temperature.
What is a smoothie?
A smoothie is a so-called “whole-fruit drink”.
Smoothies contain processed whole fruits without
the peel and core. This gives rise to a creamy con-
sistency. When preparing drinks there is no limit to
the possibilities: you can add yoghurt, crushed ice,
herbs or ice cream to your smoothies.

Safety instructions
DANGER – ELECTRIC SHOCK!
► The appliance must only be connected to correctly installed and
earthed mains power sockets. Ensure that the rating of the local
power supply corresponds with the details on the rating plate of the
appliance.
► Ensure that the power cable does not become wet or moist during
use. Route the cable in such a way that it cannot be crushed or
damaged.
► Keep the power cable away from hot surfaces.
► Do not perform any repairs on the appliance. All repairs must be
performed by our Customer Services or by qualified personnel.
► Remove the plug from the mains power socket when the appliance is
being cleaned or in the event of a fault. Switching the appliance off
is insufficient, since the appliance receives power for as long as the
plug is connected to the mains power socket.
► To avoid risks, have defective plugs and/or power cables replaced
immediately by qualified technicians or our Customer Service Department.
► The appliance and its connecting cable must be kept away from
children.
Never submerge the appliance in water or other liquids.

parts from other manufacturers may not be suitable, and this may

ATTENTION! PROPERTY DAMAGE!
► Never fill the appliance with hard ingredients such as nuts, stalks,
large grains or seeds!
► Never fill the appliance with hot ingredients!
► Never use the appliance to crush ice cubes unless there is liquid in
the blender jug!
Before first use
1) Remove all of the parts from the box and
remove the packaging material and any
protective film.
2) Clean all components as described in Chapter
“Cleaning and care”. Ensure that all parts are
completely dry.
Preparing ingredients
■ Remove all peel, such as orange peel or kiwi
skin, from the fruit.
■ Remove large pips and stones, such as found in
peaches, from the fruits.
■ Cut the fruit into small pieces (approx. 1 - 2 cm).
■ Chop herbs or salads into small pieces.
HINWEIS
► You can also crush ice cubes with this appli-
ance (max 50 g/approx. 2–4 ice cubes).
However, only add the whole ice cubes to the
blender jug 1if other liquids are also to be
processed in it. Press the start button 6in
a pulsating manner when you process whole
ice cubes. Generally, however, we recom-
mend that you use already crushed ice in this
device.
Operating the appliance
1) Place the base 5on a clean and level surface.
2) Fill the prepared ingredients in the blender jug 1.
Always add liquid ingredients first and then the
more solid ingredients such as the fruit and/or
crushed ice.
ATTENTION! DAMAGE TO PROPERTY!
► Never fill the blender jug 1with ingredients
up to more than the MAX marking! The
appliance will not be able to process the
ingredients!
3) Place the blade holder 4on the blender
jug 1so that the blade 3extends into the
blender jug 1, and screw the blade holder 4
firmly in place.
4) Now place the blade holder 4along with the
attached blender jug 1onto the base 5such
that the arrow on the base 5is pointing to
the symbol on the blade holder 4.
ATTENTION! DAMAGE TO PROPERTY!
► To turn the blade holder 4, only hold the
blade holder 4and never try to turn the
blender jug 1! Otherwise the blender jug 1
will detach and the ingredients will spill out!
5) Turn the blade holder 4so that the arrow on
the base 5points to the symbol on the
blade holder 4. The blade holder 4must
audibly click into place so that it sits firmly on
the base 5.
6) Insert the plug into a mains power socket.
7) Press and hold the start button 6until the
smoothie has reached the desired consistency!

NOTE
► If the ingredients do not mix properly, it may
be necessary to lift up the appliance and
shake it a little. When doing so, hold the
blade holder 4together with the blender
jug 1and the base 5 so that they do not
come apart.
ATTENTION! DAMAGE TO PROPERTY!
► Do not operate the appliance for longer than
1 minute in one session. The appliance will
overheat! After using for 1 minute, allow the
appliance to cool down completely.
8) When the smoothie is ready, turn the blade
holder 4until the arrow on the base 5points
to the symbol on the blade holder 4and
remove the blade holder 4with the attached
blender jug 1.
9) Turn the blender jug 1over and unscrew the
blade holder 4.
10) Screw the lid 2off the blender jug 1. You
can drink the smoothie through the drinking
opening on the lid 2.
You can now prepare a second smoothie using
the second blender jug 1.
Cleaning and care
DANGER – ELECTRIC SHOCK!
► Before cleaning the appliance, disconnect
the plug from the mains power socket!

NEVER submerse the base 5in water or
other fluids!
■ It is best to clean the appliance directly after use.
This makes food residues easier to remove.
ATTENTION! DAMAGE TO PROPERTY!
► Do not use abrasive or aggressive cleaning
materials. These could damage the surface
of the appliance!
■ Wipe the base 5with a moist cloth. For stubborn
soiling use a mild detergent on the cloth.
Wipe off any detergent residue with a cloth
moistened with clean water.
■ Clean the blender jug 1, the blade holder 4
with blade 3and the lid 2in warm water with
a little mild detergent. Afterwards, rinse all parts
with clean water so that no detergent residues
remain.
NOTE
If you clean the appliance directly after use, you
will usually achieve sufficiently hygienic cleaning
results for the blender jug 1and the blade
holder 4by using the following alternatives:
► Fill the blender jug 1with 400 ml of water
and add a few drops of mild detergent.
► Attach the blade holder 4and screw both
onto the base 5.
► Press the start button 6a few times so
that the blade 3ploughs through the water.
► Afterwards, rinse the blender jug 1and the
blade holder 4with plenty of clear water
so that all detergent residues are removed.
■ After cleaning, dry all parts thoroughly.
NOTE
► You can also clean the lid 2, the blender
jug 1and the blade holder 4in your
dishwasher. Place the parts, where possible,
in the upper basket and ensure that none of
the parts can get stuck. Otherwise they could
become deformed.
Storage
■ Store the cleaned appliance in a clean, dust-free
and dry location.

Recipes
Pineapple-spinach smoothie
Ingredients
100 g fresh baby spinach
75 ml water
2 pineapple rings
♦ Prepare the pineapple and spinach as de-
scribed in the Chapter “Preparing ingredients”.
♦ Add the water followed by the pineapple and
the spinach to the blender jug 1and close this
with the blade holder 4.
♦ Blend everything until all of the ingredients are
thoroughly pureed and mixed.
Romaine lettuce smoothie
Ingredients
3 leaves of romaine lettuce
75 ml water
1/2 banana
1/2 mango
1/2 orange
♦ Prepare the fruits as described in the Chapter
“Preparing ingredients”.
♦ Remove the stem from the romain lettuce leaves
and chop up the leaves a little.
♦ Add the water followed by the fruit and the
lettuce to the blender jug 1and close this
with the blade holder 4.
♦ Blend everything until all of the ingredients are
thoroughly pureed and mixed.
Troubleshooting

Banana-kiwi smoothie
Ingredients
200 ml orange juice (freshly pressed)
1 kiwi
1/2 banana
♦ Prepare the fruits as described in the Chapter
“Preparing ingredients”.
♦ Add the orange juice followed by the fruit to
the blender jug 1and close this with the blade
holder 4.
♦ Blend everything until all of the ingredients are
thoroughly pureed and mixed.
Carrot greens and spinach smoothie
Ingredients
150 ml water
15 g fresh baby spinach
15 g carrot greens
1/2 orange
50 g mango flesh
1/2 banana
1 tablespoon of linseed oil
♦ Prepare the fruits as described in the Chapter
“Preparing ingredients”.
♦ Chop the carrot greens and the spinach.
♦ Add the water followed by the fruit, the spinach
and the carrot greens to the blender jug 1and
close this with the blade holder 4.
♦ Blend everything until all of the ingredients are
thoroughly pureed and mixed.
Tropical smoothie
Ingredients
100 g coconut milk
2 pineapple rings
1 kiwi
1/2 banana
♦ Prepare the fruits as described in the Chapter
“Preparing ingredients”.
♦ Add the coconut milk followed by the fruit to
the blender jug 1and close this with the blade
holder 4.
♦ Blend everything until all of the ingredients are
thoroughly pureed and mixed.
Berry-vanilla smoothie
Ingredients
100 ml apple juice
150 g berries (deep frozen, e.g. strawberries,
raspberries, blueberries, etc.)
100 g vanilla yoghurt
♦ Add the apple juice and vanilla yoghurt followed
by the berries to the blender jug 1and close
this with the blade holder 4.
♦ Blend everything until all of the ingredients are
thoroughly pureed and mixed.

Pineapple and berry smoothie
Ingredients
50 ml orange juice
50 ml pineapple juice
100 g berries (deep frozen, e.g. strawberries,
raspberries, blueberries, etc.)
1 pineapple ring
100 g natural yoghurt
♦ Prepare the pineapple as described in the
Chapter “Preparing ingredients”.
♦ Add the orange juice, the pineapple juice and
the natural yoghurt and then the berries and the
pineapple to the blender jug 1.
♦ Close this with the blade holder 4.
♦ Blend everything until all of the ingredients are
thoroughly pureed and mixed.
NOTE
► These recipes are provided without any guaran-
tees. All ingredients and preparation informa-
tion are guidelines. Enhance or change these
recipe suggestions in line with your own
experience or tastes.
Warranty and service
The warranty provided for this appliance is
3 years from the date of purchase. This appliance
has been manufactured with care and inspected
meticulously prior to delivery. Please retain your
receipt as proof of purchase. In the event of a
warranty claim, please contact your Customer
Service by telephone. This is the only way to
guarantee free return of your goods.
The warranty only covers claims for material and
manufacturing defects, not for transport damage,
wearing parts or for damage to fragile components
such as switches or batteries. This appliance is
intended solely for private use and not for commercial
purposes.
The warranty is deemed void if this product has been
subjected to improper or inappropriate handling,
abuse or modifications which were not carried out
by one of our authorised service centres.
Your statutory rights are not restricted in any way
by this warranty.
The warranty period is not prolonged by repairs
made under the warranty. This also applies to
replaced and repaired parts. Damage and defects
present at the time of purchase must be reported
immediately after unpacking, or no later than two
days after the date of purchase. Repairs made
after expiry of the warranty period are chargeable.

Johdanto
Onnittelut uuden laitteen hankinnasta.
Olet valinnut laadukkaan tuotteen. Käyttöohje on
osa tätä tuotetta. Se sisältää tärkeitä turvallisuutta,
käyttöä ja hävittämistä koskevia ohjeita. Tutustu
ennen tuotteen käyttöä kaikkiin käyttö- ja turvalli-
suusohjeisiin. Käytä tuotetta vain kuvatulla tavalla
ja vain mainittuihin käyttötarkoituksiin. Kun luovutat
tuotteen eteenpäin, liitä mukaan kaikki tuotetta
koskevat asiakirjat.
Määräystenmukainen käyttö
Tämä laite on tarkoitettu ainoastaan smoothien ja
muiden sekajuomien valmistamiseen. Tämä laite on
tarkoitettu ainoastaan yksityiskäyttöön. Älä käytä
sitä ammattitarkoituksiin.

LK-aika
LK-aika (lyhytkäyttöaika) ilmoittaa, kuinka kauan lai-
tetta voidaan käyttää niin, ettei moottori ylikuumene
tai vaurioidu. Ilmoitetun lyhytkäyttöajan jälkeen
laite on sammutettava, kunnes moottorin lämpötila
on jäähtynyt huonelämpötilaa vastaavalle tasolle.
Mikä on smoothie?
Smoothie tarkoittaa hedelmistä valmistettua juomaa.
Smoothiet valmistetaan hedelmistä kuorta ja sie-
meniä tai kiveä lukuun ottamatta. Näin saadaan
aikaan paksuhko koostumus. Smoothieita voidaan
muunnella oman maun mukaan lähes rajattomasti:
smootheihin voidaan lisätä jogurttia, jäämurskaa,
yrttejä tai jäätelöä.

Turvallisuusohjeet
VAARA - SÄHKÖISKU!
► Liitä laite vain määräystenmukaisesti asennettuun ja maadoitettuun
pistorasiaan. Verkkojännitteen on vastattava laitteen tyyppikilven
tietoja.
► Varmista, ettei virtajohto kastu tai altistu kosteudelle käytön aikana.
Vedä johto niin, ettei se jää puristuksiin tai pääse vaurioitumaan.
► Pidä virtajohto poissa kuumien pintojen lähettyviltä.
► Älä suorita laitteelle mitään korjaustöitä. Kaikki korjaukset on annetta-
va valtuutetun huoltoliikkeen tai pätevän ammattihenkilöstön tehtäväksi.
► Vedä pistoke irti pistorasiasta, kun puhdistat laitetta tai jos havaitset
laitteessa vikaa. Pelkkä laitteen sammuttaminen ei riitä, sillä laitteessa
on jännitettä niin kauan kuin pistoke on kiinni pistorasiassa.
► Anna vaarojen välttämiseksi vialliset pistokkeet ja virtajohdot heti val-
tuutetun ammattihenkilöstön tai huoltopalvelun vaihdettavaksi.
► Laite ja sen liitäntäjohto on pidettävä poissa lasten ulottuvilta.
Älä missään nimessä upota laitetta veteen tai muihin nesteisiin.

VAROITUS! LOUKKAANTUMISVAARA!
► Irrota laite sähköverkosta aina, kun asennat tai irrotat lisäosia. Näin
estät laitteen tahattoman käynnistymisen.
► Laite on irrotettava sähköverkosta aina, kun sitä ei valvota, sekä ennen
kokoamista, purkamista ja puhdistamista.
► Tätä laitetta ei saa antaa lasten käyttöön.
► Käytä laitteessa ainoastaan alkuperäisiä lisäosia. Muiden valmistajien
lisäosat eivät välttämättä sovi laitteeseen ja voivat siksi aiheuttaa
vaaratilanteita!
► Henkilöt, joiden fyysiset, sensoriset tai henkiset kyvyt ovat rajalliset,
tai joilla ei ole riittävää kokemusta tai tietoa laitteen käytöstä, saavat
käyttää laitetta vain valvonnan alaisena, tai jos heitä on opastettu lait-
teen turvalliseen käyttöön, ja he ovat ymmärtäneet laitteen käyttöön
liittyvät vaarat.
► Lapset eivät saa leikkiä laitteella.

HUOMIO! ESINEVAHINKOJA!
► Älä koskaan työstä laitteessa kovia aineksia, kuten pähkinöitä, hedel-
mien kantoja, suuria jyviä tai siemeniä!
► Älä koskaan täytä sekoitusastiaan kuumia aineksia!
► Älä koskaan käytä laitetta jääpalojen murskaamiseen, jos sekoitusasti-
assa ei ole nestettä!
Ennen ensimmäistä käyttöä
1) Ota kaikki osat laatikosta ja poista pakkaus-
materiaali ja mahdolliset suojamuovit.
2) Puhdista kaikki osat luvussa "Puhdistus ja hoito"
kuvatulla tavalla. Varmista, että kaikki osat ovat
täysin kuivuneet.
Ainesten valmisteleminen
■ Kuori hedelmät, esimerkiksi appelsiinit tai kiivit.
■ Poista hedelmistä, esimerkiksi persikoista, suuret
siemenet ja kivet.
■ Paloittele hedelmät pieniksi paloiksi
(n. 1–2 cm).
■ Leikkaa yrtit ja salaatit pieniksi paloiksi.
OHJE
► Voit murskata laitteella myös jääpaloja (enint.
50 g/ n. 2-4 jääpalaa). Laita sekoitusastiaan 1
kokonaisia jääpaloja vain, jos työstät saman-
aikaisesti myös nesteitä. Paina Start-painiketta 6
toistuvasti, kun murskaat kokonaisia jääpaloja.
Suosittelemme tässä laitteessa kuitenkin
valmiiksi murskatun jään käyttämistä.
Laitteen käyttäminen
1) Aseta laitteen runko 5puhtaalle ja tasaiselle
alustalle.
2) Täytä valmistellut ainekset sekoitusastiaan 1.
Täytä sekoitusastiaan aina ensin nestemäiset
ja vasta sen jälkeen kiinteät ainekset, kuten
hedelmät tai jäämurska.
HUOMIO! AINEELLISET VAHINGOT!
► Täytä sekoitusastia 1enintään MAX-mer-
kintään asti! Muuten laite ei sekoita aineksia
kunnolla!
3) Aseta teräyksikkö 4kiinni sekoitusastiaan 1
niin, että terä 3näkyy sekoitusastiassa 1ja
kierrä teräyksikkö 4tiukkaan.
4) Aseta nyt teräyksikkö 4ja siinä kiinni oleva
sekoituskulho 1kiinni runkoon 5niin, että
rungossa 5oleva nuoli on teräyksikössä 4
olevan symbolin kohdalla.
HUOMIO! AINEELLISET VAHINGOT!
► Kiinnitä teräyksikkö 4runkoon kiertämällä
vain teräyksikköä 4. Älä pidä kiinni sekoi-
tusastiasta 1! Muuten sekoitusastia 1voi
irrota ja ainekset valua ulos!
5) Pyöritä sitten teräyksikköä 4niin, että rungos-
sa 5oleva nuoli osoittaa kohti teräyksikössä 4
olevaa symbolia . Teräyksikön 4on asetut-
tava kunnolla kiinni runkoon 5.
6) Työnnä verkkopistoke verkkopistorasiaan.
7) Paina muutaman kerran Start-painiketta 6 ,
kunnes smoothien koostumus on toivotunlainen!

OHJE
► Mikäli ainekset eivät sekoitu kunnolla, nosta
laitetta hieman ja ravista. Pidä kiinni teräyksi-
köstä 4ja sekoitusastiasta 1sekä rungos-
ta 5, jotta osat eivät irtoa toisistaan.
HUOMIO! AINEELLISET VAHINGOT!
► Älä pidä laitetta käynnissä minuuttia kau-
empaa kerrallaan! Laite ylikuumenee! Anna
laitteen jäähtyä välillä.
8) Kun smoothie on valmis, pyöritä teräyksikköä 4,
kunnes rungossa 5oleva nuoli on teräyksikös-
sä 4olevan symbolin kohdalla ja irrota
teräyksikkö 4ja siinä kiinni oleva sekoitusas-
tia 1.
9) Käännä sekoitusastia 1ylösalaisin ja irrota
teräyksikkö 4.
10) Kierrä kansi 2kiinni sekoitusastiaan 1.
Voit juoda smoothien suoraan kannessa 2
olevasta juoma-aukosta.
Voit nyt valmistaa toisen smoothien toisessa sekoitus-
astiassa 1.
Puhdistus ja hoito
VAARA - SÄHKÖISKU!
► Irrota pistoke pistorasiasta aina ennen puhdis-
tusta! On olemassa sähköiskun vaara!
Älä koskaan upota runkoa 5veteen tai
muihin nesteisiin!
■ Puhdista laite mieluiten välittömästi käytön
jälkeen. Silloin elintarvikejäämät irtoavat
helpommin.
HUOMIO! AINEELLISET VAHINGOT!
► Älä käytä hankaavia tai voimakkaita puhdis-
tusaineita. Ne voivat vaurioittaa pintaa!
■ Pyyhi runko 5kostealla liinalla. Jos kyseessä
on sitkeä lika, laita liinaan mietoa astianpesu-
ainetta. Pyyhi astianpesuainejäämät vedellä
kostutetulla liinalla.
■ Puhdista sekoitusastia 1, teräyksikkö 4te-
rineen 3ja kanta 2lämpimässä miedossa
pesuainevedessä. Huuhtele kaikki osat sen
jälkeen puhtaalla vedellä niin, ettei niihin jää
pesuainetta.
OHJE
Jos puhdistat laitteen välittömästi käytön jälkeen,
saavutat useimmissa tapauksissa puhtaimman
tuloksen, kun puhdistat sekoitusastian 1ja
teräyksikön 4seuraavasti:
► Täytä sekoitusastiaan 1400 ml vettä ja
tipauta joukkoon muutama tippa mietoa
astianpesuainetta.
► Kiinnitä teräyksikkö 4sekoitusastiaan ja
kierrä molemmat kiinni laitteen runkoon 5.
► Paina muutaman kerran Start-painiketta 6
niin, että vesi huuhtelee terän 3.
► Huuhtele sen jälkeen sekoitusastia 1ja terä-
yksikkö 4runsaalla vedellä niin, ettei niihin
jää astianpesuainetta.
■ Kuivaa kaikki osat puhdistuksen jälkeen.
OHJE
► Voit puhdistaa kannen 2, sekoitusastian 1
ja teräyksikön 4myös astianpesukoneessa.
Jos mahdollista, pese laitteen osat astianpe-
sukoneen yläkorissa ja varmista, etteivät osat
jää puristuksiin. Ne voivat vääntyä!
Säilytys
■ Säilytä puhdistettua laitetta puhtaassa, pölyttö-
mässä ja kuivassa paikassa.

Ananas-pinaatti-smoothie
Ainekset
100 g tuoretta babypinaattia
75 ml vettä
2 ananasrengasta
♦ Valmistele ananas ja pinaatti kohdassa ”Ainesten
valmisteleminen” kuvatulla tavalla.
♦ Kaada vesi ja sen jälkeen ananaspalat ja pinaatti
sekoitusastiaan 1ja sulje se teräyksiköllä 4.
♦ Sekoita, kunnes seos on tasaista.
Roomansalaatti-smoothie
Ainekset
3 roomansalaatin lehteä
75 ml vettä
1/2 banaani
1/2 mango
1/2 appelsiini
♦ Valmistele hedelmät kappaleessa ”Ainesten
valmisteleminen” kuvatulla tavalla.
♦ Poista kannat roomansalaatin lehdistä ja leikkaa
pienemmiksi paloiksi.
♦ Kaada vesi ja sen jälkeen hedelmät ja salaatti
sekoitusastiaan 1ja sulje se teräyksiköllä 4.
♦ Sekoita, kunnes seos on tasaista.
